Abstract

Um eine Meßvorrichtung, umfassend ein Meßgerät für insbesondere gasförmige Proben und eine Probeneinlaßvorrichtung, durch welche die Proben dem Meßgerät zuführbar sind, derart zu verbessern, daß durch eventuelle Kontaminationen die Meß- und/oder Analyseergebnisse des Meßgeräts nicht beeinflußt werden, wird vorgeschlagen, daß die Probeneinlaßvorrichtung mit einer Reinigungseinrichtung zur Reinigung von Kontaminationsbereichen der Probeneinlaßvorrichtung mittels Umwandlung von Verunreinigungen in den Kontaminationsbereichen durch chemische Reaktion versehen ist und daß die Reaktionsprodukte aus der Probeneinlaßvorrichtung abführbar sind.
