Via edge crease lines 11-14 the side walls are each extended by an edge flange 15 folded slopingly downwards, this flange being formed in one piece or without any divisions in the illustrated embodiment, and extending around the entire blank forming the tray 1.

  • the corner structure 16 of the tray 1 includes at least two corner areas 17, 18 which are inwardly folded substantially symmetrically along the bisectrice of the corner, and which each has an extension in the form of a flange 21, 22, downwardly folded along an edge crease line 19, 20 and substantially at right angles to the bottom 2.
  • the flanges 21, 22 are mutually contiguous, and e.g. with the aid of thermosetting, are fixed to each other and merge undivided into the edge flange 15 via crease lines 23.

Abstract

Le plateau ci-décrit comporte un fond (2) et au moins quatre paroois latérales (7-10) pliées le long de lignes de pliage (3-6) dans le fond, lesdites parois présentant au niveau de leur bord supérieur un prolongement sous la forme d'un rebord (15) replié vers le bas de manière inclinée et destiné à coopérer avec un couvercle, lequel peut fermer le plateau (1). Les régions de coin (17, 18, 27) comprises dans les structures de coin (16) du plateau (1) sont repliées vers l'intérieur et deux desdites régions de coin possèdent chacune un prolongement sous la forme d'un rebord (21, 22) replié vers le bas et sensiblement perpendiculaire au fond (2), ledit rebord se fondant de préférence entièrement avec le rebord (15) orienté vers le bas de manière inclinée. Des parties libres (25) de bord inférieur des rebords repliés vers le bas (21, 22) en partant des régions de coin (17, 18) forment, lors de l'empilage, des points d'appui contre les plateaux sous-jacents (1) empilés les uns dans les autres.
