Abstract

Procédé de détection de la présence d'une mutation ponctuelle dans un acide nucléique codant une protéine ou une sous-unité protéique de liaison de GTP. L'invention concerne également des procédés de caractérisation de mutations ponctuelles, le cas échéant. Selon un mode de réalisation préféré, le procédé consiste en l'amplification d'un segment d'acide nucléique suivie par l'hybridation d'une sonde spécifique de la séquence. Le procédé s'adresse de préférence à des acides nucléiques codant une sous-unité α de protéine G ou une protéine p21 ras.
