Definitions
- the object is directed to the so-called metal cans, generally used for pressurized or carbonated beverages that are opened by means of an eyelet like a ring tearing a pre-established area that delimits the pouring opening of the boat and that , according to known versions, they are kept open permanently, making it necessary to consume the content, immediately, or successively, requiring it to be held subject or supported in a stable place to prevent it from spilling the content not yet consumed or having to pour it, usual or carelessly, in places as little recommended as trash cans or bins.
- 06.02.90 deals with a closure by means of a portion (7) punctually connected to an incision (8) with a PVC sealing portion (11) around the opening margins (9 ⁇ 10). It is a synthetic seal.
- a rotatable sealing cap (17) is described that can be placed in a first closed position of the mouth (15) and that can be turned to a second position. Being provided below the item (20), (22), (23) of stops that cooperate with the closing device. Separately there is a means (26) for moving the positions of the lid (17) through the stops (27) that said lid has ( 17 ) .
- WO 91/01253 of KRÜQER of 16.07.1990 describes an anti-refillable device (4) easily or fortuitously according to an elastic means or lever spring (3) that closes below the mouth (6) of the container (1).
- WO 93/02939 of MOUNSEY of February 18, 1993 comprises a reupholstering or protective means (1) comprising a cover (6) having means (7-10) for adjusting the canister (2) having closing means (8-9) of adjustment to the boat (2) which has closing means (8-9) to cover or uncover the mouth (3) above the ring operculum (4) by rotating the protector (1). It is an organ superimposed on the boat lid itself (2) to the opening means themselves (4-3).
- the invention provides a simple solution that, by intrinsically and substantially reusing the ring attachment of pressure drinks or other drinks, it is possible to reuse it to reupholster the mouth made, initially, by the opercle itself, which, for ecological reasons, in the current Systems is not removable or disposable.
- the joint element of said ring to the lid of the container - union rivet - is a rivet with clearance that allows a rotation, at least 1802, so that said ring serves as closing or reupholstering element.
- the reupholstering means is intrinsic to the opening means itself and remains inseparable with the packaging, avoiding problems in machining processing and unaltering the stamping or fabrication systems of the lids for the metal cans.
- the lid it is the idea of the invention to enable the lid to have a soft depression or drawing opposite the opening or opening area, providing a coupling area for the blind ring so that it keeps the level or level with the joint element to the lid.
- pouring opening be promoted by an inner neck-like flange for a better adjustment of the reupholstering means.
- a central and diametral strip of the upper lid of the boat which covers the entire opening area or pierceable area and opposite area where the operculum is located, is delimited by two incisions as a way of incoming nerves Longitudinal
- One of the essential features of the invention lies in the fundamental use of the means of opening the metal boats themselves, in which the ring or opening means are essentially provided with a blind drawing or sinus instead of the usual window or draft so as to allow partial access of the finger, but sufficient, as much or more than the ring itself, to facilitate its elevation and movement drilling and tearing to form the opening or spout.
- the means or attachment element (a semi-removable tongue) of the ring to the lid of the boat - a rivet - is provided with a certain clearance to allow the ring-blind- in this case, can rotate in an arc of at least 1802 on said rivet, which acts as a pivot, and also preventing its dislodging to close the opening produced in the area opposite the fixed position.
- the piercing tip consists of a very slight angular bankruptcy provided tangentially with two reinforcing ribs that ensure its resistance to perforation and whose breakage allows a better sagging of the perforated opening and, above all , a better return on the pivot rivet to facilitate the rotation of the operculum saving the outer surface of the boat lid.
- the opening zone is a slightly embedded area, the tearing zone being the embedded plane so that, when the opening is made, the resulting flange is an inner neck to facilitate the adjustment of the blind ring (operculum) of retouched
- Another characteristic aspect of the invention which in a complementary way is recommended in the treatment or manufacture of the can lid, is that the area central and diametral of said cover, delimiting the space of the operculum and the opening area, is flanked by two longitudinal incisions as incoming nerves that strengthen the central strip acting as a buttress for the purposes of perforating the opening to uniformly tear the pouring mouth leaving a clean perimeter for the reupholstery through the operculum itself.
- Figure 1 is a perspective view of a boat equipped with reupholstering means, according to the invention, in passive position (unopened).
- Figure 2 is a sectional view of the can lid, axially to said reupholstering means.

- Figure 4 is a view equal to Figure 2, according to the manifestation of Figure 3.

- Figure 16 is an enlarged view of detail A) of Figure 14.
- Figure 17. is a perspective view of the assembly of Figures 13 to 16.
- the object of the invention means for reupholstering the openings or pouring mouths (14) is developed in all its features and functional phases.
- FIG. 1 shows the boat (1) provided with a lid (2) (capsule) consisting of the typical opening means constituted by the ring (operculum) ( 3), equipped with the piercing or tearing tip (5) and the connecting element (riveting) (4) to the cover (2) and the cover (2) is provided with an opening area (6) in direct relation with said opening means, more specifically with the tip (5) of the ring (operculum) (3).
- said ring (3) (opercle) (figs. 9 to 12), is a blind ring provided with a drawing (7) or sinus that does not prevent the manifestation of the ring (3) and which serves to reupholster the opening (14) or spout (Pig. 8) of the canister (1).
- the borehole (9) of the anchor flap (8) punched (90) in the joint area (4) of said ring (3) which serves as fixation and / or articulation to said anchor flap (8) in the cover (2) has a play or clearance on the rivet (10) of the cover (2) serving as a pivot to the ring (3) (operculum) to move in a turn of at least 1802 to reupholster the opening (14) or spout.
- Opening (14) or pouring mouth preferably, which is carried out by displacement of the bottom (11) of the opening area (6), leaving a flange (12) (Pig. 2) as an incoming neck to facilitate adjustment of the drawing (7) of the blind ring (3) that acts as a cover to close again, as many times as necessary, the opening (14) or spout.
- the piercing tip (5) of said ring (3) has an angular break -very open-, high (Pig. 6) reinforced by tangential ribs (50) which, in addition to facilitating the perforation of the opening area (11), allows said tip (5) to more easily exit the pouring mouth (14), saving or overcoming the relief of the cover (2) to more easily rotate the operculum (3) over the rivet (10) and to be able to retake the opening ( 1D •
- the lid (2) of the boat (1) in a centrally arranged central area which delimits all the space occupied by the operculum (3) and the opening area (6), consists of a light drawing inside out ( 13) marked by two incisions (13a) as incoming ribs that strengthen the cover (2) for the purpose of tearing the bottom (11) of the opening area (6) and mainly ensuring the alignment or level of the ring (3 ) regarding the point of anchorage and articulation (4).
- the interlocking point (4) of union with the cover (2) does not prevent the ring (3) from blind (7), turning (Fig. 5 and 6) being able to perform in an arc of 1802 so that the drawing (7) snap into the opening (14) by closing the canister (1) (Figs. 7 and 8) for successive consumption of the contents or simply to prevent spillage of the unconsumed content, or the filling or housing of foreign matter, toxic, unhealthy, annoying etc. .
