Abstract

L'invention concerne un filtre conçu pour être utilisé dans les cafetières express ou à pression. Le filtre est formé d'un récipient (1) contenant une dose de café moulu au fond duquel repose l'élément filtrant (3) à proprement parler. Tout l'ensemble est monté sur un porte-filtres (2). La nouveauté vient de ce que la partie inférieure et extérieure au récipient (1) présente une enveloppe axiale (4) présentant des orifices de sortie (7) pour l'infusion de café, enveloppe (4) dans laquelle est monté de manière à pouvoir se déplacer dans le sens ascendant et descendant un élément régulateur (5) qui peut être actionné de l'extérieur au moyen d'une commande (6) de manière à permettre à l'utilisateur de régler sa position. Ainsi, l'utilisateur obture plus ou moins la sortie de l'infusion de café dans le but d'obtenir une quantité plus ou moins importante de crème.
