Abstract

Cette invention concerne l'industrie textile et peut être utilisée dans la production de fils. Le résultat technique de l'invention est une simplification du traitement préliminaire, lorsque le produit filamentaire est amené à la machine de traitement, ainsi qu'un élargissement des possibilités techniques, du fait que l'on peut obtenir des voiles de fibres de densités linéaires différentes et un fil manufacturé de meilleur qualité. L'essentiel de l'invention réside dans le fait que dans le procédé envisagé pour amener le produit filamentaire aux postes de traitement de la machine textile, le produit filamentaire subit, avant d'être dévidé dans les trémies, un procédé de fine division produisant un flux air/fibre à partir duquel on élabore un voile de fibres ou une mèche pour chaque poste de traitement. Le dispositif envisagé pour mettre ce procédé en ÷uvre consiste en un dispositif d'amenée du produit filamentaire, des mécanismes de distribution du produit et des trémies de poste de traitement. Les mécanismes de distribution comprennent un diviseur avec un cylindre d'amenée, un dispositif de mise en forme du produit filamentaire avec des ouvertures d'entrée et de sortie et un système de succion pneumatique avec un intensificateur de poussée. Le diviseur est fixé à un chariot qui est monté de manière à pouvoir se déplacer le long de la rangée de dispositifs de mise en forme du produit filamentaire et son dispositif de contrôle face à l'ouverture d'admission de chaque dispositif de formage du produit filamentaire placé devant les trémies des postes de traitement.
