Abstract
Procédé de fabrication de produits de boulangerie. Il consiste à partager les produits (12) en deux moitiés (13, 14) puis à traiter les surfaces de séparation de celles-ci. Selon le procédé, on réalise cette séparation en faisant défiler un produit (12) devant une dispositif de séparation (5) placé au-dessus de la bande transporteuse (2) et dont les dimensions verticales s'accroissent dans le sens de marche de la bande, puis en inversant l'orientation de l'une des moitiés (14) du produit, cette inversion étant réalisée lorsque ladite moitié est obligée de suivre une courbe dans le sens vertical.
