Abstract
L'invention concerne une presse à double bande (200) destinée à la fabrication de panneaux de particules et similaires, ladite presse comportant une sécurité permettant de limiter la quantité de matériau en vrac (9) introduite dans la section de pressage (3) et donc d'éviter des dommages causés par des pics de pression dans ladite section de pressage. Dans le cas de rouleaux d'appui superposés (4, 5), ladite sécurité peut comporter sur le côté d'entrée de la presse à double bande (200), un moyen de détection des forces exercées entre les rouleaux de déviation superposés (4, 5). Il est également possible de disposer des rouleaux d'appui hydrauliques supplémentaires (18, 19) s'appuyant hydrauliquement, entre les rouleaux de déviation (4, 5) ne devant plus être superposés, et l'orifice d'entrée (3'), et de faire intervenir la pression dans l'appui hydraulique pour déconnecter l'entraînement des bandes de presse (1, 2).
