Abstract

Le procédé mécano-thermique de décontamination d"objets des polluants hydrocarbonés relève de la décontamination d"objets de polluants hydrocarbonés tels que produits pétroliers, lubrifiants, graisses et huiles; il peut s"utiliser pour nettoyer des récipients de transport et industriels, des pièces et unités de mécanismes ainsi que des sols. Le procédé consiste à nettoyer l"objet puis à régénérer la solution de nettoyage. La décontamination de l"objet comprend trois stades: au premier stade, avant de nettoyer l"objet, on prend des échantillons de polluants, on analyse ces échantillons et on choisit les paramètres techniques de la décontamination; au deuxième stade, on effectue une préparation thermique de la solution du produit de nettoyage, on alimente cette solution sous pression pour effectuer le nettoyage mécanique en surface et traiter l"objet avec la solution de nettoyage; au troisième stade, lors de la régénération de la solution de nettoyage, on sépare cette solution en trois phases, une phase organique, une phase aqueuse et des inclusions solides; la teneur des composants dans la solution est ensuite contrôlée, et leur concentration est corrigée jusqu"aux valeurs désirées, avant de les réinjecter dans le cycle de nettoyage.
