従来、 重質油の水素化処理を行なう場合、 高脱硫率、 高脱金属率、 高脱窒素率 及び高分解率で重質油を精製することが望まれており、 そのような場合は、 比較 的高い反応温度で処理することが効果的であることが知られている。 ところが、 高い反応温度で水素化処理を行なった場合には、 スラッジが生成し、 これがコー クとして触媒上に付着するため、 活性の低下をもたらすことになる。 そのため、 精製装置の長期安定的な運転ができなくなり、 生産性が低下するという問題があ つた。 これまで、 重質油の水素化処理で生じるスラッジの生成を抑制する技術に 関しては、 数多〈提案されているが、 その効果が不十分であったり、 重質油の処 理量が低下したり、 費用が増大する等の欠点があった。 一方、 減圧軽油の水素化処理用触媒として、 例えば、 特公平 4 - 4 6 6 1 9号公 報において、 アルミナ水和物に平均粒径が 1 0 n m未満のシリカゾルを加えて混 練してシリカ含有アルミナ担体を調製し、 これに活性金属を担持した触媒が提案 されている。 特に、 この公報によると、 平均粒径が 1 5 n mのシリカゾルを用い た場合 (比較例 2 ) には、 平均粒径が 7 n mのシリカゾル (実施例 1及び 2 ) を 用いた場合並びに平均粒佳が 4 n mのシリカゾル (実施例 3 ) を用いた場合に比 ベて脱硫活性が低いことが示されている。 ところで、 シリカはアルミナに比べて酸性が強いのでシリカを含む触媒を、 分 子量の大きい重質油等の水素化処理用触媒に用いた場合には、 重質油の分解性が 高く、 コ一クの生成が著しいために、 触媒の急激な活性劣化が起こり、 それによ り触媒寿命が短〈なると考えられていた。 それゆえに、 本発明者の知る限りにお いては、 従来、 シリカ含有アルミナ担体に活性成分を担持した触媒を、 重質油の 水素化処理に適用して長期間安定運転した例は存在しない。 本発明の目的は、 高い脱硫活性と脱窒素活性を有することにより、 硫黄含有率 および窒素含有率の低い生成油を効率的に得ることができ、 しかもコークの生成 による装置故障や活性劣化を低減して運転時間の延長を可能とする水素化処理用 触媒及び触媒担体並びにその触媒の製造方法を提供することにある。 本発明のさらなる目的は、 重質油、 特に 5 0 %留出温度が 4 5 0 °C以上の重質 油の水素化処理において、 長期間に渡って良好な脱硫活性と脱窒素活性を維持す ることができる新規な触媒担体及び触媒並びにその製造方法を提供することにあ る o 発明の開示 本発明の第 1の態様に従えば、触媒担体に活性成分を担持させた触媒であって、 下記 a ) 〜d ) の特徴を備えた重質油の水素化処理用触媒が提供される。
a ) 触媒担体が、 触媒重量に対して 0 . 5〜2 0重量%のシリカを含み; b ) 該シリカが担体中に平均粒径 0 . 0 5 - 1 mのシリカ部分として分散さ れており ;
c ) 前記活性成分が、 第 6族金属成分と、 第 9族または第 1 0族金属成分とを 含み ;
d ) 窒素脱離法で測定した細孔分布において、 直径が 6 0 0 A以下の細孔の中 央細孔径が 7 O A以上 1 5 O A未満である。 前述のように減圧軽油の水素化処理用触媒の担体として、 シリカを混合した担 体が知られているものの、 重質油の水素化処理にはシリカを混合したアルミナ担 体は不適と考えられていた。 しかしながら、 本発明者の研究によると、 担体中に 平均粒怪 0 . 0 1 〜1 x mのシリカ部分を分散させることで、 重質油の水素化処 理用触媒の触媒寿命を延長することができ、 特に、 水素化脱金属された重質油を 水素化処理すると優れた脱硫特性及び脱窒素特性を示すとともにそれらの特性を 比較的長期間に渡って維持することができることが分かった。 この理由について は明確ではないが、 発明者は以下のように考えている。 一般に、 重質油の分解反 応によって生じたコ一クは触媒の細孔表面に堆積して活性成分の触媒機能を阻害 する傾向がある。 しかしながら、 本発明の触媒では、 シリカを所定の粒径で担体 中に分散させたので細孔内でのコ一クの堆積が抑制されるのであろうと考えられ る o 本発明の重質油の水素化処理用触媒において、 前記シリ力部分の平均粒径が、 0 . 1〜0 . 8 mであることが好ましい。 また、 前記細孔分布において、 直径 が 6 0 0 A以下の細孔の平均直径が 8 0 A以上 1 0 0 A未満であることが好まし い。 本発明の触媒の水素化処理の対象は、 特に、 5 0 %留出温度が 4 5 0 °C以上 である重質油が好ましい。 本発明の第 2の態様に従えば、 水素化処理用触媒担体において、
前記担体の重量に対して 0 . 5〜2 5重量%のシリカを含み、 該シリカが担 体中に平均粒径 0 . 0 5〜 1 yu mのシリカ部分として分散されていることを特徴 とする水素化処理用触媒担体が提供される。 この触媒担体は、 重質油の水素化処 理用触媒の担体として極めて好適である。 本発明の第 3の態様に従えば、水素化処理用触媒の製造方法において、下記 a ) 〜d ) の特徴を有する方法が提供される。
a ) アルミニウム水和酸化物および/またはアルミニウム水酸化物からなるアル ミナ前駆体と、 触媒重量に対して 0 . 5 ~ 2 0重量%の平均粒怪 1 m以下のシ リカとを混合し ;
b ) 該アルミナ前駆体とシリカの混合物を、 窒素脱離法で測定した細孔分布にお いて、 直佳が 6 0 0 A以下の細孔の中央細孔径が 7 0 A以上 1 5 O A未満となる ような条件で混練及び焼成して担体を得;
c ) 得られた担体に第 9族金属成分または第 1 0族金属成分と、 第 6族金属成分 とを担持する。 本発明の製造方法で製造された触媒は、 重質油の水素化処理を行っても、 コー クが堆積しにく く、 長期間に渡って良好な脱硫特性及び脱窒素特性を維持するこ とができる。 本発明の製造方法において、 前記シリカの平均粒径が 1 0 ~ 5 0 n mであることが好ましい。 発明を実施するための最良の形態 本発明の触媒担体を構成するアルミナ前駆体は、 アルミニゥム水和酸化物およ び/またはアルミニゥム水酸化物を用いることができる。 水素化精製触媒に使用 される凝べ一マイ 卜などのべ一マイ 卜構造を有するアルミニウム水和酸化物 (ァ ルミナ水和物) を主成分とするものが好適である。 これらは、 公知の硫酸アルミ 法、 塩化アルミ法、 アルホール法等により作製でき、 さらには市販品として容易 に入手できる。 アルミニウム水和酸化物の平均粒径は 5 n m〜1 0 0 0 n m、 特 には、 5 n m〜2 0 0 n mであると、 目的とする細孔分布が得やすい。 シリカは、 市販のシリカを用いることができるが、 平均粒径 1 μ m以下のもの を用いなければ、 分散性が十分でなく、 添加効果が発現されない。 平均粒径 5 n m ~ 2 0 0 n mのシリカが好ましく、 一層好ましくは平均粒径 1 0 n m〜5 0 n mである。 なお、 このシリカは、 アルミナ前駆体と混合するに当たっては、 シリ 力リルの形態で用いることが好ましく、 酸性シリカや塩基性シリカを用いること ができる。 本発明のシリカ部分の分散した担体は、 アルミナ前駆体とシリカとを混合し、 混練 ·焼成して調製することができる。 具体例としては、 アルミナ水和酸化物に シリカの所定量を配合し、 十分に混練した後、 成形し、 常温〜 1 50°Cで、 好まし くは 1 00〜1 30°Cで乾燥した後、 35 (!〜 800°Cで 0 . 5時間以上、 好まし〈は、 450 〜 600°Cで 0 . 5 ~ 5時間焼成することにより担体を調製できる。 この場合、 担 体中のシリカ含量を 1 重量%以下とすると十分に高い水素化活性が得られず、 一 方、 2 5重量%以上とすると、 所望の触媒細孔構造が得られず、 場合によっては 成形さえ不可能となるとともに触媒強度も低下する。 担体中のシリカ含量の一層 好ましい範囲は、 1〜2 0重量%である。 なお、 触媒全体の重量を基準としたシ リカ含量は、 0 . 5 ~ 2 0重量%、 特には、 5〜 1 5重量%であることが好まし い o 本発明の触媒に用いられる活性金属は、 周期律表第 6族金属元素の少なく とも —種、 特に好ましくはモリブデンまたはタングステンと、 第 9族または 1 0族金 属元素の少なくとも一種、 特に好ましくはニッケルまたはコバル卜のいずれかあ るいはこの両元素とを含む。 これらの金属を担体に担持させるには、 一般に行われている方法、 すなわち上 記担体に上記金属元素を含有する水溶液を含浸させることにより行うことができ, 次いで常温〜 150°Cで、好ましくは 100〜130°Cで乾燥した後、 350〜 800°Cにて 0 · 5時間以上、好ましくは 450〜δ00°〇で 1〜 5時間焼成することにより調製できる。 なお、 この場合、 第 6族金属元素は、 パラモリブデン酸アンモニゥム、 パラモリ ブデン酸、 モリブデン酸アンモニゥム、 リ ンモリブデン酸、 タングステン酸アン モニゥ厶、 タングステン酸、 無水タングステン酸、 リンタングステン酸などの化 合物の水溶液の形態で用いるとよい。 また、 第 9族または 1 0族金属元素は、 二 ッケルあるいはコバルトの硝酸塩、 硫酸塩、 塩化物、 フッ化物、 臭化物、 酢酸塩、 炭酸塩、 リン酸塩などの水溶液の形態で用いられる。 これらの金属元素の担持量 は、 脱硫及び脱窒素等の水素化精製活性の観点から、 最終触媒組成物に対し、 第 6族金属元素は、 その合計量として金属換算で 3~ 1 5重量%、 特には 5〜 1 5 重量%、 第 9族または 1 0族金属元素は、 その合計量として金属換算で 0. 5〜 5重量%、 特には 1~3重量%とすることが好ましい。 なお、 金属の担持は、 ァ ルミナ前駆体とシリカとを混合し、 混練する過程で金属成分を添加して行うこと もできる。 本発明の触媒物性としては、細孔分布を窒素脱離法で測定した場合、直怪が 600 Α以下の細孔の中央細孔径が 70A以上 0Α未満、 より好ましくは、 80A以上 100 A未満を有するもので、 特には、 中央細孔径の ±20%内の細孔の容積が、 直径が 600 A以下の細孔容積の 60%以上有するものが好ましい。 中央細孔怪が 70A未満 のものは脱硫及び脱金属活性が低く、 また 以上のものは脱硫活性及び脱窒 素活性が低く、 かつコークや原料油中のメタルの付着により触媒の劣化が速くな るためである。 中央細孔径が 80A以上 100A未満であり、 かつ、 中央細孔径の士 20%内の直径の細孔の容積が、 直径が 以下の全細孔容積の 6G%以上を有す るものであることが、 高い脱硫活性が得られるので好ましい。 なお、 本発明の触 媒は、窒素脱離法での測定が難しい直径 600Aを超える細孔を持っていてもよい。 本発明の担体中には、平均粒径 0. 0 1 ~ 1 mのシリカ部分が分散している。 このシリカ部分は、 担体断面を E P M Aなどにより組成分析することにより、 金 属成分として実質的にシリコンのみを含む領域として検出できる。 粒径は、 その 分散した領域の代表的な長さとして測定できる。 たとえば、 分散した領域を円形 に近似すれば、 その直怪から粒径を特定できる。 0 . 0 5〜1 Ai mの平均粒径が 好ましく、 特に好まし〈は 0 . 1〜0 . 8 Ai mである。 大きい粒径のシリカ部分 が存在していないことが好ましく、 具体的には、 5 m以上の粒径部分に含まれ るシリ力分が触媒全体の 5重量%以下、 特には 1重量%以下であることが好まし い。 また、 本発明の担体は、 通常、 0 . 5〜5 m m程度の円筒形、 球状などに成 形されて用いられる。 本発明の触媒は、 5 0 %留出温度が 4 5 0 °C以上である重質油、 すなわち、 原 油、 タールサンド、 シェールオイルあるいは石炭液化油等を常圧蒸留または減圧 蒸留することにより得られる各種の重質留分ゃ残渣油、 あるいはこれらの分解、 異性化、 改質、 溶剤抽出等の処理を行った重質油等に広〈適用される。 特には、 減圧残渣油、 常圧残渣油などを脱金属触媒を用いて水素化脱金属した後の脱金属 重質油に好適である。 なお、 この場合の脱金属触媒としては、 アルミナ又はアル ミナ-シリカ等からなる多孔質無機酸化物担体に周期律表第 6族金属元素の少な <とも一種、 特に好ましくはモリブデンを金属換算で 1〜8重量%担持させたも の、 または第 6族金属元素の少なくとも一種と第 9族または 1 0族金属元素の少 なくとも一種、 特に好ましくはモリブデンを金属換算で 3〜 1 5重量%とニヅケ ルおよび/またはコバル卜を金属換算で 1 ~ 5重量。 /0担持させたものを用いると 良い。 本発明の触媒を用いて重質油を水素化処理する場合の好ましい条件は、 反応温 度: 300〜 450°C、 水素分圧 : 約 30〜 200 k g/cm2、 液空間速度: 約 0. 1〜1 0 ^-'、 水 素対重質油の比: 約 1 00~4000 L/L、 より好ましくは、 反応温度 : 350〜420°C、 水 素分圧 :約 7(!〜 1 8 G k g/cm2、 液空間速度 : 約 G. 2〜 1. G h「 水素対重質油の比 : 約 500〜 1 000 L/L である。 尚、 一般に、 この触媒は、 炭化水素類を処理するに先 立ち、 硫化水素、 二硫化炭素のような硫黄化合物を含有した炭化水素類で予備硫 化した後に用いるとよい。 実施例
以下の実施例は本発明を具体的に説明するためのものであって、 本発明の範囲 を制限するものではない。
[触媒 Aの調製]
アルミナ水和物 (含水量 25 重量%) 2 . 0 k g に 4 . 0重量%濃度の硝酸水溶 液 1 L とイオン交換水 2 5 0 ml を添加し、 シリカ (日本化学社製; シリカ ドール 3 0 A、 平均粒子径 : 1 7 n m ) の 5 2 g (すなわち担体中のシリ力換算では 1 重量%) を添加し、 混練物の含水量が成形可能な量になるようにイオン交換水を 適時添加しながら混練を 1 2 0分間行った。 ここでアルミナ水和物は、 凝べ一マ ィ 卜粉を用い、 原料粉体の粒径は B E T法により求めた比表面積から算出した。 次に押し出し成形機にて怪 1 / 3 2インチ (約 0 . 7 9 m m ) の円柱状に成形 した。 成形されたペレツ 卜は 1 3 0 °Cで乾燥し、 更に 6 0 0 °Cで 1 時間焼成して 担体を得た。 上記担体に、 モリブデン酸アンモニゥ厶の水溶液及び硝酸ニッケルの水溶液を 含浸した後、 1 3 0 °Cで乾燥し、 更に 5 5 0 °Cで 3 0分間焼成して触媒 Aを得た。 含浸においては最終的に触媒が、モリブデン及びニッケルを金属重量でそれぞれ 8重量%及び 2 . 2重量%含有するように調整した。
[触媒 Bの調製]
担体調製の混練工程において、 1 . 9 k gのアルミナ水和物と 5 3 0 gのシリカ (すなわち担体中のシリカ換算では 10重量%) を用い、 硝酸水溶液の濃度を 4. 2 5重量%とした以外は、 上記触媒 Aと同様の方法により触媒 Bを調製した。
[触媒 Cの調製]
担体調製の混練工程において、 1 . 7 5 kg のアルミナ水和物と 1 1 00 gのシ リカ (すなわち担体中のシリカ換算では 20 重量%) を用い、 硝酸水溶液の濃度 を 4. 5重量%とした以外は、 上記触媒 Aと同様の方法により触媒 Cを調製した。
[触媒 Dの調製]
担体調製の混練工程において、 2. O kg のアルミナ水和物のみ用い、 シリカを 使用せず、 硝酸水溶液の濃度を 3. 7 5重量%とした以外は、 上記触媒 Bと同様 の方法により触媒 Dを調製した。
[触媒 Eの調製]
担体調製の混練工程において、 1 . 9 kg のアルミナ水和物と 1 70 gのシリカ (日本シリカ工業社製; Uipsil LP, 平均粒子径: 1 3 Atm、 すなわち担体中の シリカ換算では 10 重量%) を用い、 硝酸水溶液の濃度を 4. 2 5重量%とした 以外は、 上記触媒 Aと同様の方法により触媒 Eを調製した。 なお、 触媒 A〜Dの 調製に用いたシリカはシリ力ゾルを用いたのに対して触媒 Eではシリカゲルを用 いた。
[触媒細孔構造の測定]
上記のように調製した触媒 A の細孔構造分布を窒素脱離法で測定した。 結 果を表 1 に示す。 表 1

[担体中のシリカ部分の測定]
上記触媒 A、 B、 C、 Eの断面の組成分析を E PM Aで分析した。 検出された シリコン領域から求めたシリカ部分の平均粒怪は触媒 A、 B、 C及び Eにおいて、 それぞれ 0. 5 yCtm、 0. 5 m , 0. 8 Mm 及び 5 xmであった。 また、 触 媒 、 B及び Cにおいて、 粒怪 5 Atm以上のシリコン領域は観測されなかった。
[水素化脱硫の活性評価試験]
触媒 A、 触媒 B及び触媒 C (実施例 1 )及び触媒 D及び触媒 E (比較例 1 )につい て、 中東系常圧残渣油を原料油に使用し水素化脱硫の活性評価を行なった。 評価 試験には固定床反応器を用い、 水素化精製油の残留硫黄分(重量%)を測定し、 こ れらの値から求めた反応速度定数により触媒の相対活性評価を行なつた。
原料油の性状を表 2に、 水素化精製反応の試験条件を表 3の条件 1 にそれぞれ 示す。 また、 触媒 A~Eの 20時間後及び 200時間後の生成油中の硫黄分並び に脱硫の相対活性評価結果を表 4に示す。 なお、 表 4中、 触媒 A、 触媒 B及び触 媒 Cを実施例 1 として表し、 触媒 D及び触媒 E比較例 1 として表した。 さらに、 表 4には、 200時間後のコ一クの堆積量を示した。 コ一クの堆積量は、 2 00 時間経過後にトルエンで触媒を洗浄した後の触媒重量から試験前の触媒重量を差 し引く ことにより求めた。 表 2

表 4の結果より、 触媒 A〜Cは、 触媒 D及び Eに比べて、 200時間後のコー クの堆積が少ないことがわかる。 また、 触媒 A~Cは、 触媒 D及び Eに比べて、 初期脱硫活性はわずかに低いものの、 触媒活性の劣化が少ないことがわかる。
[脱金属触媒 Fの調製]
アルミナ水和物 (含水量 25重量%) 2 kgに 1重量%濃度のアンモニア水溶液 1 L とイオン交換水 80 Oml を添加し、 混練物の含水量が成形可能な量になるよ うにイオン交換水を適時添加しながら、 60分混練を行った。
次に押し出し成形機にて径 1 /20インチ ( 1 . 27 mm) の円柱状に成形し、 1 30°Cで乾燥した後、 600°Cで 1時間焼成して担体を得た。 上記担体にモリブデン酸アンモニゥムの水溶液を含浸した後、 1 30°Cで乾燥 し、 更に 550°Cで 30分間焼成して触媒 Fを得た。 含浸においては最終的に触 媒が、 モリブデンを金属重量で 2. 7重量%含有するように調製した。
[水素化精製評価試験]
前段及び後段の固定床を備える固定床反応器を用意し、 前段の触媒として触媒 Fを用い、 その後段の触媒として触媒 B (実施例)及び触媒 D (比較例)を用い、 中 東系減圧残渣油を原料油に使用して水素化精製評価を行なった。評価内容として、 20時間後及び 500時間後の水素化精製油の残留硫黄分(重量%)及び残留窒素 分(重量%)を測定し、 これらの値から求めた反応速度定数により触媒の相対活性 評価を行なった。 また、 生成油の性状分析として、 比重 (g/ml) 、 100°Cにおけ る動粘度 (cSt) 及び残留炭素分 (重量%) を測定した。 原料油の性状を表 2に、 水素化精製反応の試験条件を表 3の条件 2にそれぞれ 示す。 また、 20時間後及び 500時間後の生成油中の残留硫黄分、 残留窒素分 並びに残留金属分 (V + N i ) 、 脱硫'脱窒素 · 脱金属の相対活性の評価結果及 び生成油の比重、 動粘度、 残留炭素分並びに脱残炭率を表 5に示す。 また、 表 5 に、 20時間後及び 500時間後の 360°C以上の留分の分解率を併せて示す。

表 5の結果から、 水素化脱金属処理工程を経た重質油に対して、 シリカ含量 が 1 0重量 °/0の担体を用いた触媒が、 アルミナ 1 00重量%の担体を用いた触媒 と比較して、 脱硫活性及び脱窒素活性がいずれも高く、 しかも 500時間後の触 媒活性の劣化が少ないことがわかる。 また、 脱金属活性についても、 実施例の触 媒は比較例の従来型触媒よりも活性劣化が少ない。 それゆえ、 本発明の触媒を用 いれば良質な性状の重質油を安定的に製造することができることがわかる。 さらに、 実施例の触媒は 3 6 0 °C以上の重質留分の分解率が従来型の触媒より も高いことにも注目すべきである。 すなわち、 本発明の触媒は、 重質留分を比較 的高い分解率で分解しつつも、 分解したコークの堆積が少ないために良好な脱硫 及び脱窒素特性を長期間に渡って維持できる。 このことからすれば、 本発明の触 媒は、 重質油の水素化処理において付加価値の高い中間留分をも副生することが できるという利点もある。 以上の結果から、 水素化脱金属処理を施した後、 所定の粒径のシリカを 1 0重 量%含む担体に、 周期律表第 6族金属元素、 第 9族及び第 1 0族金属元素を担持 した触媒組成物は、 重質油用の水素化精製触媒組成物として極めて優れており、 特に長期にわたり安定的に性状の優れた精製された重質油を製造できることがわ かる。 産業上の利用可能性
本発明の触媒は高い水素化精製活性を有するため、 重質油を効率よく水素化精 製することができ、 且つコ一クの生成が抑制されるため、触媒の寿命を長〈でき、 装置の運転時間を延長できるという格別の効果を奏する。 また、 本発明の触媒担 体は、 重質油の水素化処理用触媒の担体として極めて有用である。

Claims

請求の範囲
1 . 触媒担体に活性成分を担持させた、 重質油の水素化処理用触媒において、 前記担体が、 触媒重量に対して 0 . 5〜2 0重量%のシリカを含み、 該シリカ が担体中に平均粒径 0 . 0 5〜1 mのシリカ部分として分散されており、 前記活性成分が、第 6族金属成分と、第 9族または第 1 0族金属成分とを含み、 窒素脱離法で測定した細孔分布において、 直径が 6 0 0 A以下の細孔の中央細 孔径が 7 0 A以上 1 5 0 A未満であることを特徴とする重質油の水素化処理用触 媒。
2 . 前記シリカ部分の平均粒径が、 0 . 1 〜0 . 8 mであることを特徴とす る請求項 1 に記載の重質油の水素化処理用触媒。
3 . 前記細孔分布において、 直径が 6 0 0 A以下の細孔の平均直径が 8 0 A以 上 1 0 0 A未満であることを特徴とする請求項 1 に記載の重質油の水素化処理用 触媒。
4 . 前記重質油の 5 0 %留出温度が 4 5 0 °C以上であることを特徴とする請求 項 1 ~ 3のいずれか一項に記載の重質油の水素化処理用触媒。
5 . 前記重質油が予め脱金属処理されていることを特徴とする請求項 1 〜3の いずれか一項に記載の重質油の水素化処理用触媒。
6 . 水素化処理用触媒担体において、
前記担体の重量に対して 0 . 5 ~ 2 5重量%のシリカを含み、 該シリカが担 体中に平均粒径 0 . 0 5〜 1 yu mのシリカ部分として分散されていることを特徴 とする水素化処理用触媒担体。
7 . 前記シリカ部分の平均粒径が、 0 . 1 〜0 . 8 yu mであることを特徴とす る請求項 6に記載の水素化処理用触媒担体。
8 . 水素化処理用触媒の製造方法において、
アルミ二ゥム水和酸化物および/またはアルミ二ゥ厶水酸化物からなるアルミ ナ前駆体と、 触媒重量に対して 0 . 5〜2 0重量%の平均粒径 1 ya m以下のシリ 力とを混合する工程と、
該アルミナ前駆体とシリ力の混合物を、 窒素脱離法で測定した細孔分布におい て、 直径が 6 0 0 A以下の細孔の中央細孔径が 7 0 A以上 1 5 0 A未満となるよ うな条件で混練及び焼成して担体を得る工程と、
前記担体に第 9族金属成分または第 1 0族金属成分と、 第 6族金属成分とを担 持する工程とを含むことを特徴とする水素化処理用触媒の製造方法。
9 . 前記シリカの平均粒径が、 1 0〜5 0 n mであることを特徴とする請求項 8に記載の水素化処理用触媒の製造方法。
