Abstract
Устройство для открытия и закрытия рычагов (38, 40 или 44, 46) литейной формы в стеклоформующей машине содержит редуктор (50 или 50 а) для монтажа на раме стеклоформующей машины (52), корпус (56 или 56 а) цилиндра, подвешенный под редуктором, и цилиндр (58 или 58 а), расположенный внутри корпуса цилиндра. Цилиндр имеет поршень (60 или 60а) с выступающим поршневым штоком и зубчатой рейкой (62 или 62 а), выполненной машинным или другим способом в поршневом штоке. С зубчатой рейкой соединена первая ведущая шестерня (66 или 66 а) в корпусе цилиндра, а от первой ведущей шестерни и корпуса цилиндра в редуктор проходит ведущий вал (70 или 70 а). Вторая ведущая шестерня (74 или 74 а, или 74 b) расположена в редукторе и соединена с ведущим валом. Разнесенные по сторонам рабочие валы (82, 84 или 82 а, 84 а) проходят вверх из редуктора. Механизм, содержащий промежуточную шестерню (88 или 88 а, или 88 b), соединяет вторую ведущую шестерню с рабочими валами, так что рабочие валы вращаются одновременно в противоположных направлениях цилиндром, зубчатой рейкой, первой и второй ведущими шестернями и промежуточной шестерней. В образцовых вариантах выполнения в соответствии с данным раскрытием указанный механизм содержит ведомые шестерни или соединенные тяги, соединяющие вторую ведущую шестерню и промежуточную шестерню с рабочими валами. Тяги (114, 116 или 146, 148) соединяют рабочие валы с рычагами литейной формы стеклоформующей машины.
