Abstract

Procédé de production de tissus non tissés consistant à collecter les fibres véhiculées par un fluide à haute vitesse sous la forme d'une bande, et à les introduire dans un dispositif d'emballage de tissus pour qu'elles se superposent. Dans ce procédé, la bande présente de préférence une distribution en section transversale telle que le poids par unité de surface dans les deux bords va en diminuant graduellement en direction du bord. Ce procédé permet de produire une bande filamenteuse ou un tissu non tissé filamenteux de grande largeur et présentant une quantité remarquablement faible d'irrégularités, à l'aide d'une installation de production de tissus non tissés dans laquelle des machines à filer mono- ou bibroches sont reliées directement entre elles. Il est ainsi possible de produire de manière économique un tissu non tissé large en petites quantités par le procédé de filage en connexion. En outre, la largeur ou le poids par unité de surface du produit peut être modifié sans modifier les conditions de filage, de sorte que ce procédé est également indiqué pour produire une variété de produits avec moins de perte lors du changement du type de production.
