Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zur quantitativen oder halbquantitativen Bestimmung der freien Bindungskapazität in einer wässrigen Testprotein-Lösung (z.B. Albumin) werden a) sechs Lösungen (L1 bis L6) von der folgenden Zusammensetzung bereitet: L1: LM+A+B; L2: LM+A; L3: LM+B+C; L4: LM+C; L5: LM+B; L6: LM, worin A das Testprotein, C ein Referenzprotein, B eine Markersubstanz (z.B. 5,5'Dibrom-O-kresolsulphonphtalein), welche an wenigstens einer bestimmten Bindungsstelle des Testproteins (A) und des Referenzproteins (C) binden kann, und LM ein Lösungsmittel für A, B und C bedeutet und wobei A und C in den Lösungen L1 bis L4 jeweils in gleicher Menge enthalten sind, b) für jede Lösung L1 bis L6 eine bestimmte physikalische Eigenschaft bestimmt und als Ausgangssignal SL1 bis SL6 erfasst und, c) die Bindungskapazität (K) des Testproteins nach der Formel (I) bestimmt.
