Claims

求 の 範 囲
1 . ディスクの信号を検出する信号検出部と、 ディスクを排出するディスク排 出機構とを備えたディスクドライブ装置において、
前記ディスク排出機構は、 回転によりディスクを搬送可能に設けられたローデ ィングローラと、 前記口一ディングローラの駆動源であるモータとを備え、 前記モータの駆動を制御する機構制御手段と、
ディスク排出指示及び認証情報が入力された場合に、 前記機構制御手段にディ スク排出指示を出力する認証制御手段と、
を有することを特徴とするディスクドライブ装置。
2 . 前記認証制御手段には、認証情報を入力する認証情報入力手段が接続され、 前記認証制御手段は、
所定の認証倩報を記憶する認証情報記憶部と、
前記認証情報入力手段から入力された認証情報と前記認証情報記憶部に記憶さ れた認証情報とがー致するか否かを判定する判定部と、
ディスク抹出指示が入力され、 且つ前記判定部によって認証情報が一致すると 判定された場合に、 前記機構制御手段にディスク排出指示を出力するディスク排 出指示部と、
を有することを特徴とする請求項 1記載のデイスクドライブ装置。
3 . 前記認証情報は、 ディスク固有の情報であることを特徴とする請求項 1又 は請求項 2記載のデイスクドライブ装置。
4 . 前記認証情報は、 パスワードであることを特徴とする請求項 1又は請求項 2記載のデイスクドライブ装置。
5 . 前記認証情報入力手段は、 複数のボタンによって操作される複数のスィヅ チを有し、
前記認証情報は、 前記複数のボタン操作に応じたスィッチ切り換えの順序及び 回数の組み合わせに関する情報であることを特徴とする請求項 2記載のデイスク ドライブ装置。
6 . 前記認証情報入力手段は音声認識部を有し、
12 前記認証情報は、 話者限定音声情報であることを特徴とする請求項 2記載のデ イスクドライブ装置。
7 . 前記認証情報入力手段は指紋認識部を有し、
前記認証情報は、 指紋情報であることを特徴とする請求項 2記載のデイスクド ライブ装置。
8 . 前記認証情報入力手段は網膜パターン検出部を有し、
前記認証情報は、 網膜パターン情報であることを特徴とする請求項 2記載のデ イスクドライブ装置。
9 . 前記判定部における判定に用いられる認証情報は、 複数種類の認証情報に おける少なくとも 2種であり、 若しくは複数種類の認証情報における少なくとも 2種のうちのいずれか 1種であることを特徴とする請求項 2〜8のいずれか 1項 に記載のデイスクドライブ装置。
