連続アンローダは、 図 2 7に示すように、 上部スプロケッ ト aとその下方の根 元スプロケッ 卜 bとその前方の先端スプロケッ ト cとに、 無端状のバケツ トコン べャ dを巻き掛けて構成されている。 船倉 e内のバラ物 f (石炭、 鉄鉱石等) は、 先端スプロケッ 卜 cと根元スプロケッ 卜 bとの間のバケツ トコンべャ dによって 搔き取られ、 根元スプロケッ 卜 bと上部スプロケッ 卜 aとの間のバケツ 卜コンペ ャ dによって上方に移送され、 反転スプロケッ ト gによって反転されて卜ップ支 持フレーム h内に設けられた図示しないテーブルフィ一ダに放荷され、 ビーム i 内に設けられた図示しないコンペャおよびシユート j等を介して埠頭 kに揚荷さ れる。
ところで、 一般に船倉 eのハッチ mの開口幅は船倉 eの内部の幅よりも狭いた め、 先端スプロケッ 卜 cと根元スプロケッ 卜 bとの間隔を狭めてハッチ mを通過 させ、 その間隔を広げて船倉 eの内部を搔き取るようにできれば便利である。 こ のように先端スプロケッ ト cと根元スプロケッ ト bとの間隔を調節するようにし た連続アンローダとして、 図 2 8に示すものが知られている。
この連続アンローダの先端スプロケッ ト cと根元スプロケッ ト bとは、 内筒 o と外筒 Pとからなる伸縮フレーム qの両端部に取り付けられており、 伸縮シリン ダ rによって近接離間されようになつている。 また、 外筒 pに接続部材 sを介し て連結されたガイ ドロッ ド Uま、 上部スプロケッ 卜 aを支持するフレーム n (ェ レベータケ一シング) の下端部に設けられたガイ ド溝 uに上下移動自在に係合さ れており、 昇降シリンダ Vによって昇降されるようになっている。 この昇降シリ ンダ vの伸縮により、 外筒 pと上部スプロケッ 卜 aとの間隔が変更されることに なる。
この構成によれば、 伸縮シリンダ rを収縮させながら昇降シリンダ Vを伸長さ せることにより、 バケツ トコンべャ dのチェーン wを過度に弛ませることなく、 先端スプロケッ ト cと根元スプロケッ ト bとの間隔を狭めることができ、 逆に、 伸縮シリンダ rを伸長させながら昇降シリンダ Vを収縮させることにより、 バケ ッ 卜コンペャ dのチヱーン wを過度に張ることなく、 先端スプロケッ 卜 cと根元 スプロケッ ト bとの間隔を広げることができる。
し力、し、 上述の連続アンローダは、 次のような欠点があった。
先端スプロケッ ト cと根元スプロケッ 卜 bとの間隔を調節するのに、 伸縮シリ ンダ rと昇降シリンダ Vとの 2つのシリンダを必要とするため、 装置全体の構成 が複雑となる。 また、 伸縮フレーム qを伸縮 '昇降させる際に、 バケツ トコンべ ャ dのチェーン wに過度の弛みや張りが生じないように、 伸縮シリンダ rの伸縮 と昇降シリンダ Vの伸縮とを同調させなければならないため、 複雑な油圧制御が 必要となる。
また、 伸縮シリンダ rは、 伸縮フレーム qの伸縮ス卜ロークと同量のストロー クの長い大型で特殊なシリンダを必要とするため、 大型化 *大容量化すると共に 製作コストが嵩む。 また、 昇降シリンダ Vが伸縮フレーム qを伸縮シリンダ rご と引き上げるようになつているため、 昇降シリンダ Vの引上力に伸縮シリンダ r の重量が含まれることになり、 昇降シリンダ Vの大型化ひいては装置全体の大型 化を招く。
以上の事情を考慮して創案された本発明の目的は、 構造が簡潔であり、 重量が 軽く、 複雑な制御を必要としない、 製作コストの安い連続アンローダを提供する と ある 発 明 の 開 示
上記目的を達成するために本発明は、 上部スプロケッ トとその下方の根元スプ ロケッ 卜とその前方の先端スプロケッ 卜とに無端状のバケツ トコンべャを巻き掛 けた連続アンローダにおいて、 上記上部スプロケッ 卜を支持するフレームの下端 部に、 上記根元スプロケッ 卜および先端スプロケッ トをその近接時に下降させる と共に離間時に上昇させるリンク機構を介して接続したことを特徴としている。 本発明によれば、 根元スプロケッ トおよび先端スプロケッ 卜の近接離間と昇降と を共通のリンク機構によって行っているので、 構造が簡潔となって重量が軽くな る。 また、 複雑な制御を必要とせず、 製作コストも安くなる。
上記先端スプロケッ 卜と根本スプロケッ 卜と力く、 伸縮可能な伸縮フレームの両 端部にそれぞれ設けられ、 該伸縮フレームが、 上記リンク機構により伸縮自在に 吊持されていてもよい。 こうすれば、 先端スプロケッ 卜と根本スプロケッ 卜との 近接離間が、 伸縮フレームの伸縮にガイ ドされてなされる。
上記リンク機構が、 一端が上記フレームの下端部に接続され他端が先端スプロ ケッ ト側に接続されるメインリンクと、 一端が該メインリンクの中間に接続され 他端が根元スプロケッ 卜側に接続される補助リンクと、 一端が該補助リンクの中 間に接続され他端が上記フレームの下端部に接続されるステ一リンクとを有して いてもよい。 かかるリンク機構により、 根元スプロケッ トおよび先端スプロケッ トの近接離間と昇降とが達成される。
上記リンク機構に、 当該リンク機構を変位させて保持するためのァクチユエ一 夕を接続してもよい。 このァクチユエ一夕を作動させることにより、 根元スプロ ケッ 卜と先端スプロケッ 卜との間隔および高さを変更してそれを保持できる。 上記ァクチユエ一タカく、 シリンダからなり、 その一端を上記リンク機構が接続 されるフレームの下端部に接続し、 他端を上記リンク機構を構成するいずれかの リ ンクに接続してもよい。 このシリンダを伸縮させれば、 リンク機構が作動し、 根元スプロケッ トおよび先端スプロケッ 卜の近接離間と昇降とが達成される。 上記ステーリンクに、 当該ステーリ ンクの両端間の長さを伸縮させるシリ ンダ を内蔵してもよい。 こうすれば、 このシリンダを伸縮させることにより、 根元ス プロケッ 卜と先端スプロケッ 卜とを結ぶ線を水平線に対して変更でき、 根元スプ ロケッ 卜と先端スプロケッ 卜との間のバケツ 卜コンペャを船倉底板の傾きに合わ せることができる。 上記ァクチユエ一夕に、 当該ァクチユエ一夕によるリンク機構の保持力を調節 するための制御手段を接続してもよい。 こうすれば、 根元スプロケッ 卜と先端ス プロケッ 卜との間のバケツ トコンべャを船倉底板に接触させる底浚い時に、 制御 手段によってァクチユエ一夕によるリンク機構の保持力を弱めることにより、 ノく ケッ トコンべャの船倉底板に対する当たりを柔らかくでき、 波等による船倉底板 の揺動に追従させることができる。
上記ァクチユエ一タカ 上記リンク機構とそのリンク機構が接続されるフレー ムの下端部との間に介設されたシリンダからなり、 上記制御手段が、 そのシリン ダへの油圧を制御する油圧回路からなっていてもよい。
上記油圧回路が、 シリンダに所定圧力を供給して上記リンク機構と先端および 根元スプロケッ 卜とこれらスプロケッ ト間に巻き掛けられたバケツ 卜コンペャの 重量の一部を保持するアキュームレータを備えていてもよい。
上記アキュームレータによる保持力が、 上記リンク機構と先端および根元スプ ロケッ 卜とこれらスプロケッ ト間に巻き掛けられたバケツ 卜コンペャの重量より 僅かに小さく設定されていてもよい。
上記先端スプロケッ 卜に、 上記根元スプロケッ 卜との間のバケツ 卜コンペャの 移動をガイ ドするための先端フレームを設け、 該先端フレームと上記フレームの 下端部との間に、 上記先端フレームを水平に保ちつつ昇降させる平行リンク機構 を介設してもよい。
また、 本発明に係る別の連続アンローダは、 上部スプロケッ トとその下方の根 元スプロケットとその前方の先端スプロケッ 卜とに無端状のバケツ トコンべャを 巻き掛けた連続アンローダにおいて、 上記上部スプロケッ トを支持するフレーム の下端部に、 上記先端および根元スプロケッ トを支持するためのベース部を昇降 機構を介して接続し、 該ベース部に、 上記先端および根元スプロケッ 卜をその近 接時に下降させると共に離間時に上昇させるリンク機構を介して接続したことを 特徴としている。
上記昇降機構が、 一端がベース部に接続され他端がフレームの下端部に接続さ れた上部保持リンクと、 該上部保持リンクと平行になるように一端がベース部に 接続され他端がフレームの下端部に接続された下部保持リンクとを有する平行リ ンク機構からなっていてもよい。
上記リンク機構が、 一端が上記ベース部に接続され他端が先端スプロケッ 卜に 接続されるメインリンクと、 一端が該メインリンクの中間に接続され他端が根元 スプロケッ 卜に接続される補助リンクと、 一端が該補助リンクの中間に接続され 他端が上記ベース部に接続されるステーリンクとを有していてもよい。 図面の簡単な説明

本発明の好適実施の形態を添付図面に基づいて詳述する。
図 1に示すように、 連続アンローダ 1は、 船舶 3 4の船倉 3 6内に収容された バラ物を埠頭 3 3に荷揚げするものであり、 埠頭 3 3を走行する走行部 2と、 走 行部 2から海上側に延出され水平面上を旋回自在に且つ俯仰自在に設けられたブ ーム 3と、 ブーム 3の延出端にトップ支持フレーム 4を介して鉛直方向に垂下さ れ鉛直軸まわりに回転自在に支承されたフレーム 5 (以下旋回マスト 5という) と、 旋回マス卜 5に設けられた無端状のバケツトコンべャ 7とを有する。
バケツトコンべャ 7は、 その下端が船舶 3 4のハッチ口 3 5から船倉 3 6内に 挿入され、 船倉 3 6内に収容されたバラ物を搔き取る。 バケツ 卜コンペャ 7は、 旋回マス卜 5の上部に設けられた上部スプロケット 8とその下方に配置された根 元スプロケット 1 4とその前方 (図中水平方向左方) に配置された先端スプロケ ッ 卜 1 3とに無端状に巻き掛けられたチヱーン 7 aと、 そのチヱーン 7 aに周方 向に所定間隔を隔てて取り付けられた複数のバケツ ト 9とから構成されている。 上部スプロケッ ト 8は、 図示しない駆動装置により、 図 1において逆時計回りに 駆動されるようになっている。 また、 上部スプロケッ ト 8の下方には、 バケツ ト 9を反転させるための反転スプロケッ ト 8 aが配置されている。
この構成によれば、 上部スプロケッ ト 8を駆動することにより、 バケツ トコン べャ 7は、 上部スプロケッ ト 8から反転スプロケッ 卜 8 aを介して先端スプロケ ッ 卜 1 3に至り、 根元スプロケッ 卜 1 4を経由したのち再び上部スプロケッ 卜 8 に戻るように循環する。 この際、 各バケツ ト 9は、 図 2に示すように先端スプロ ケッ ト 1 3と根元スプロケッ ト 1 4との間で開口 3 7からバラ物を取り込み、 根 元スプロケッ 卜 1 4と上部スプロケッ ト 8との間でバラ物を上方に移送し、 上部 スプロケッ ト 8と反転スプロケッ ト 8 aとの間でバケツ 卜 9の開口 3 7が反転さ れて取り込んだバラ物をトップ支持フレーム 4内に設けられた図示しないテープ ルフィーダに放荷する。 その後、 テーブルフィーダ内のバラ物は、 ブーム 3内に 設けられた図示しないコンペャおよびシユート 3 a等を介して埠頭 3 3に揚荷さ れる。
上記先端スプロケッ ト 1 3と根元スプロケッ 卜 1 4とは、 図 2および図 3に示 すように、 内筒 1 9と外筒 1 8とが伸縮自在に重合された伸縮フレーム 1 5の両 端部に、 それぞれ設けられている。 また、 旋回マスト 5の下端部には、 上記内筒 1 9と外筒 1 8とをリンク機構 1 1を介して吊下するための固定フレーム 2 3が 設けられている。
リンク機構 1 1は、 一端が接続点 2 4で上記固定フレーム 2 3に接続され他端 力接続点 5 0で外筒 1 8に接続されたメインリンク 2 0と、 一端が接続点 2 5で メインリンク 2 0の中間に接続され他端が接続点 3 1で内筒 1 9に接続された補 助リンク 2 1と、 一端が接続点 5 1で補助リ ンク 2 1の中間に接続され他端が接 続点 2 6で上記固定フレーム 2 3に接続されたステーリンク 2 2と、 一端がメィ ンリンク 2 0の固定フレーム 2 3に対する接続点 2 5で他端がステーリンク 2 2 の固定フレーム 2 3に対する接続点 2 6である仮想リンク 5 2とから構成されて いる。 各リンクの接続は、 それぞれピン接続となっている。
かかるリンク機構 1 1には、 当該リンク機構 1 1を変位させて保持するための ァクチユエ一夕としてシリンダ 1 2が接続されている。 シリンダ 1 2は、 ロッ ド 側部 2 7が固定フレーム 2 3に接続点 3 0でピン接続され、 へッ ド側部 2 8がメ インリンク 2 0に接続点 2 9でピン接続されている。 このシリ ンダ 1 2を図 2の 状態から収縮させると、 図 3に示すようにリンク機構 1 1が作動して外筒 1 8に 内筒 1 9が引き込まれ、 先端スプロケッ ト 1 3と根元スプロケッ ト 1 4との間隔 が水平状態を保ったまま狭まり、 同時に先端スプロケッ 卜 1 3と根元スプロケッ 卜 1 4が下降することになる力 これについては後に詳述する。
なお、 本実施形態においては、 シリンダ 1 2の固定フレーム 2 3側の接続点 3 0は、 接続点 2 4と接続点 2 6との間であり、 シリンダ 1 2のメインリ ンク 2 0 側の接続点 2 9は、 接続点 2 5と接続点 2 4との間である力 必ずしもこれに限 られない。 例えば、 シリンダ 1 2の一端を固定フレーム 2 3の任意の箇所にピン 接続し、 他端をステーリンク 2 2または補助リンク 2 1の任意の箇所にピン接続 してもよい。 また、 シリンダ 1 2の両端を、 メインリンク 2 0と捕助リンク 2 1 との間、 補助リンク 2 1とステーリンク 2 2との間、 又はステーリンク 2 2とメ インリ ンク 2 0との間に、 それぞれピン接続してもよい。 要は、 シリンダ 1 2の 伸縮によりリンク機構 1 1を作動できればよいのである。
図 4は図 3の左側面図であり、 図 5は図 3の右側面図である。 図示するように、 バケツ トコンべャ 7のチヱーン 7 aは、 所定間隔を隔てて 2本配置されており、 それらチヱーン 7 a , 7 aの間に掛け渡すようにしてバケツ ト 9が取り付けられ ている。 よって、 先端スプロケッ 卜 1 3および根元スプロケッ ト 1 4は、 各チェ ーン 7 a, 7 aに対応させて 2個ずつ設けられる。 また、 根元スプロケッ ト 1 4 の斜め上方に配置されるガイ ドスプロケッ ト 3 8も、 各チェーン 7 a , 7 aに対 応させて 2個設けられる。
上記各リンク 2 0 , 2 1 , 2 2及び仮想リンク 5 2の具体的な寸法比の一例は、 メインリンク 2 0を約 3 4 1 1 mmとした場合、 補助リンク 2 1は約 1 8 0 6 m mであり、 ステーリ ンク 2 2は約 2 2 5 2 mmであり、 仮想リ ンク 2 3は約 1 2 2 6 mmである。 仮想リンク 5 2の両端を形成する接続点 2 4と接続点 2 6の位 置は、 垂直方向に 2 7 4 mm程度ズレていると共に、 水平方向に 1 1 9 5 mm程 度ズレている。 また、 接続点 2 4と接続点 2 5との距離は約 1 6 0 0 mmであり、 ステーリンク 2 2の捕助リンク 2 1への接続点 5 1は、 リンク機構 1 1の作動時 にメインリンク 2 0の下端と補助リンク 2 1の下端が同じ高さになるような位置 に、 設定されている。
次に本実施形態の作用を述べる。
図 1に示すように、 連続アンローダ 1のバケツ トコンべャ 7の下端を船舶 3 4 のハッチ口 3 5から船倉 3 6内に挿入する場合、 ブーム 3を操作してバケツ トコ ンべャ 7をハッチ口 3 5の上方に位置合わせをした後、 図 2の状態からシリンダ 1 2を収縮させてリンク機構 1 1を作動させ、 図 3に示すように先端スプロケッ ト 1 3と根元スプロケッ ト 1 4との間隔をハッチ口 3 5を容易に通過できる長さ まで縮める。
このとき、 リンク機構 1 1は、 図 6に破線から実線に示すように変化する。 す なわち、 シリンダ 1 2が収縮すると、 メインリンク 2 0が接続点 2 4まわり反時 計方向に回動され、 補助リンク 2 1が接続点 2 5まわりに時計方向に回動され、 ステ一リンク 2 2が接続点 2 6まわりに反時計方向に回動される。 ここで、 補助 リンク 2 1は、 メインリンク 2 0によつて作動される力 その作動がステーリン ク 2 2によって規制されるため、 他のリンク 2 0、 2 2とは逆に接続点 2 5まわ りに時計方向に回動するのである。 この結果、 メインリンク 2 0の接続点 5 0は 円弧状に下降し、 補助リンク 2 1の接続点 3 1は略垂直方向下方に移動する。 これにより、 接続点 5 0に接続された外筒 1 8に、 接続点 3 1に接続された内 筒 1 9が収容されて、 先端スプロケッ 卜 1 3と根元スプロケッ 卜 1 4との間隔が 狭まり、 これと同時に、 先端および根元スプロケッ ト 1 3、 1 4が水平状態を保 つたまま下降し、 上部スプロケッ ト 8との間隔が広がる。 このため、 リンク機構 1 1の作動の際に、 バケツ トコンべャ 7のチェーン 7 aが過度に弛むことも張る こともない。 すなわち、 先端スプロケッ ト 1 3と根元スプロケッ 卜 1 4との間隔 が狭まるとその分チェーン 7 aが余剰となるが、 その余剰チェーンは先端および 根元スプロケッ ト 1 3, 1 4と上部スプロケッ 卜 8との間隔が広がることで吸収 される。
こうして、 先端スプロケッ 卜 1 3と根元スプロケッ ト 1 4との間隔を狭めたな ら、 ブーム 3を傾斜させて旋回マス卜 5を下降させ、 バケツ トコンべャ 7の下端 部をハッチ口 3 5に挿入する。 その後、 シリ ンダ 1 2を再び伸長させ、 リ ンク機 構 1 1が図 6に実線から破線で示すように上述とは逆に作動させる。 すると、 メ インリ ンク 2 0の接続点 5 0は円弧状に上昇し、 補助リ ンク 2 1の接続点 3 1は 略垂直方向上方に移動する。
これにより、 外筒 1 8から内筒 1 9が引き出されて先端スプロケッ ト 1 3と根 元スプロケッ 卜 1 4との間隔が広がり、 これと同時に、 先端および根元スプロケ ッ 卜 1 3、 1 4が水平状態を保ったまま上昇し、 上部スプロケッ ト 8との間隔力 < 狭まる。 このため、 リンク機構 1 1の作動の際に、 バケツ 卜コンペャ 7のチヱ一 ン 7 aが過度に弛むことも張ることもない。 すなわち、 先端スプロケッ 卜 1 3と 根元スプロケッ ト 1 4との間隔が広がるとその分チェーン 7 aが不足となるが、 その不足チェーンは先端および根元スプロケッ 卜 1 3、 1 4と上部スプロケッ ト 8との間隔が狭まることで供給される。
こうして先端スプロケッ 卜 1 3と根元スプロケッ 卜 1 4との間隔調節が終了し たならば、 再び旋回マス卜 5を下降させて先端スプロケッ 卜 1 3および根元スプ ロケッ ト 1 4を下降させ、 先端スプロケッ ト 1 3および根元スプロケッ ト 1 4間 のバケツトコンべャ 7のバケツ ト 9を船倉 3 6内のバラ物に接触させる。 そして、 図示しない駆動装置により上部スプロケッ 卜 8を回転させ、 無端状バケツ トコン べャ 7を図 1において反時計方向に回す。
これにより、 船倉 3 6内のバラ物は、 先端スプロケッ ト 1 3と根元スプロケッ ト 1 4との間のバケツ 卜コンペャ 7によって搔き取られ、 根元スプロケッ 卜 1 4 と上部スプロケッ 卜 8との間のバケツ 卜コンペャ 7によって上方に移送され、 反 転スプロケッ 卜 8 aによって反転されてトップ支持フレーム 4内に設けられたテ —ブルフィーダ (図示せず) に放荷され、 ビーム 3内に設けた図示しないコンペ ャおよびシユート 3 a等を介して埠頭 3 3に揚荷される。 詳しくは、 このとき旋回マス卜 5を水平移動乃至旋回させながらバケツ トコン べャ 7を循環させ、 先端スプロケッ 卜 1 3と根元スプロケッ 卜 1 4との間のバゲ ッ 卜コンペャ 7 (以下搔取り部 1 0という) によって、 船倉 3 6内のバラ物の積 み込み高さを水平に保つように、 バラ物の上面を均等に搔取る。 平面視矩形状に 区画された船倉 3 6において、 搔取り部 1 0の先端スプロケッ ト 1 3が船倉 3 6 内の角部に至ったときには、 旋回マス卜 5を鉛直軸まわりに旋回させて搔取り部 1 0の向きを変える。
このとき、 船倉 3 6内の角部にあるバラ物を搔き残さないように、 旋回マスト 5を旋回させながら搔取り部 1 0の長さを伸縮させ、 先端スプロケッ ト 1 3を船 倉 3 6の隅に沿った直線軌跡に沿わせて移動させる。 また、 搔取り部 1 0を伸長 させる際、 上述したように搔取り部 1 0は上昇移動するので、 バケツ ト 9力くバラ 物に接し続けるように搔取り部 1 0の伸長に合わせて旋回マス卜 5を下降調節す 。
こうして船倉 3 6内のバラ物の陸揚げが終了したら、 再びシリンダ 1 2を収縮 させて搔取り部 1 0の長さをハッチ口 3 5を容易に通過できる長さまで縮め、 旋 回マスト 5を上方に引き上げてバケツ 卜コンペャ 7をハッチ口 3 5から船倉 3 6 の外部へ出す。
以上説明したように、 旋回マスト 5の下端に先端スプロケッ ト 1 3と根元スプ ロケッ ト 1 4とをリンク機構 1 1を介して吊り下げ、 そのリンク機構 1 1をシリ ンダ 1 2で作動させることで搔取り部 1 0を伸縮 ·昇降させるようにしたため、 図 2 8に示す従来のもののように内筒 0と外筒 pとの間に伸縮シリンダ rを設け る必要がなくなり、 一本のシリンダ 1 2のみで搔取り部 1 0の伸縮とこれに連動 した昇降と力達成される。 よって、 装置全体を軽量化できる。
また、 上記シリンダ 1 2の伸縮ストロークは、 リンク機構 1 1のレバー比によ つて増幅されて先端スプロケッ 卜 1 3と根元スプロケッ 卜 1 4との近接離間に作 用するので、 図 2 8に示す従来の伸縮シリンダ rに比べて小さな伸縮ストロ一ク で済む。 よって、 小型のシリンダ 1 2を用いることができ、 軽量化が図れるのみ ならず低コス卜となる。 これを纏めると、 図 2 8に示す従来のものは、 先端スプロケッ ト cと根元スプ ロケッ ト bとの近接離間および昇降を伸縮シリンダ rと昇降シリンダ Vとで行つ ており、 しかもその昇降シリンダ Vは伸縮シリンダ rの重量をも引き上げる力が 必要なため大型なものが必要となり、 装置全体が重量化 ·大型化してしまうが、 本実施形態によれば、 一本のシリンダ 1 2のみで先端スプロケッ 卜 1 3と根元ス プロケッ 卜 1 4との近接離間およびこれに連動した昇降が達成でき、 しかもその シリンダ 1 2が小型のもので済むため、 装置全体を軽量化 ·小型化できる。 また、 先端スプロケッ 卜 1 3と根本スプロケッ 卜 1 4とを内筒 1 9と外筒 1 8 とからなる伸縮可能な伸縮フレーム 1 5の両端部にそれぞれ設け、 リンク機構 1 1によってそれら内筒 1 9と外筒 1 8とを揷抜して先端スプロケッ 卜 1 3と根本 スプロケッ ト 1 4とを近接離間するようにしたため、 先端スプロケッ ト 1 3と根 本スプロケッ 卜 1 4との近接離間が内筒 1 9および外筒 1 8に案内されて円滑な ものとなる。
また、 リンク機構 1 1の各リンクの取付寸法を適切に設定しているため、 シリ ンダ 1 2による搔取り部 1 0の伸縮に同期して、 バケツ トコンべャ 7のチェーン 7 aに過度の張りや弛みが生じないように、 搔取り部 1が自動的に昇降すること となる。 よって、 図 2 8に示す従来のもののように、 伸縮シリンダ rと昇降シリ ンダ Vとの複雑な同調制御は一切不要となる。
なお、 リンク ¾« 1 1の各リンクの取付寸法の比は上述のものに限るものでは なく、 以下の条件を満たす寸法比であればよい。 ①搔取り部 1 0の伸縮と昇降と を同時に行う際にバケツ トコンべャ 7のチヱーン 7 aに過度の弛みや張り力生じ ないこと。 ②搔取り部 1 0が略水平状態を保ったまま昇降すること。 ③根元スプ ロケッ ト 1 4が水平方向にズレることなく略鉛直方向に昇降すること。
ところで、 図 2に示すように、 旋回マスト 5と搔取り部 1 0との間にリンク機 構 1 1を設けて搔取り部 1 0を伸縮させるようにした連続アンローダ 1の場合、 搔取り部 1 0を傾動させる手段はない。 また、 この連続アンローダ 1は、 リンク 機構 1 1の各リンクを変位させて搔取り部 1 0を伸縮させることで、 各リンクが 作動して搔取り部 1 0を昇降させるようになつているため、 単純に旋回マスト 5 と搔取り部 1 0の間に図 2 8のシリンダ Xの如き傾動用のシリンダを設けること はできない。
そこで、 本発明者は、 図 7に示すように、 上記ステ一リンク 2 2に当該リンク
2 2の両端の長さを伸縮させるシリンダ 2 2 aを内蔵させ、 図 8に示すように、 そのシリンダ 2 2 aを伸縮させて搔取り部 1 0の角度を水平線に対して傾動させ るようにしたものを開発した。 以下このタイプについて説明する。
図 7及び図 8に示すように、 ステーリンク 2 2には、 当該リンク 2 2の両端の 長さを伸縮させるシリンダ 2 2 aが内蔵されている。 その他の構成部品は、 前述 の実施形態と同様の構成となっているため、 同一の符号を付して説明を省略する。 連続アンローダ 1のバケツ トコンべャ 7の搔取り部 1 0を船 3 4のハッチ口 3 5等から船倉 3 6内に入れる場合、 搔取り部 1 0をハッチ口 3 5の上方の位置に 位置合わせをした後、 ステーリンク 2 2の長さを一定に保持したままシリンダ 1 2を上述したように縮退させ、 図 9に示すように搔取部 1 0の長さをハッチ口 3 5を容易に通過できる長さまで縮める。
このとき、 シリンダ 1 2が収縮することにより、 メインリンク 2 0は後下方に 引き下げられ、 外筒 1 8を後方に縮退させると共に下方に引き下げる。 そして更 に、 補助リ ンク 2 1はメインリンク 2 0の中間に一端を連結されているため、 補 助リンク 2 1には後下方に押し下げる方向の力がかかる。 ただし、 補助リンク 2 1は、 中間をステーリンク 2 2に連結され後方に移動しないように動きを制限さ れているため、 そのまま後下方に押し下げられることはなく、 内筒 1 9との連結 点である接続点 3 1をメインリンク 2 0に対して前下方に向けて回動させること となる。 そして、 接続点 3 1は、 メインリンク 2 0に押されて後方に移動する速 度とステーリンク 2 2に押されて前方に移動する速度とが釣り合い、 鉛直方向に 下がることとなる。
次にブーム 3を傾斜させて旋回マス卜 5を下降させ、 搔取り部 1 0がハッチ口
3 5を通過したら搔取り部 1 0の先端が船倉 3 6の隅まで屆くようにステーリン ク 2 2の長さを一定に保ったままシリンダ 1 2を伸長させて図 7に示すように搔 取リ部 1 0の長さを広げて調節する。 このとき、 シリンダ 1 2が伸長することによりメインリンク 2 0は前上方に押 し上げられ、 外筒 1 8を前方に伸長させると共に上方に押し上げる。 そして更に、 補助リンク 2 1はメインリンク 2 0の中間に一端を連結されているため、 補助リ ンク 2 1には前上方に引き上げる方向の力がかかる。 ただし、 補助リンク 2 1は、 中間をステーリンク 2 2に連結され前方に移動しないように動きを制限されてい るため、 そのまま前上方に引き上げられることはなく、 内筒 1 9との連結点であ る接続点 3 1をメインリンク 2 0に対して上後方に向けて回動させることとなる。 そして、 接続点 3 1は、 メインリンク 2 0に引かれて前方に移動する速度とステ 一リンク 2 2に引かれて後方に移動する速度とが約り合い、 鉛直方向に上がるこ とと'よる c
その後、 ブーム 3を傾斜させて旋回マス卜 5を下降させ、 搔取り部 1 0によつ て船倉 3 6内のバラ物を搔き取っていくわけである力^ 船倉 3 6内のバラ物が減 つて船体がト リムしたら、 図 8に示すように、 シリンダ 1 2の長さを一定に保つ たままステーリンク 2 2を伸縮させ、 搔取り部 1 0の傾斜角度を船底の傾斜角度 に合わせる。 このとき、 搔取り部 1 0を前方下がりに傾斜させる場合には、 シリ ンダ 1 2の長さを一定に保ったままステーリンク 2 2を縮退させ、 搔取り部 1 0 を後方下がりに傾斜させる場合には、 シリ ンダ 1 2の長さを一定に保ったままス テーリンク 2 2を伸長させる。
ここで、 シリンダ 1 2の長さを一定に保ったままステーリンク 2 2を縮退させ た場合、 ステーリンク 2 2の収縮に伴って補助リンク 2 1は接続点 2 5を中心に 上方に回動され、 伸縮フレーム 1 5の後端側が後方かつ上方に引き上げられる。 このとき、 シリンダ 1 2の長さは一定にされているため、 メインリンク 2 0が接 続点 2 4を中心に上下方向に回動することはなく、 伸縮フレーム 1 5の前端側が メインリンク 2 0との接続点 5 0を中心に下方に回動されると共に、 メインリ ン ク 2 0により前後方向の移動を規制された外筒 1 8から内筒 1 9が後方に引き出 され、 伸縮フレーム 1 5が伸長されることとなる。
また、 シリンダ 1 2の長さを一定に保ったままステーリ ンク 2 2を伸長させた 場台、 ステーリ ンク 2 2の伸長に伴って補助りンク 2 1は接続点 2 5を中心に下 方に回動され、 伸縮フレーム 1 5の後端側が下方に押し下げられる。 このとき、 シリンダ 1 2の長さは一定にされているため、 メインリンク 2 0が接続点 2 4を 中心に上下方向に回動することはなく、伸縮フレーム 1 5の前端側はメインリン ク 2 0との接続点 3 2を中心に上方に回動されると共に、 メインリンク 2 0によ り前後方向の移動を規制された外筒 1 8に向けて内筒 1 9が押し込まれ、 伸縮フ レーム 1 5が収縮されることとなる。
バラ物の陸揚げが終了したら、 再びステーリンク 2 2の長さを一定に保ったま まシリンダ 1 2を縮退させて搔取リ部 1 0の長さをハッチ口 3 5を容易に通過で きる長さまで縮め、 旋回マス卜 5ごと搔取装置 6を上方に引き上げてハッチ□ 3 5から船倉 3 6の外部へ出す。
このように、 連続アンローダ 1の搔取り部 1 0の傾動を、 前述したリンク機構 1 1の一部を構成するステーリンク 2 2を伸縮することで達成するようにしたの で、 極めて簡単な構成でかつ低コストで搔取り部 1 0を容易に傾動させることが できる。 '
なお、 上言己シリンダ 1 2の伸縮とステーリンク 2 2の伸縮とを同時に行って、 搔取り部 1 0の昇降と傾動とを同時に制御するようにしてもよい。
ところで、 図 1において、 船倉 3 6内のバラ物を残荷なしに底浚い (クリーン アップ) する場合、 搔取り部 1 0のバケツ 卜 9を船倉底板 3 6 aに軽く接触させ る必要がある。 この場合、 波や積み荷の重量変化等によって船が揺動するため、 搔取り部 2を船倉底板 3 6 aの揺動にしなやかに追従させるように弾性的に保持 する必要がある。 他方、 通常の搔取時 (クリーンアップ以外のとき) には、 搔取 り部 1 0を固定的に保持する必要がある。
そこで、 本発明者は、 これらを切り換えられる連続アンローダを実現すべく、 図 1 0に示すように、 上記シリンダ 1 2に、 当該シリンダ 1 2によるリンク機構 1 1の保持力を調節するための制御手段 1 3 6を接続したものを開発した。 これ によれば、 搔取り部 1 0を船倉底板 3 6 aに接触させる底浚い時には、 制御手段 1 3 6によってシリ ンダ 1 2の保持力を弱め、 搔取り部 1 0を弾性的に保持する。 これにより、 波等によって船倉底板 3 6 aが揺動しても、 搔取り部 1 0はかかる 揺動にしなやかに追従する。 また、 通常運転時には、 制御手段 1 3 6によりシリ ンダ 1 2の保持力を高めて搔取り部 1 0を固定的に保持する。
上記制御手段 1 3 6は、 シリンダ 1 2への油圧を制御する油圧回路 1 3 8から 構成されている。 油圧回路 1 3 8には、 シリンダ 1 2に所定油圧を供給して上記 搔取り部 1 0の重量の一部を保持するアキュームレータ 1 3 7力く設けられている c このアキュームレータ 1 3 7による保持力は、 搔取り部 1 0の重量より僅かに小 さく設定されている。 これにより、 搔取り部 1 0の船倉底板 3 6 aに対する接触 圧を可及的に小さくできる。 以下このタイプについて説明する。
シリンダ 1 2は、 自然状態では、 図 1 0に破線で示すように重力により搔取り 部 1 0 (先端および根元スプロケッ ト 1 3, 1 4、 伸縮フレーム 1 5 ) が下降し てメインリンク 2 0が逆時計方向に回動されるため、 収縮される。 よって、 シリ ンダ 1 2を伸長させるときには、 その重力による付勢力に打ち勝つ油圧を供給す る必要がある。 そして、 油圧の供給を止めれば、 搔取り部 1 0が重力により下降 し、 伸縮シリンダ 1 2が自然に収縮する。 また、 伸縮シリンダ 1 2への油圧を口 ックすれば、 搔取り部 1 0が所定の高さに固定保持される。 また、 シリンダ 1 2 にアキュームレータ 1 3 7を接続し、 アキュームレータ 1 3 7の圧力によって搔 取り部 1 0の自重の一部を保持するようにすれば、 搔取り部 1 0の保持力が弱ま 。
シリンダ 1 2には、 かかる油圧の切り換えを行い、 搔取り部 1 0の保持力を調 節する制御手段 1 3 6として油圧回路 1 3 8が接続されている。 油圧回路 1 3 8 には、 シリンダ 1 2に所定圧力を供給して搔取り部 1 0の自重の一部を保持する アキュームレータ 1 3 7が設けられている。 アキュームレータ 1 3 7による搔取 り部 1 0の保持力は、 搔取部 1 0の自重より僅かに小さく設定されている。 油圧 回路 1 3 8の概要を図 1 1〜図 1 3を用いて説明する。
図 1 1に示すように、 シリンダ 1 2のへッ ド側の部屋 1 3 9には、 第 1配管 1 4 0を介してアキュームレータ 1 3 7が接続されている。 アキュームレータ 1 3 7の圧力は、 搔取り部 1 0 (先端スプロケッ 卜 1 3、 根元スプロケッ 卜 1 4、 伸 縮フレーム 1 5等) の自重を持ち上げるには、 僅かに足りない圧力に設定されて いる。 例えば、 搔取り部 1 0の重量が 10トンなら、 アキュ一ムレータ 1 3 7の圧 力は 8トン分を持ち上げる程度の圧力となっている。
上記第 1配管 1 4 0には、 リ リーフ弁 1 4 1、 第 1切換式逆止弁 1 4 2、 加圧 ポンプ 1 4 3、 固定式逆止弁 1 4 4、 逆止弁ュニッ ト 1 4 5、 リリーフ弁 1 4 6 が設けられている。 リリーフ弁 1 4 1と第 1切換式逆止弁 1 4 2との間の部分と、 固定式逆止弁 1 4 4と逆止弁ュニッ 卜 1 4 5との間の部分とは、 第 2配管 1 4 7 によって接続されている。 第 2配管 1 4 7には、 第 2切換式逆止弁 1 4 8が設け られている。 また、 リリーフ弁 1 4 1と第 1切換式逆止弁 1 4 2との間の部分と、 リリーフ弁 1 4 6と伸縮シリンダ 1 3 3との間の部分とは、 第 3配管 1 4 9によ つて接続されている。 第 3配管 1 4 9には、 第 3切換式逆止弁 1 5 0が設けられ ている。
上記第 1〜第 3切換式逆止弁 1 4 2, 1 4 8 , 1 5 0は、 それぞれ第 1〜第 3 切換弁 1 5 1 , 1 5 2 , 1 5 3に接続されており、 これらによって一方向のみ通 過させる逆止機能と両方向に自由に通過させるフリー機能とに、 切り換えられる ようになつている。 第 1〜第 3切換弁 1 5 1 , 1 5 2 , 1 5 3には、 作動流体と してのオイルがポンプ 1 5 4から第 4配管 1 5 5を介して供給されるようになつ ており、 それぞれソレノイ ド 1 5 6 , 1 5 7, 1 5 8によって切り換えられるよ うになつている。 第 4配管 1 5 5には、 リリーフ弁 1 5 9が設けられている。 第 4配管 1 5 5のリリーフ弁 1 5 9とポンプ 1 5 4との間の部分と、 第 1配管 1 4 0のアキュームレータ 1 3 7とリリーフ弁 1 4 1との間の部分とは、 第 5配 管 1 6 0によって接続されている。 第 5配管 1 6 0には、 固定式逆止弁 1 6 1、 圧力スィツチ 1 6 2力く設けられている。 圧力スィツチ 1 6 2は、 アキユームレ一 タ 1 3 7内の圧力が設定圧力より低下した場合に作動し、 ポンプ 1 5 4に接続さ れたモータ 1 6 3を起動させてアキュームレータ 1 3 7内の圧力を回復させるも のである。 但し、 通常は、 アキュームレータ 1 3 7の圧力力く逃げないように逆止 弁等が配置されているため、 上記圧力スィッチ 1 6 2が働くことはない。
また、 上記第 1配管 1 4 0のポンプ 1 4 3と固定式逆止弁 1 4 4との間の部分 には、 第 6配管 1 6 4が接続されており、 第 6配管 1 6 4にはリ リーフ弁 1 6 5 が設けられている。 また、 シリンダ 1 2のロッ ド側の部屋 1 6 6は、 第 7配管 1
6 7を介してオイルタンク 1 6 8に接続されている。 また、 逆止弁ュニッ 卜 1 4 5は、 4個の固定式逆止弁 1 6 9 , 1 7 0 , 1 7 1 . 1 7 2と、 1個の可変式絞 り 1 7 3とを有している。 かかる油圧回路 1 3 8によれば、 次のようにしてシリ ンダ 1 2の伸長、 収縮、 固定保持、 弾性保持を切り換える。
シリンダ 1 2を伸長させるときには、 図 1 1に示すように第 1切換弁 1 5 1の ソレノイ ド 1 5 6に通電して第 1切換式逆止弁 1 4 2をフリーにし、 モータ 1 6 3によりポンプ 1 4 3を作動させる。 すると、 アキュームレータ 1 3 7内のオイ ルは、 第 1切換式逆止弁 1 4 2、 ポンプ 1 4 3、 固定式逆止弁 1 4 4、 逆止弁 1
7 2、 絞り 1 7 3、 逆止弁 1 Ί 0を通り、 第 1配管 1 4 0を介してポンプ 1 4 3 で加圧されてシリンダ 1 2のへッ ド側の部屋 1 3 9に導かれ、 シリンダ 1 2が伸 長する。
このとき、 ポンプ 1 4 3は、 その吸込口側にアキュームレータ 1 3 7が接統さ れ、 吐出口側にシリンダ 1 2が接続されているので、 アキュームレータ 1 3 7内 の圧力を基準にして加圧仕事を行う。 よって、 ポンプ 1 4 3の仕事量は、 アキュ 一ムレー夕 1 3 7無しのものと比較すると、 アキュームレータ 1 3 7の圧力分だ け軽減される。 シリンダ 1 2が伸長すると、 図 1 0に示すように搔取り部 1 0力 < リンク機構 1 1を介して上昇する。 なお、 シリンダ 1 2のロッ ド側の部屋 1 6 6 のオイルは、 第 7配管 1 6 7を介してオイルタンク 1 6 8に排出される。
シリンダ 1 2を固定保持するときには、 ポンプ 1 4 3を停止させればよい。 こ れにより、 搔取り部 1 0の上昇が止まり、 搔取り部 1 0が所望の高さに保持され る。 何故なら、 このときシリンダ 1 2のへッ ド側の部屋 1 3 9内の油圧は、 図 1 2に示すように、 逆止弁 1 6 9、 絞り 1 7 3、 逆止弁 1 7 1、 逆止弁 1 4 4、 第 2切換式逆止弁 1 4 8、 第 3切換式逆止弁 1 5 0によって保持されるからである。 このとき、 第 2および第 3切換式逆止弁 1 4 4 , 1 5 0は、 逆止機能が発揮され るようになっていることは勿論である。
シリンダ 1 2を収縮させるときには、 図 1 2に示すように第 2切換弁 1 5 2の ソレノイ ド 1 5 7に通電して第 2切換式逆止弁 1 4 8をフリーにし、 ポンプ 1 4 3を停止する。 すると、 図 1 0に示すようにシリンダ 1 2が搔取り部 1 0の重量 に押されて収縮されるため、 図 1 2に示すようにシリンダ 1 2のへッ ド側の部屋 1 3 9内のオイルが、 逆止弁 1 6 9、 絞り 1 7 3、 逆止弁 1 7 1、 第 2切換式逆 止弁 1 4 8を通って第 2配管 1 4 7を介してアキュームレータ 1 3 7に導かれる。 シリンダ 1 2が収縮すると、 図 1 0に示すように搔取り部 1 0カ<下降する。 なお、 シリンダ 1 2のロッ ド側の部屋 1 6 6は、 オイルタンク 1 6 8から第 7配管 1 6 7を介してオイルを吸い込む。 その後、 第 2切換式逆止弁 1 4 8を作動させて逆 止機能を発揮させれば、 シリンダ 1 2は前述したようにその位置に保持固定され シリンダ 1 2を弾性的に保持するときには、 図 1 3に示すように第 3切換弁 1 5 3のソレノィ ド 1 5 8に通電して第 3切換式逆止弁 1 5 0をフリーにする。 す ると、 シリンダ 1 2のへッ ド側の部屋 1 3 9とアキュームレータ 1 3 7とが第 3 配管 1 4 9を介して接続され、 上記部屋 1 3 9にアキュームレータ 1 3 7内の油 圧が加わる。 すると、 アキュームレータ 1 3 7の圧力によって搔取り部 1 0 (先 端スプロケッ ト 1 3、 根元スプロケッ ト 1 4、 伸縮フレーム 1 5等) の自重の一 部が持ち上げられる。 よって、 底浚い時に搔取り部 1 0のバケツ 卜 9を船倉底板 3 6 aに接触させたときの接触圧が小さくなる。
たとえば、 搔取り部 1 0の重量が 10卜ンの場合にアキユームレータ 1 3 7の持 上力を 8トンに設定しておけば、 接触圧は 2トンとなる。 よって、 船倉底板 3 6 aが波の作用や荷揚げによる重量バランスの変化等に起因して上下に揺動しても、 搔取り部 1 0が所定の接触圧 ( 2トン) を保ったままその揺動にしなやかに追従 することになる。 これにより、 搔取り部 1 0のバケツ 卜 9が船倉底板 3 6 aに激 しく衝突することを回避でき、 バゲッ 卜 9および船倉底板 3 6 aの損傷を防止で きる。 また、 通常の荷揚作業時には、 前述のように油圧をロックしてシリンダ 1 2を保持固定しておく。 これにより安定した搔き取りが行える。
なお、 図 1 3中のリリーフ弁 1 4 1のリリーフ圧力を可変とし、 これを適宜調 節すれば上記接触圧を調節できる。 例えば、 リリーフ弁 1 4 1のリ リーフ圧力を 高めると接触圧が小さくなり、 リ リーフ圧力を低めると接触圧が大きくなる。 別の実施形態を図 1 4に示す。
図示するように、 このものは、 ステーリンク 2 2を図 3 bに示すようにシリ ン ダ 2 2 a内蔵型とし、 このシリンダ 2 2 aを伸縮させることにより搔取り部 1 0 の角度 (先端スプロケッ 卜 1 3と根元スプロケッ 卜 1 4とを結んだ直線の角度) を傾動させるようにし、 このシリンダ 2 2 aに前述した図 1 1〜図 1 3に示すよ うな油圧回路 1 3 8を接続したものである。 こうすれば、 底浚い時に搔取り部 1 0は船倉底板 3 6 aの傾動に対してもしなやかに追従できる。
なお、 図 1 4に示す搔取り部 1 0の傾動を制御するシリンダ 2 2 aと、 図 1 0 に示す搔取り部 1 0の昇降を制御するシリンダ 1 2との双方に、 図 1 1〜図 1 3 に示すような油圧回路 1 3 8をそれぞれ接続し、 底浚い時に搔取り部 1 0を船倉 底板 3 6 aの昇降と傾動とに同時に追従させるようにしてもよい。
ところで、 図 2に示す連続アンローダにおいては、 先端スプロケッ 卜 2 3と根 元スプロケッ 卜 1 4との間のバケツ 卜コンペャ 7の重力による弛みは、 外筒 1 8 の下端に取り付けたガイ ドレール 1 8 aに各バケツ ト 9に取り付けたガイ ドロー ラ 9 aを係合させて防止している (図 4参照) 。
しかし、 このタイプにおいては、 ガイ ドレール 1 8 aを取り付けるためには、 先端スプロケッ 卜 1 3と根元スプロケッ 卜 1 4との間に外筒 1 8と内筒 1 9とか らなるテレスコピック状の伸縮フレーム 1 5を設ける必要がある。 このため、 搔 取り部 1 0の重量が重くなつてしまい、 シリ ンダ 1 2の大型化を招く。 また、 搔 取り部 1 0と釣り合わせる図 1に示すカウンタウヱイ ト 3 bの大型化を招き、 装 置全体が大型化してコストアップに繫がる。 また、 伸縮フレーム 1 5は、 その摺 動部分にバラ物である石炭粉等が侵入することがあるため、 定期的なメンテナン スが必要である。
そこで、 本発明者は、 伸縮フレーム 1 5を不要するために、 図 1 5に示すよう に、 先端スプロケッ ト 1 3に、 根元スプロケッ ト 1 4との間のバケツ トコンべャ 7の移動をガイ ドするための先端フレーム 2 1 8を設け、 その先端フレーム 2 1 8と固定フレーム 2 3との間に、 先端フレーム 2 1 8を水平に保ちつつ昇降させ る平行リンク機構 2 3 3を介設したものを開発した。 この構成によれば、 搔取り 部 1 0には、 バケツ トコンべャ 7のガイ ド部材としての先端フレーム 2 1 9のみ を設ければよく、 従来の伸縮フレーム 1 5を設ける必要がないので、 軽量化およ びコストダウンを推進できる。 以下、 このタイプについて説明する。
図 1 6および図 1 7に示すように、 搔取り部 1 0の先端スプロケッ 卜 1 3には、 当該先端スプロケッ 卜 1 3を軸支すると共に根元スプロケッ 卜 1 4側に延出され た先端フレーム 2 1 8が設けられている。 先端フレーム 2 1 8の延出長さ L 2 は、 図 1 5に破線で示すように先端スプロケッ 卜 1 3と根元スプロケッ ト 1 4との間 隔 を最も狭めたときに、 根元スプロケッ 卜 1 4と干渉しない範囲でできるだ け長く設定されている。 後に詳述するが、 先端フレーム 2 1 8に設けたガイ ドレ ール 2 1 9によりスプロケッ 卜 1 3 , 1 4間に生じるバケツ トコンべャ 7の弛み を防止するためである。
先端フレーム 2 1 8は、 図 1 7にも示すように、 根元スプロケッ 卜 1 4側に延 出された口ッ ド状の本体 2 2 0と、 先端スプロケッ 卜 1 3を軸支するブラケッ ト 2 2 1と、 リンク機構 1 1が取り付けられるブラケッ ト 2 2 3と、 先端スプロケ ッ 卜 1 3と根元スプロケッ ト 1 4との間のバケツ トコンべャ 7を水平に案内する ガイドレール 2 1 9とを有している。 ガイ ドレール 2 1 9は、 断面略コ字状に形 成された一対のビー厶材からなり、 各バケツ 卜 9の背面部に設けられた一対の算 盤球状のガイ ドローラ 9 aに係合し、 スプロケッ ト 1 3 , 1 4間に生じるバケツ 卜コンペャ 7の弛みを防止するものである。
先端フレーム 2 1 8と根元スプロケッ ト 1 4と固定フレーム 2 3との間には、 図 1 5に示すように先端及び根元スプロケッ ト 1 3、 1 4を水平に保ちつつその 間隔 L , を広げながら上昇させ、 狭めながら下降させるリンク機構 1 1が設けら れている。 リンク機構 1 1は、 図 1 6にも示すように一端が固定フレーム 2 3に 接铳点 2 4で接続され他端が先端フレーム 2 1 8に接続点 5 0で接続されたメイ ンリ ンク 2 0と、 一端がメインリンク 2 0の中間部に接続点 2 5で接続され他端 が接続点 3 1で直接根元スプロケッ ト 1 4に接続された補助リ ンク 2 1と、 一端 が接続点 5 1で補助リンク 2 1の中間部に接続され他端が接続点 2 6で固定フレ ー厶 2 3に接続されたステーリンク 2 2とを備えている。 ステーリ ンク 2 2の固定フレーム 2 3側の接続点 2 6とメインリ ンク 2 0の固 定フレーム 2 3側の取付点 2 4とは、 所定距離離間されている。 補助リ ンク 2 1 の接続点 3 1は、 直接根元スプロケッ ト 1 4を軸支する。 メインリ ンク 2 0の接 続点 5 0は、 ブラケッ ト 2 2 3を介して先端フレーム 2 1 8に接続されている。 メインリンク 2 0と固定フレーム 2 3との間には、 上記リンク機構 1 1を作動さ せるシリンダ 1 2が設けられている。 シリンダ 1 2は、 その固定フレーム 2 3側 の接続点 3 0が接続点 2 4と接続点 2 6との間に配置され、 メインリ ンク 2 0側 の接続点 2 9が接続点 2 5と接続点 2 4との肺だに配置されている。
先端フレーム 2 1 8と固定フレーム 2 3との間には、 先端フレーム 2 1 8を水 平に保ちつつ昇降させる平行リンク機構 2 3 3が設けられている。 平行リンク機 構 2 3 3は、 上記メインリ ンク 2 0と、 これに平行に配置され一端が接続点 2 3 8で固定フレーム 2 3に接続され他端が接続点 2 3 6で先端フレーム 2 1 8のブ ラケッ ト 2 2 3に接続された長リンク 2 3 4と、 先端フレーム 2 1 8側の接続点 2 3 6と接続点 5 0との間に仮想的に形成される仮想リンク 2 3 7と、 固定フレ ーム 2 3側の接続点 2 3 8と接続点 2 4との間に仮想的に形成される仮想リ ンク 2 3 9とから構成されている。 仮想リ ンク 2 3 7と仮想リンク 2 3 9とは平行に 設定されている。
以上の構成からなる本実施形態の作用を述べる。
図 1 5に実線で示すように伸ばした状態のシリンダ 1 2を縮めると、 リンク機 構 1 1が破線のように動き、 根元スプロケッ ト 1 4と先端スプロケッ 卜 1 3とが 水平に保たれた状態でその間隔 L, を狭めつつ下降する。 先端および根元スプロ ケッ 卜 1 3 , 1 4間が狭まったことによるバケツ トコンべャ 7のチヱーン 7 aの 余りは、 先端および根元スプロケッ ト 1 3, 1 4がー体的に下降することによつ て上部スプロケッ ト 8 (図 l a参照) との間隔が広がることで吸収される。 この 状態からシリンダ 1 2を伸ばせば、 リンク機構 1 1が逆に動き、 先端スプロケッ ト 1 3と根元スプロケッ ト 1 4とは、 水平に保たれた状態でその間隔 L, を広め つつ上昇し、 実線の位置に戻る。
かかる搔取り部 1 0の昇降時、 先端フレーム 2 1 8は、 固定フレーム 2 3から 平行リンク機構 2 3 3を介して接続されているため、 水平に保たれたまま昇降す る。 よって、 先端フレーム 2 1 8に設けられたガイ ドレール 2 1 9も水平に保た れたまま昇降し、 先端スプロケッ ト 1 3と根元スプロケッ ト 1 4との間のバケツ トコンべャ 7の各バケツ 卜 9のガイ ドローラ 9 a力く、 ガイ ドレール 2 1 9に係合 されて常に水平に案内される。 仮に、 平行リ ンク機構 2 3 3を構成する長リ ンク 2 3 4がないとすると、 先端スプロケッ ト 1 3はメインリ ンク 2 0の接続点 5 0 を支点として下方へ垂れ下がって (回動して) しまう。 長リンク 2 3 4は、 これ を牽引保持しているのである。
ここで、 搔取り部 1 0には、 ガイ ドレール 2 1 9を有する先端フレーム 2 1 8 のみを設ければよく、 図 2に示す如き外筒 1 8と内筒 1 9とからなる伸縮フレー ム 1 5を設ける必要がない。 よって、 搔取り部 1 0が軽量となる。 先端フレーム 2 1 8は、 スプロケッ ト 1 3, 1 4間のバケツ 卜コンペャ 7を水平にガイ ドする 機能を有していればよく、 鋼板等により軽量に製作できるからである。 この結果、 搔取り部 1 0を吊下する図 1に示すカウンタウユイ 卜 3 bを小型化でき、 装置全 体がコンパクトになってコストダウンとなる。 また、 図 2に示す伸縮フレーム 1 5は、 その摺動部分にバラ物 (石炭粉等) が侵入することがあるため定期的なメ ンテナレスが必要であつたが、 これが不要となる。
別の実施形態を図 1 8に示す。
図示するようにこのものは、 メインリ ンク 2 0の下端の接続点 5 0に直接先端 スプロケッ 卜 1 3を取り付けたものである。 この場合、 平行リンク機構 2 3 3を 構成する長リンク 2 3 4は、 メインリンク 2 0の下方に平行に配置されることに なる。
ところで、 前述した図 1乃至図 6に示すようなリンク機構 1 1を用いた連続ァ ンローダ 1においては、 リンク機構 1 1を作動させて先端および根元スプロケッ 卜 1 3、 1 4の近接離間と昇降とを行っている力く、 この際、 バケツ トコンべャ 7 のチヱ一ン 7 aの周長を完全に一定とすることは物理的に不可能であり、 チェ一 ン 7がある程度弛むまたは張ることは避けられない。 また、 経年使用により、 チ ェ一ン 7の各コマのブッシュが摩耗してコマ間のピッチが広がり所謂チェーン 7 の伸びが生じると、 チヱーン 7が弛んでしまう。 このようにして弛んだチヱ一ン 7はスプロケッ 卜 1 3、 1 4から外れる可能性があり好ましくない。
そこで、 本発明者は、 かかるチヱーン 7の弛みまたは張りを解消すべく、 図 1 9に示すものを開発した。 このものは、 リンク機構 3 1 9を支持するべ一ス部 3 0 5を昇降機構 3 0 7によって昇降させることにより、 先端および根元スプロケ ッ ト 3 0 2、 3 0 1と上部スプロケッ ト 3 5 0 (図 2 6参照) との間隔を調整し、 前述のチヱーン 3 2 9の弛みまたは張りを吸収するようにしたものである。
以下、 このタイプについて説明する。
図 2 6に示すように本実施形態に係る連続ァンローダは、 基本的には図 1に示 すものと同様に、 上部スプロケッ 卜 3 5 0とその下方の根元スプロケッ 卜 3 0 1 とその前方の先端スプロケッ 卜 3 0 2とに無端状のバケツ トコンべャ 3 0 3を巻 き掛けて構成されている。 上部スプロケッ ト 3 5 0は、 フレーム 3 5 1に支持さ れている。 フレーム 3 5 1は、 上部スプロケッ 卜 3 5 0および反転スプロケッ ト 3 5 2を覆う上部カバ一 3 5 3と、 バケツ トコンべャ 3 0 3の垂直部分を覆うェ レべ一タケ一シング 3 5 4とから構成されており、 卜ップ支持フレーム 3 5 5に 取り付けられている。
図 1 9に示すように、 上記エレべ一タケ一シング 3 5 4の下端部には、 ベース 部 3 0 5を吊下するための固定部 3 0 6が設けられている。 固定部 3 0 6には、 先端および根元スプロケッ ト 3 0 2 , 3 0 1を支持するためのベース部 3 0 5力、'、 昇降機構 3 0 7を介して昇降自在に接続されている。 昇降機構 3 0 7は、 上部保 持リンク 3 0 8と下部保持リンク 3 0 9とべ一ス部 3 0 5と仮想リンク 3 1 0と からなる平行リンク機構 3 1 1から構成されている。
詳しくは、 上部保持リンク 3 0 8および下部保持リンク 3 0 9は、 それぞれ一 端が固定部 3 0 6にピン 3 1 2. 3 1 3で接続されており、 ベース部 3 0 5は、 上部保持リ ンク 3 0 8および下部保持リ ンク 3 0 9の他端を結んでピン 3 1 4、 3 1 5で接続されており、 仮想リ ンク 3 1 0は、 ピン 3 1 2とピン 3 1 3とを結 ぶ仮想的なリンクである。 そして、 上部保持リ ンク 3 0 8と下部保持リンク 3 0 9とが平行に配置され、 ベース部 3 0 5と仮想、リンク 3 1 0とが平行に配置され ている。
この構成によれば、 上部保持リンク 3 0 8に設けたブラケッ ト 3 6 0と固定部 3 0 6に設けたブラケッ ト 3 6 1との間に介設した保持シリンダ 3 1 6 (油圧ま たは電動) を伸縮させることにより、 図 2 3に示すように上部保持リ ンク 3 0 8 および下部保持リンク 3 0 9がそれぞれピン 3 1 2、 3 1 3を中心にして回動し、 平行リンク機構 3 1 1が作動してベース部 3 0 5が昇降することになる。
上記上部保持リンク 3 0 8および下部保持リンク 3 0 9は、 図 2 0に示すよう にバケツ 卜コンべャ 3 0 3を挟むようにその左右にそれぞれ配置されている。 上 部保持リ ンク 3 0 8、 3 0 8同士は、 連接部材 3 1 7によって連結されている。 同様にベース部 3 0 5、 3 0 5もバケツ トコンべャ 3 0 3の左右にそれぞれ配置 されており、 それら力連接部材 3 1 8によって連結されている (図 2 2参照) 。 この構成によれば、 各連接部材 3 1 7、 3 1 8によって左右の上部保持リンク 3 0 8 , 3 0 8と下部保持リンク 3 0 9 , 3 0 9とべ一ス部 3 0 5 , 3 0 5と力、' それぞれ連動する。 このため、 上記保持シリンダ 3 1 6は左右のいずれか一方に 設ければよい。 ただし左右両方に設けて分担荷重を減らすようにしてもよいこと は勿論である。
力、かる平行リンク機構 3 1 1によって昇降されるベース部 3 0 5には、 上記先 端および根元スプロケッ ト 3 0 2、 3 0 1をその近接時に下降させ離間時に上昇 させる別のリンク機構 3 1 9が接続されている (図 2 1参照) 。 リンク機構 3 1 9は、 図 1 9乃至図 2 2にも示すように、 一端が上部保持リンク 3 0 8にピン 3 2 0で接続され他端に先端スプロケッ ト 3 0 2を軸支するメインリ ンク 3 2 1と、 一端がメインリンク 3 2 1の中間部にピン 3 2 2で接続され他端に根元スプロケ ッ ト 3 0 1を軸支する補助リ ンク 3 2 3と、 一端が補助リ ンク 3 2 3の途中にピ ン 3 2 4で支持され他端が下部保持リ ンク 3 0 9にピン 3 1 5で接続されたステ 一リンク 3 2 5とから構成されている。
図 2 0に示すように、 メインリンク 3 2 1のピン 3 2 0は、 ベース部 3 0 5の ピン 3 1 4の同軸上に配置されている。 これにより、 仮想的にはベース部 3 0 5 にメインリンク 3 2 1がピン接続されていると見なすことができる。 同様に、 ス テーリンク 3 2 5のピン 3 1 5も、 ベース部 3 0 5のピン 3 1 5と共用されてお り同軸上に配置されている。 これにより、 仮想的にはベース部 3 0 5にステーリ ンク 3 2 5がピン接続されていると見なすことができる。 なお、 メインリンク 3 2 1およびステーリンク 3 2 5を、 直接ベース部 3 0 5にピン接続してもよいこ とは勿論である。 要は、 ベース部 3 0 5が昇降した際にそれと一体的にメインリ ンク 3 2 1およびステ一リンク 3 2 5が昇降すればよいのである。
かかるリンク機構 3 1 9は、 図 1 9に示すようにメインリンク 3 2 1に設けら れたブラケッ ト 3 2 6とベース部 3 0 5の連接部材 3 1 8に設けたブラケッ 卜 3 2 7との間に介設された伸縮シリンダ 3 2 8 (油圧または電動) によって、 作動 される。 伸縮シリンダ 3 2 8を伸長させると、 メインリ ンク 3 2 1がピン 3 1 4 を中心に上方へ回動し、 補助リンク 3 2 3がピン 3 2 2を中心に上方へ回動し、 ステ一リンク 3 2 5がピン 3 1 5を中心に上方へ回動し、 図 1 9に示すように先 端スプロケッ 卜 3 0 2と根元スプロケッ ト 3 0 1とが水平状態を保ったまま離間 しつつ上昇する。 逆に、 伸縮シリンダ 3 2 8を収縮させると、 図 2 4に示すよう に先端スプロケッ ト 3 0 2と根元スプロケッ ト 3 0 1とが水平状態を保ったまま 近接しつつ下降する。
この際、 バケツ 卜コンペャ 3 0 3のチヱ一ン 3 2 9の周長が略一定に保たれる ように、 リンク機構 3 1 9の各リンクのレバ一比が設定されている。 すなわち、 先端スプロケッ ト 3 0 2と根元スプロケッ ト 3 0 1とが離間するとその分チェ一 ン 3 2 9が足りなくなるので両スプロケッ 卜 3 0 2、 3 0 1を上昇させて上部ス プロケッ ト 3 5 0 (図 2 6参照) との間隔を狭めて不足分を補い、 先端スプロケ ッ ト 3 0 2と根元スプロケッ ト 3 0 1とが近接するとその分チェーン 3 2 9が余 るので両スプロケッ ト 3 0 2、 3 0 1を下降させて上部スプロケッ ト 3 5 0との 間隔を広めて余剰分を吸収するようにしている。
以上の構成からなる本実施形態の作用を述べる。
先端スプロケッ ト 3 0 2と根元スプロケッ ト 3 0 1との間の距離すなわち搔取 り部の長さを調節する際には、 前述した図 1 9および図 2 4に示すように伸縮シ リンダ 3 2 8を伸縮させてリンク機構 3 1 9を作動させて行う。 この際、 先端および根元スプロケッ 卜 3 0 2 , 3 0 1は、 その近接時に下降し 離間時に上昇するので、 バケツ トコンべャ 3 0 3のチヱーン 3 2 9の周長を略一 定とすることができるが、 完全に一定とすることは物理的に不可能である。 よつ て、 チェーン 3 2 9に弛み又は張り力生じることがある。 また、 経年使用により、 所謂チヱーン 3 2 9の伸びが生じると、 チェーン 3 2 9に弛みが生じる。
かかるチヱ一ン 3 2 9に弛みを解消するには、 図 2 3に示すように保持シリン ダ 3 1 6を伸長させてベース部 3 0 5を下降させればよい。 ベース部 3 0 5の下 降によりリンク機構 3 1 9全体が各リンクの位置関係を保ったまま下降し、 先端 および根元スプロケッ 卜 3 0 2、 3 0 1と上部スプロケッ 卜 3 5 0との間隔が広 がり (図 2 6参照)、 これにより前述したチ I—ン 3 2 9の弛みを吸収できるの である。
ここで、 ベース部 3 0 5の下降によりリンク機構全体 3 1 9を下降させている ので、 図 2 3に示すように、 先端スプロケッ ト 3 0 2と根元スプロケッ ト 3 0 1 とがそれぞれベース部 3 0 5の下降ス卜ローク分だけ下降することとなり、 ベー ス部 3 0 5の下降ス卜ロークの略 2倍の長さのチヱ一ン 3 2 9の弛みを吸収でき る。 これにより、 チェーン 3 2 9の弛み (余長分) を吸収するためのベース部 3 0 5の下降ストロ一クを小さくできる。
また、 図 1 9および図 2 0に示す保持シリンダ 3 1 6のピン 3 3 0と上部保持 リ ンク 3 0 8のピン 3 1 2との間隔と、 上部保持リンク 3 0 8のピン 3 1 2とメ インリンク 3 2 1のピン 3 2 0 (ピン 3 1 4 ) との間隔とから決定されるレバー 比により、 図 2 3に示すように保持シリンダ 3 1 6の伸長ストロークが小さくと もベース部 3 0 5を大きく下降させることができる。 よって、 保持シリンダ 3 1 6を小型化できる。 なお、 通常の掘削作業時には、 伸縮シリンダ 3 2 8および保 持シリンダ 3 1 6を共に油圧ブロック状態とする。 また、 チェーン 3 2 9の張り を吸収するにはベース部 3 0 5を上昇させればよい。
ところで、 上記構成にあっては、 先端および根元スプロケッ 卜 3 0 2、 3 0 1 が取り付けられたりンク機構 3 1 9全体が平行リンク機構 3 1 1および保持シリ ンダ 3 1 6を介して固定部 3 0 6にフローティ ング支持されることとなるので、 保持シリンダ 3 1 6にはバケツ 卜コンペャ 3 0 3のチヱーン 3 2 9の張力が加わ る。 よって、 例えば保持シリンダ 3 1 6と油圧源との間にアキュームレータを設 けて保持シリンダ 3 1 6への供給油圧を一定とすることにより、 チヱ一ン 3 2 9 の張力を一定に制御でき、 これにより自動的にチェーン 3 2 9の弛み又は張りを 吸収できる。
また、 保持シリンダ 3 1 6の伸長ストローク力く長くなればなるほどチヱ一ン 3 2 9の伸びが大きくなったと見なせるので、 保持シリンダ 3 1 6の伸長ストロー クが所定値以上になつたならチェーン 3 2 9の伸びが限界になったと見なすこと ができる。 この場合、 保持シリンダ 3 1 6にストロークセンサを設けてその伸長 ス卜ロークを自動検出してもよいし、 保持シリ ンダ 3 1 6のロッ ド部に目盛りを 付して肉眼により検出してもよい。
別の実施形態を図 2 5に示す。
図示するようにこのものは、 保持シリンダ 3 1 6を垂直に配置した点のみが前 実施形態と異なり、 その他は全て前実施形態と同様の構成となっている。 保持シ リンダ 3 1 6は、 一端が上部保持リンク 3 8にピン 3 3 0で接続され、 他端がェ レベータケ一シング 3 5 4にピン 3 3 1で接続されている。 この実施形態の作用 効果は前実施形態と同様であることは勿論である。 産業上の禾 |J用可能性
以上説明したように本発明は、 船舶等から石炭や鉄鉱石等のバラ物を荷揚げす る連続アンローダに利用するのに好適なものである。

Claims

請 求 の 範 囲
1. 上部スプロケッ トとその下方の根元スプロケッ トとその前方の先端スプロケ ッ トとに無端状のバケツ トコンべャを巻き掛けた連続アンローダにおいて、 上記 上部スプロケッ 卜を支持するフレームの下端部に、 上記根元スプロケッ トおよび 先端スプロケッ トをその近接時に下降させると共に離間時に上昇させるリンク機 構を介して接続したことを特徴とする連続アンローダ。
2. 上記先端スプロケッ 卜と根本スプロケッ トと力く、 伸縮可能な伸縮フレームの 両端部にそれぞれ設けられ、 該伸縮フレームが、 上記リンク機構により伸縮自在 に吊持された請求項 1記載の連続ァンローダ。
3. 上記リンク機構が、 一端が上記フレームの下端部に接続され他端が先端スプ ロケッ ト側に接続されるメインリンクと、 一端が該メインリンクの中間に接続さ れ他端が根元スプロケッ ト側に接続される補助リンクと、 一端が該補助リンクの 中間に接続され他端が上記フレームの下端部に接続されるステーリンクとを有す る請求項 1乃至 2記載の連続ァンローダ。
4. 上記リンク機構に、 当該リンク機構を変位させて保持するためのァクチユエ -タを接続した請求項 1乃至 3記載の連続ァンロ一ダ。
5. 上記ァクチユエ一タカ、 シリンダからなり、 その一端を上記リ ンク機構が接 続されるフレームの下端部に接続し、 他端を上記リンク機構を構成するいずれか のリンクに接続した請求項 4記載の連続ァンロ一ダ。

1 1. 上記油圧回路が、 シリンダに所定圧力を供給して上記リンク機構と先端お よび根元スプロケッ 卜とこれらスプロケッ 卜間に巻き掛けられたバケツ トコンべ ャの重量の一部を保持するアキュームレータを備えた請求項 1 0記載の連続ァン 口一ダ。
1 2. 上記アキュームレータによる保持力が、 上記リ ンク機構と先端および根元 スプロケッ 卜とこれらスプロケッ ト間に巻き掛けられたバケツ トコンべャの重量 より僅かに小さく設定された請求項 1 1記載の連続アンローダ。
1 3. 上記先端スプロケッ 卜に、 上記根元スプロケッ 卜との間のバケツ トコンべ ャの移動をガイ ドするための先端フレームを設け、 該先端フレームと上記フレー ムの下端部との間に、 上記先端フレームを水平に保ちつつ昇降させる平行リンク 機構を介設した請求項 1記載の連続ァンローダ。
1 4. 上記フレームの下端部に、 先端スプロケッ 卜と根元スプロケッ 卜とをその 間隔を広げながら上昇させ狭めながら下降させる別のリンク機構を設けると共に、 そのリンク機構を作動させるシリンダを設けた請求項 1 3記載の連続アンローダ。
1 5. 上記別のリンク機構が、 一端が上記フレームの下端部に接続され他端が先 端スプロケッ 卜側に接続されるメインリンクと、 一端が該メインリンクの中間に 接続され他端が根元スプロケッ 卜側に接続される補助リンクと、 一端が該補助リ ンクの中間に接铳され他端が上記フレームの下端部に接続されるステ一リンクと を有する請求項 1 4記載の連続アンローダ。
1 6. 上部スプロケッ トとその下方の根元スプロケッ トとその前方の先端スプロ ケッ トとに無端状のバケツ トコンべャを巻き掛けた連続アンローダにおいて、 上 記上部スプロケッ トを支持するフレームの下端部に、 上記先端および根元スプロ ケッ 卜を支持するためのベ一ス部を昇降機構を介して接続し、 該ベース部に、 上 記先端および根元スプロケッ 卜をその近接時に下降させると共に離間時に上昇さ せるリンク機構を介して接続したことを特徴とする連続アンローダ。
1 7、 上記昇降機構が、 一端がベース部に接続され他端がフレームの下端部に接 続された上部保持リンクと、 該上部保持リンクと平行になるように一端がベース 部に接続され他端がフレームの下端部に接続された下部保持リンクとを有する平 行リンク機構からなる請求項 1 6記載の連続アンローダ。
1 8. 上記リンク機構が、 一端が上記ベース部に接続され他端が先端スプロケッ トに接続されるメインリンクと、 一端が該メインリンクの中間に接続され他端が 根元スプロケッ 卜に接続される補助リンクと、 一端が該補助リンクの中間に接続 され他端が上記ベース部に接続されるステーリンクとを有する請求項 1 6記載の 連続アンローダ。

(捕正後) 上部スプロケッ 卜とその下方の根元スプロケッ トとその前方の先 端スプロケッ トとに無端伏のバケツ トコンべャを卷き掛けた連続アンローダにお いて、 上記上部スプロケッ トを支持するフレームの下端部に、 上記根元スプロケ ッ 卜および先端スプロケッ 卜を、 それらの近接時に下降させると共に離間時に上 昇させるリンク機構を介して接続し、 該リンク機構を、 一端が上記フレームの下 端部に接铳され他端が上記先端スプロケッ卜に接続されるメインリンクと、 一端 が該メイン ' Jンクの中間に接続され他端が上記根元スプロケッ 卜に接続される補 助リ ンクと、 一端が該補助リ ンクの中間に接続され他端が上記フレームの下端部 に接続されるステーリンクとから構成したことを特徴とする連铳アンローダ。
2. 上記先端スプロケッ 卜と根元スプロケッ 卜と力〈、 伸縮可能な伸縮フレームの 両端部にそれぞれ設けられ、 該伸縮フレームが、 上記リ ンク機構により伸縮自在 に吊持された請求項 1記載の連 ァンローダ。

4. (捕正後) 上記リンク機構に、 当該リンク機構を変位させて保持するための ァクチユニークを接続した請求項 1または 2記載の連統ァンローダ。
5. 上記ァクチユエ一タカく、 シリ ンダからなり、 その一端を上記リ ンク機構が接 铳されるフレームの下端部に接続し、 他端を上記リンク機構を構成するいずれか のリ ンクに接铳した請求項 4記載の連続ァンローダ。
6. (補正後) 上記ステーリンクに、 当該ステーリンクの両端間の長さを伸縮さ せるシリ ンダを内蔵した請求項 1記載の連統ァンローダ。
7. (捕正後) 上部スプロケッ トとその下方の根元スブロケッ 卜とその前方の先 端スプロケットとに無端状のバケツ トコンべャを巻き掛けた連続アンローダにお いて、 上記先端スプロケッ 卜と根本スブロケッ 卜との間に、 これらスプロケッ ト を支持すると共に両スプロケッ ト間隔を調節すべく自在に伸縮する伸縮フレーム を設け、 該伸縮フレームと上 §S±部スプロケッ トを支持するフレームの下端部と の間に、 伸縮フレームをその収縮時に下降させると共に伸長時に上昇させるリ ン 補正された用紙 (条約第 19条) ク機構を設け、 該リ ンク機構を、 一端が上記フレームの下端部に接続され他端が 上記伸縮フレームの先端スプロケッ 卜側に接続されるメインリンクと、 一端が該 メインリンクの中間に接続され他端が上記伸縮フレームの根元スプロケッ 卜側に 接続される補助リンクと、 一端が該補助リ ンクの中間に接続され他端が上記フレ —厶の下端部に接続されるステーリンクとから構成し、 上記ステーリンクに、 当 該ステーリンクの両端間の長さを伸縮させるシリンダを内蔵し、 上記フレームの 下端部と上記リンク機構を構成するいずれかのリンクとの間に、 上記リンク機構 を変位させて保持するためのシリンダを介設したことを特徴とする連続アンロー ダ。
8. (補正後) 上記シリンダの一端を上記フレームの下端部に接続し、 他端を上 記リンク機構のメインリ ンクに接続した請求項 5、 7または記載の連続アン口一 ダ。
9. (補正後) 上記シリンダに、 当該シリンダによるリンク機構の保持力を調節 するための制御手段を接続した請求項 7乃至 8記載の連続ァンローダ。
1 0. (補正後) 上記制御手段が、 上記シリンダへの油圧を制御する油圧回路か らなる請求項 9記載の連続ァンローダ。
