Abstract

L'invention concerne l'immunologie clinique. L'immunothérapie de correction des formes précliniques et cliniques prononcées de l'insuffisance immunologique est réalisée par la normalisation du processus de mûrissement des anticorps de classe G dans les cellules plasmatiques et grâce à la diminution de la sécrétion des anticorps de faible avidité incapables de protéger. La sélection des remèdes pour l'immunocorrection est effectuée en tenant compte de quatre degrés de gravité de l'insuffisance immunologique. L'efficacité de l'immunothérapie de correction et des remèdes utilisés pour l'immunocorrection est évaluée en fonction des modifications du sérum du sang et/ ou des sécrétions, des rapports entre les anticorps à haute avidité et ceux à faible avidité et entre les normaux et/ou les spécifiques, par rapport à l'antigène d'anticorps, et/ou en fonction des modifications de la structure des IgG et/ou des propriétés fonctionnelles et/ou de protection des anticorps sécrétés de classe G.
