- the submersible structure allowing and promoting spawning and reproduction of fish, and in particular cyprinids, is referenced as a whole by (1).
- This structure is submersible in fresh water, river water, running water and calm water, or lakes, ballast pits, canals, sea, and in general in all aquatic environments. It comprises a frame (2) profiled and arranged to receive directly in a manner provided a plurality of bundles (3) of fibers (4) of suitable material, said frame receiving on the one hand ballast means (5) and floating suspension means (6) allowing the positioning of the frame in intermediate water with respect to the bottom of the lake, the river and the like.
- This frame (2) forming a framework is produced from, for example, metal angles or other material having undergone anti-corrosion treatments, taking into account the surrounding environment of use.
- This framework is established in the form of modules allowing a juxtaposition of several of them with the aid of suitable attachment, connection and fixing means (7).
- Each frame may have a rectangular, square, circular or other shape, and receives, transversely and also where appropriate, on its periphery, profiled strips (8) on which are bundles of fibers preferably made of synthetic material.
- Each bundle constitutes a branch which can be produced with a very large number of fibers which can be of the order of 100 to 500 fibers for example, according to the needs.
- Fiber twigs are arranged at intervals along the aforementioned strips, being fixed to the latter by any suitable means of connection and anchoring.
- the fibers are thus kept at their base and are free at their other end so that, depending on the currents or movements in the aquatic environment, they are free to move in space according to this natural environment.
- Said fibers are made of synthetic material, plastic from aramid or other fibers, and more generally, they are made of a material compatible with the aquatic environment. These fibers can be natural. These fibers are not destructible in themselves, thus allowing sufficient continuity of use to meet the desired needs.
- the arrangement of the twigs and the fibers can be established in any suitable manner and their support bands can be made of plastic material such as in particular polyvinyl chloride or polypropylene.
- the length of the fibers is established in an appropriate manner to constitute a sort of aquatic forest allowing, on the other hand, the multiplicity of strands and the number of bundles or twigs to create an area favorable to the reproduction of fish.
- the number of bands per frame and the number of twigs per band is established as required. Rectangular shaped frames are shown without limitation in the drawings, but it can have any other shape.
- the color of the fibers is advantageously chosen to be incorporated harmoniously with the medium considered. These fibers can be dark green or any other color.
- the advantage of such arrangements also lies in the fact that the fish eggs can adhere and be perfectly maintained between the aforementioned fibers.
- the different frames can be joined to each other to form modules using connection assemblies such as screws, nuts, or others, engaged in appropriate lugs.
- the buoys (9) and the ballasting means are connected by cords, chains or the like (8) to said basic structure.
- the buoys are arranged at the corners of the structure in order to visually identify the installation area of said structures.
- the fiber bundles can, if necessary, be modified or replaced. It is also possible to add fiber bundles as needed by fixing them by any suitable means.
- the invention is simple to implement and its production costs are low by requiring no specific arrangement of the beds of the rivers and of all the receiving zones of such structures.
