明 細 書 診療装置における表示装置 技術分野
本発明は、 診療装置において診断や治療に必要な諸データを表示 する表示装置の改良に関する。 背景技術
各種の診療装置においては L E D等の単色表示素子で構成された表 示部が設けられており、 例えばパルスォキ シメ ータの場合には測定 された患者の酸素飽和度が正常であれば表示素子が点灯したままで 測定値が表示され、 正常範囲外の場合には表示素子が点滅しながら 測定値が表示される という ように、 異なる態様で表示が行われるよ う になつている。 また正常範囲の設定値を変更する場合には入力さ れた設定値が表示されるが、 この表示も点灯か点滅のいずれかであ つて正常時または異常時の表示との明確な区別が困難で紛らわし く . また誤認の可能性を高いという問題点があつた。 発明の開示
本発明はこれらの問題点に鑑み、 表示すべき内容あるいは状態に 応じてそれらを確認の容易な態様で表示する診療装置における表示 装置の提供を目的とする。
本発明によれば、 少な く と も 2種類の色による表示が可能な多色 表示部と、 表示すべき診療データに応じて表示色及び点灯か点滅か を決定する と共に、 こ の決定に基づいて上記多色表示部を駆動して 診療データを表示させる制御部、 とを備えた診療装置における表示 装置が提供される。
本発明によれば、 表示色を変えることにより点灯状態のままでも 色の種類に応じて複数の内容を表示でき、 これに点滅を加えること により更に表示できる内容が倍増され、 種々の内容をそれぞれ異な る態様で表示することが可能となる。 例えば、 多色表示部が 2色の 場合には表示色と点灯または点滅の組み合わせが 4通り可能であり. 診療データの正常時と異常時、 及び設定値変更時の 3種類の伏態を それぞれ異なる態様で表示することは容易にできる。 図面の簡単な説明

以下、 図示の一実施例について説明する。 図 1 は実施例の表示装 置が組み込まれた診療装置のプロッ ク図、 図 2は表示部の構成の一 例を示す図、 図 3はその制御回路図、 図 4は動作手順のフローチヤ ートである。 なお、 この発明は前述のパルスォキシメータに限られ るものではなく、 各種の診療装置に適宜実施できるものである。 ま た、 実施例では制御部にマイコンを用いているが、 マイコンを用い ないでも制御部を構成することは可能である。
図 1 において、 符号 1 は表示デバィス 1 a と表示素子駆動回路 1 bからなる多色表示部、 符号 2はマイコン 2 a、 外部ィン夕一フ エース 2 b、 スピーカー駆動回路 2 c、 ウ ォッチ ドッ グ回路 2 d等 からなる制御部、 2 eはマイ コ ン 2 aの CPUであり、 制御部 2 は表 示や外部とのデジタル通信、 音声による報知、 入力処理、 CPU2 e の監視 (暴走防止) 等の各種制御を行う。 符号 3は例えば酸素飽和 度や脈拍数等を測定するためのセンサ 3 a とこのセンサ 3 aからの 信号を所定の測定データに変換する演算回路 3 bからなる測定部、 符号 4 はテンキーのようなスィ ッチとロータ リエンコーダ等からな る設定値入力部、 符号 5 は外部デジタル Iノ 0、 符号 6 はスピーカ 一、 符号 7は電源制御回路 7 a、 バッテリ 7 b、 電源トラ ンス 7 c 等からなる電源部である。
図 2に示すように、 表示デバイス 1 aはそれぞれが多色発光 LED の集合体である複数の LED群 11, 11……で構成されており、 各 LED 群 11は 8個の赤色発光用の LEDA, B, ……, G及び Pに、 緑色発 光用の LEDa , b , …… , g及び ρをそれぞれ同位置に組み合わせ て日の字状に配置したものとなつている。 図 3のように、 CPU2 e からの切替信号 S , が表示素子駆動回路 1 bのデコ一 ド回路 12によ つてデコー ドされて点灯すべき LED群 11と点灯すべき赤または綠の 発光色とが選択され、 CPU2 eからのデータ信号 S 2 によって日の 字を構成するエレメ ン トのいずれを点灯するかが選択される。 なお、 13はソース ドライバ、 14はシンク ドライバ、 15は制限抵抗である。
LED群 11, 11……はタイマにより一定時間、 例えば 1.3msで切り 替えられており、 CPU2 eからのデータ信号 S 2 をすベて Hレベル として LEDを全部消灯した後、 上記の LED群 11と発光色の選択及び 点灯エレメ ン トの選択が行われて切り替えられる。 また点滅は一定 の周期で LED群 11, 11……を全部消灯するこ とによって行われるの であり、 これらの制御により LED群 11の所定のものが赤色または緑 色で点灯し、 あるいは点滅して測定値等のデータ.が表示される。
次にこのような表示制御の手順の一例を図 4 により説明する。 図 4の ( a ) は測定部 3のルーチンであり、 スィ ッチ S 1でセン サ 3 aからのアナ口グ信号を演算回路 3 bで読み取り、 スィ ッチ S 2で例えば酸素飽和度や脈拍数等の測定値を計算してディ ジタル信 号に変換し、 ステップ S 3で逐次 CPU 2 eに測定データを送信して いる。
図 4の (b ) のステップ S I 1以下は CPU 2 eのルーチンであり、 まずステップ S 11で測定部 3からのデータ送信の有無が判定され、 送信されていればこれを受信し (ステップ S 12) 、 送信がなければ そのままで次のステツプ S 13に進む。
ステップ S 13では設定値入力部 4からの入力の有無が判定され、 有ればステップ S 14に進んで入力された設定値が赤色の点灯で表示 され、 ステップ S 15で設置値が新しい値に更新される。 また設定値 の入力が無ければステツプ S 16に進み、 送信した測定データを設定 値と比較して測定値が正常範囲内であるか否かを判定し、 正常であ ればステップ S 17に進んで測定値が緑色の点灯で表示され、 正常で なければステップ S 18で測定値が赤色の点滅で表示される。 例えば 設定値として上限値と下限値を入力してその上下限の間を正常範囲 とし、 測定値が上下限の間に入らない場合を異常と判定する。
以上の動作によって、 各種の診療データが正常時には綠色の点灯、 異常時には赤色の点滅、 また設定値変更時には設定値が赤色の点灯 というように、. それぞれ異なる 3種類の態様で表示されるのであり、 表示の状態を見れば表示が何を意味しているかを明確に判断し、 且 つその時の数値を読み取ることができる。 すなわち、 表示すべき内 容あるいは状態が異なるのに表示の態様が同じであるということが なくなり、 表示の確認が容易になると共に誤認の可能性をなくすこ とができるのである。
なお、 実施例では表示デバイス 1 aを多色発光 LEDで構成してい るが、 多色表示 LCDなどの他の多色表示素子を用いることもできる, また表示色も 2色ではなく 3色とし、 あるいは 3元色を組み合わせ ることによって多色表示できるようにしたり、 更に異常の程度が大 きい場合に短い周期で点滅させるなど明確に区別できる程度に点滅 の周期を異ならせたりすることもでき、 色の増加や点滅周期の変化 によって表示の多様化に対応することも容易にできる。 また実施例 は数値を表示しているが、 数字以外の文字や記号も表示できる表示 デバイスを使用することにより、 各種のメ ッセ一ジなどの表示も可 能となる。
なお、 上述のような表示素子による正常と異常の表示と併せて、 スピーカー 6 により正常と異常の区別を付けた信号音や音声を発す るようにすれば、 更に明確な判断が可能となる。
以上の説明から明らかなように、 本発明は、 少なく とも 2種類の 色による表示が可能な多色表示部を設け、 表示すべき診療データに 応じて表示色及び点灯状態、 すなわち点灯か点滅かを選択して表示 するようにしたものであり、 従って、 表示色と点灯状態の組み合わ せにより種々の内容をそれぞれ異なる態様で表示することが可能と なり、 表示の紛らわしさをなく して見ただけで表示の意味とその内 容を確認することが容易となり、 診療装置の使いやすさを向上する ことができる。

Claims

1. 少なく とも 2種類の色による表示が可能な多色表示部と、 表 示すべき診療データに応じて表示色及び点灯か点滅かを決定すると 丑に、 この決定に基づいて上記多色表示部を駆動して前記診療デ_ タを表示させる制御部、 とを備えたことを特徴とする診療装置にお ける表示装置。
