自動車部品、 工業機械部品、 電気 ·電子部品、 建材等に用いられるゴム弾性を 必要とする部品又は部位には、 従来から種々の材料が用いられている。 このよう な材料には、 例えば加硫ゴムがある。 通常、 加硫ゴムは、 ゴムを架橋剤、 架橋助 剤、 添加剤及び副資材等と混練して未加硫のゴム配合物を調製した後、 加熱して 加硫する加硫工程を経て製造されるため、 工程が煩雑でコストもかかるという問 題点がある。 また、 加硫ゴムは熱硬化型のゴムであるためリサイクルが不可能で ある。
一方、 加硫工程を必要としない、 ゴム類似の性能を有する素材として、 塩化ビ ニル樹脂がある。 しかし、 加硫ゴムに比べてゴム弾性に劣るため、 その用途は限 られている。
また、 高温で可塑化されてプラスチックと同様に成形でき、 常温ではゴム弾性 を有する高分子材料として熱可塑性エラストマ一が知られている。 ォレフィン系 熱可塑性エラストマ一として、 ポリプロピレンとエチレン · ひ一才レフイン共重 合体との軌的架橋物が知られている。 しかしこの場合も、 動的架橋工程が必要な ため、 前記と同様の問題点がある。 発明の開示
本発明の課題は、 前記従来の問題点を解決するため、 架橋剤を使用しないで一 工程で簡単に、 しかも低コストで製造することができ、 かつゴム弾性に優れると ともにリサイクルが容易なォレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物を提供する ことである。
本発明は、 以下の発明を包含する。
(1) ポリプロピレン樹脂 (A) 5〜 50重量部と、 ム一ニー粘度 ML1+4 (10 0°C) が 60〜 250のひーォレフィン系共重合体 (B) 50〜9 5重量部 [( A) 及び(B) の合計量は 100重量部である。] とを架橋剤の非存在下に動的に 熱処理して得られるォレフイン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物であり、
動的粘弾性測定における該エラストマ一組成物のポリプロピレン樹脂 (A) に由 来するガラス転移点 (Tg) がポリプロピレン樹脂 (A) のガラス転移点 (Tg ) よりも低く、
該 α—ォレフィン系共重合体 (Β) が、 下記 (b— 1) 及び (b_2) :
(b- 1)該エチレン · a—才レフィン系共重合体を構成するエチレン及びェ チレン以外のひ一才レフインの合計に対するエチレン含量が 5 1〜60モル%で あるエチレン · ひーォレフイン系共重合体、
(b- 2)該プロピレン · α—ォレフィン系共重合体を構成するプロピレン及 びプロピレン以外の ーォレフィンの合計に対するプロピレン含量が 60〜 90 モル%であるプロピレン · α—ォレフイン系共重合体
から選ばれる少なくとも一種の 一才レフィン系共重合体であることを特徴とす るォレフィン系熱可塑性エラス卜マー組成物。
(2) 前記 (b— 1) のエチレン · ひ一才レフイン系共重合体を構成するェチレ ン以外の α—ォレフィンが 1ーブテン及び Ζ又は 1ーォクテンである前記 (1) に記載のォレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物。
(3) 前記 (b— 2) のプロピレン · ーォレフイン系共重合体を構成するプロ ピレン以外の α—ォレフィンがエチレン及び/又は 1ーブテンである前記 (1) に記載のォレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物。
(4) ポリプロピレン樹脂 (Α) 5〜50重量部と、 ムーニー粘度 ML1+4 (10 0°C) が 6 0〜 250の α—ォレフィン系共重合体 (Β) 50〜9 5重量部 [( Α) 及び(Β) の合計量は 100重量部である。] との合計量 1 00重量部に対し て、 鉱物油系軟化剤 5〜100重量部を含有してなる前記 (1) 〜 (3) のいず れかに記載のォレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物。
本発明のォレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物は、 ポリプロピレン樹脂 (
A) 及びムーニー粘度 ML1+4 (100°C) が 60〜 250のひ一才レフィン系共 重合体 (B) からなる。
《ポリプロピレン樹脂 (A)》
本発明で用いるポリプロピレン樹脂 (A) としては、 公知のポリプロピレン樹 脂が制限なく使用できる。 具体的なものとしては、 次のポリプロピレン樹脂等が 例示される。
1) プロピレン単独重合体
2) 90モル%以上のプロピレンと 10モル%以下の他の α—ォレフィンとのラ ンダム共重合体 (プロピレン · α—ォレフィンランダム共重合体)
3) 70モル%以上のプロピレンと 30モル%以下の他の ーォレフィンとのブ ロック共重合体 (プロピレン · 0!—ォレフィンプロック共重合体)
プロピレンと共重合される前記他の 一才レフィンとしては、 具体的にはェチ レン、 1ーブテン、 4ーメチルー 1—ペンテン、 1一へキセン、 1—ォクテン等 の炭素数 2〜 20、 好ましくは 2〜8のひ一ォレフィンが挙げられる。
ポリプロピレン樹脂 (Α) としては、 前記 1) のプロピレン単独重合体及び 2 ) のプロピレン · α—ォレフィンランダム共重合体が好ましく、 特に MFR (AS TM D 1238、 230°C、 2.16kg荷重) が 0. 1〜 50 1 0分であるものが好まし い。
ポリプロピレン樹脂 (A) は 1種単独で使用することもできるし、 2種以上を 組み合せて使用することもできる。
本発明のォレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物のポリプロピレン樹脂 (A ) の含有量は、 ポリプロピレン樹脂 (A) 及びムーニー粘度 ML1+4 (l O O ) が 60〜250の α—才レフィン系共重合体 (Β) の合計量 100重量部に対し て、 5〜50重量部、 好ましくは 5〜45重量部、 更に好ましくは 5〜40重量 部である。
ポリプロピレン樹脂 (Α) の含有量が前記範囲にある場合、 ゴム弾性が良好で 、 肌荒れが生じにくく外観性に優れ、 しかもべ夕付きの少ないォレフィン系熱可 塑性ェラス卜マー組成物を得ることができる。
《α_ォレフィン系共重合体 (Β)》
本発明で用いる α—才レフイン系共重合体 (Β) は、 ム一二一粘度 ML1+4 (1 00 °C) が、 60〜 250、 好ましくは 95〜 200、 更に好ましくは 95〜 1 80のひーォレフィン系共重合体である。
前記 α—才レフイン系共重合体 (Β) は、 下記 (b— 1) 及び (b— 2) から 選ばれる少なくとも一種の α—ォレフィン系共重合体ゴムである。
(b— 1)該エチレン · —ォレフィン系共重合体を構成するエチレン及びェ チレン以外の α—ォレフィンの合計に対するエチレン含量が 5 1〜60モル%で あるエチレン . 一才レフイン系共重合体
(b— 2)該プロピレン · α—ォレフィン系共重合体を構成するプロピレン及 びプロピレン以外の ーォレフィンの合計に対するプロピレン含量が 60〜90 モル%であるプロピレン · ひ—ォレフィン系共重合体
前記ひ一才レフイン系共重合体 (b— 1)、 (b - 2) は、 更に α—ォレフイン 以外のモノマ一が共重合されていてもよい。 α—ォレフィン以外のモノマーとし ては、 非共役ポリェン等が挙げられる。 また、 α—ォレフィン系共重合体 (Β) はランダム共重合体であってもよいし、 ブロック共重合体であってもよい。
前記 CK—ォレフィンとしては、 具体的にはエチレン、 プロピレン、 1ーブテン 、 1—ペンテン、 4—メチルー 1—ペンテン、 1一へキセン、 1ーォクテン等が 挙げられる。 —ォレフィンは 1種単独で使用することもできるし、 2種類以上 を組み合せて使用することもできる。
前記 (b— 1) エチレン · α—ォレフィン系共重合体を構成する α—ォレフィ ンとしては、 炭素数 3〜10のものが好ましく、 炭素数 4〜 1 0のものが更に好 ましい。 前記 (b— 2) プロピレン · α—ォレフィン系共重合体を構成する 一 ォレフィンとしては、 プロピレン以外の炭素数 2〜 10のものが好ましい。
前記非共役ポリェンとしては、 例えばジシクロペン夕ジェン、 1, 4一へキサ ジェン、 シクロォク夕ジェン、 メチレンノルポルネン及びェチリデンノルポルネ ン等の非共役ジェン等が挙げられる。 非共役ポリエンは 1種単独で使用すること もできるし、 2種類以上を組み合せて使用することもできる。 このような非共役 ポリェンが共重合しているエチレン · ひ一才レフィン .非共役ポリェン共重合体 のヨウ素価は、 通常 0. 1〜50、 好ましくは 5〜30である。
本発明においては、 エチレン ' 1ーブテン共重合体、 エチレン ' 1—ォクテン 共重合体、 プロピレン ·エチレン共重合体、 プロピレン ' 1—ブテン共重合体が 特に好ましい。
前記 (b— 1) エチレン ' α—ォレフィン系共重合体 (好ましくは、 エチレン • 1ーブテン共重合体、 エチレン ' 1—ォクテン共重合体) のエチレン含量は、 51〜60モル%でぁる。 ここで、 エチレン含量とは、 全 en一才レフイン (ェチ レンも含む) に対するエチレン含量をいう。
また、 前記 (b— 2) プロピレン ' α—ォレフィン系共重合体 (好ましくは、 プロピレン ·エチレン共重合体、 プロピレン ' 1—ブテン共重合体) のプロピレ ン含量は、 60〜90モル%でぁる。 ここで、 プロピレン含量とは、 全 α—ォレ フィン (プロピレンも含む) に対するプロピレン含量をいう。
ポリプロピレン樹脂 (Α) がポリプロピレンで、 かつひ一才レフイン系共重合 体 (Β) がプロピレン ·エチレン共重合体である場合、 当該プロピレン *ェチレ ン共重合体のム一二一粘度 ML 1+4 (100°C) は 80〜 250であってもよい。 α—才レフイン系共重合体 (Β) は 1種単独で使用することもできるし、 2種 以上を組み合せて使用することもできる。
一才レフイン系共重合体 (Β) はメタ口セン触媒、 バナジウム触媒等の公知 の触媒を用いて公知の方法により製造することができる。 例えば、 エチレン - 一才レフイン '非共役ポリェン共重合体は、 「ポリマー製造プロセス ((株) 工業 調査会発行、 p. 309〜330)」 に記載されている方法により製造することが できる。
本発明のォレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物のひ—ォレフィン共重合体 (Β) の含有量は、 ポリプロピレン樹脂 (Α) 及び α—才レフイン系共重合体 ( Β) の合計量 100重量部に対して、 50〜95重量部、 好ましくは 55〜9 5 重量部、 更に好ましくは 60〜95重量部である。
本発明のォレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物には、 本発明の目的を損な わない範囲で、 必要に応じて、 軟化剤、 耐熱安定剤、 老化防止剤、 耐候安定剤、 帯電防止剤、 充填剤、 着色剤、 滑剤等の添加剤を配合することができる。
前記軟化剤としては、 鉱物油系軟化剤が好ましく用いられる。 このような鉱物 油系軟化剤は、 通常ゴムに使用されるパラフィン系、 ナフテン系、 芳香族系等の 軟化剤が適当である。
本発明のォレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物に、 鉱物油系軟化剤を配合 する場合、 その配合量は、 ポリプロピレン樹脂 (A) 及び α—才レフイン系共重 合体 (Β) の合計量 1 00重量部に対して、 好ましくは 5〜1 00重量部、 更に 好ましくは 5〜 80重量部である。
本発明のォレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物は、 ゴム弾性を良好なもの とするため、 動的粘弾性測定で得られる該エラストマ一組成物のポリプロピレン 樹脂 (Α) に由来するガラス転移点 (Tg) が、 ポリプロピレン樹脂 (A) 単独 で得られるガラス転移点 (Tg) よりも低くなることが必要である。
本発明におけるガラス転移点 (Tg) は、 動的粘弾性測定における T an δの 温度依存性により求められる。 前記ガラス転移点 (Tg) は T an <5のピーク位 置の温度である。 また、 ォレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物のポリプロピ レン樹脂 (A) に由来するガラス転移点 (Tg) とは、 当該エラストマ一組成物 からポリプロピレン樹脂 (A) 及び α—才レフイン系共重合体 (Β) 以外の成分 を除去して測定した場合において、 最も高温側に観測されるガラス転移点をいう ポリプロピレン樹脂 (Α) に由来するガラス転移点 (Tg) をポリプロピレン 樹脂 (A) 単独で得られるガラス転移点 (Tg) よりも低くする手段としては、 例えば、 ひ一才レフイン系共重合体 (B) がエチレンと炭素数 3〜1 0の α—才 レフインとの共重合体である場合には、 当該エチレン · α—才レフイン共重合体 中のエチレン含量を減少させ、 また、 0!—才レフイン系共重合体 (Β) がプロピ レンと炭素数 2又は 4〜10の ο;—ォレフィンとの共重合体である場合には、 当 該プロピレン · α—才レフィン共重合体中のプロピレン含量を増加させることが 挙げられる。
具体的には、 α—ォレフィン系共重合体 (Β) がエチレン · 1ーブテン共重合 体である場合には、 エチレン含量を 5 1〜60モル%とすることが必要であり、 また、 a—才レフイン系共重合体 (B) がプロピレン · a—才レフイン系共重合 体 (好ましくは、 プロピレン 'エチレン共重合体、 プロピレン ' 1—ブテン共重 合体) である場合には、 プロピレン含量を 60〜90モル%とすることが必要で める。
コモノマーの種類の選択によってもポリプロピレン樹脂 (A) に由来するガラ ス転移点 (Tg) をポリプロピレン樹脂 (A) 単独で得られるガラス転移点 (T g) よりも低くすることができる。 コモノマーはプロピレンと相溶性が良好なも のを選択することが好ましく、 このようなコモノマーとしては、 1—ブテンなど が挙げられる。
本発明のォレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物は、 下記①及び②の特性を 有していることが好ましい。

永久伸び: J I S K 6301、 J I S 3号ダンベルを 100 %伸長して 1 0分 間保持し、 荷重除去 10分後の残留歪 《ォレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物の製造》
本発明のォレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物は、 好ましくは、 前記ポリ プロピレン樹脂 (A) 及び 一才レフイン系共重合体 (B )、 並びに必要により配 合する軟化剤等の添加剤を、 好ましくは前記特定の割合で架橋剤の非存在下で、 動的に熱処理することにより製造することができる。
前記の 「動的に熱処理する」 とは、 前記ポリプロピレン樹脂 (A)、 一才レフ イン系共重合体 (B )、 及び必要により配合する軟化剤等の添加剤を溶融 (融解) 状態で混練することをいう。
動的な熱処理は、 ミキシングロール、 インテンシブミキサー (例えば、 バンバ リーミキサー、ニーダ一)、一軸押出機及び二軸押出機等の混練装置を用いて行う ことができるが、 二軸押出機を用いて行うのが好ましい。 動的な熱処理は、 非開 放型の混練装置中で行うのが好ましい。 また、 窒素等の不活性ガス中で行うのが 好ましい。
動的に熱処理する際の条件は、 混練温度が通常 1 5 0〜2 8 0 °C、 好ましくは 1 7 0〜2 4 0で、 混練時間が通常 1〜2 0分間、 好ましくは 1〜5分間とする 。 また、 混練の際に加えられる剪断力は、 通常剪断速度で 1 0〜1 0 4 s e c一1、 好ましくは 1 0 2〜1 0 4 s e c—1とする。 このようにして、 架橋剤の非存在下に動 的に熱処理することにより、 ゴム弾性及び成形外観に優れたォレフィン系熱可塑 性エラストマ一組成物を得ることができる。
本発明のォレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物は、 架橋剤や架橋助剤を用 いて架橋 (加硫) しなくても、 ゴム弾性に優れている。 また本発明のォレフィン 系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物は、 従来の加硫ゴムのような熱硬化型の弾性体で はなく、 熱可塑性のエラストマ一であるので、 リサイクルが容易である。 また架 橋剤を必要とせず、 動的に熱処理する一工程で簡単に効率よく得られるので、 安 価である。
このようにして得られる本発明のォレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物は 、 自動車の内装部品及び外装部品(例えばウエザーストリップ等)、 家電関連部品 、 土木 ·建材関連部品 (例えばガスケット等)、 雑貨並びに日用品等の分野で好適 に利用することができる。 ' 本明細書は、 本願の優先権の基礎である特願 2001 - 72788の明細書に 記載された内容を包含する。 発明を実施するための最良の形態
以下、 本発明を実施例及び比較例により説明するが、 本発明はこれらの実施例 に限定されるものではない。
なお、 ガラス転移点 (Tg) を求めるための動的粘弾性測定は、 以下のように して行った。
レオメトリック社製ダイナミックアナライザー (RDS— Π) を用い、 振動周 波数 1 0 Hz、 歪 1 %で— 100°Cから 100°Cまでの T a η δを測定した。 こ の T a η (5のピーク位置の温度をガラス転移温度 (Tg) とした。 なお、 測定サ ンプルは厚さ 2 mmのプレスシートを用い、 4 OmmX 1 Ommの短冊状とした
(実施例 1 )
プロピレン,エチレンランダム共重合体(A— 1 ) (プロピレン含量; 96モル %、 エチレン含量; 4モル%、 MFR (ASTM D 1238、 230°C、 2.16kg荷重) ; 0 . 5 0分) 30重量部と、 エチレン · 1ーブテン共重合体 (B— 1) (ェチ レン含量; 51モル%、 1—ブテン含量; 49モル%、 ムーニー粘度 ML1+4 (1 0 Ot:); 1 00) 70重量部とをヘンシェルミキサーにて混合した。 次に、 LZ D=30、 スクリュー径 5 Ommの二軸押出機を用いて、 窒素雰囲気中、 2 20 °Cで動的に熱処理 (混練時間: 2分、 二軸押出機内で受ける最高剪断速度 280 O s e c—1) して押出し、 ォレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物のペレット を製造した。 次に、 このォレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物のペレットか ら射出成形機を用いて、 物性測定用のサンプルとしてのォレフィン系熱可塑性ェ ラストマー成形物を射出成形し、 J I S A硬度、 圧縮永久歪 (CS)、 永久伸び の測定を行った。 結果を表 1に示す。
また、 プロピレン 'エチレンランダム共重合体 (A— 1) 及び得られたォレフ ィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物の動的粘弾性測定を前記の方法で行った。 プ ロピレン 'エチレンランダム共重合体 (A— 1) の Tgが 5. 5°Cだったのに対 して、 得られたォレフィン系熱可塑性エラス卜マー組成物のプロピレン ·ェチレ ンランダム共重合体 (A— 1) に由来する Tgは一 6. 5°Cだった。
(実施例 2 )
実施例 1で用いたプロピレン ·エチレンランダム共重合体 (A— 1) 30重量 部と、 プロピレン ·エチレン共重合体 (B— 2) (プロピレン含量; 78モル%、 エチレン含量; 22モル%、 ムーニー粘度 MLH4 (100°C) ; 95) 70重量部 とを用いて、 実施例 1と同様にしてォレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物を 得た。 次に、 実施例 1と同様にして物性測定用のォレフィン系熱可塑性エラス卜 マー成形物を射出成形し、 J I S A硬度、 圧縮永久歪 (CS)、 永久伸びの測定 を行った。 結果を表 1に示す。
また、 得られたォレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物の動的粘弾性測定を 前記の方法で行った。 得られたォレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物のプロ ピレン ·ェチレンランダム共重合体 (A— 1) に由来する Tgは— 7. 5°Cだつ た。
(実施例 3 )
実施例 1で用いたプロピレン ·エチレンランダム共重合体 (A— 1) 30重量 部と、 プロピレン · 1ーブテン共重合体 (B— 3) (プロピレン含量; 8 1モル% 、 1—ブテン含量; 19モル%、 ム一二一粘度 ML1+4 (1 00 °C) ; 1 00) 70 重量部とを用いて、 実施例 1と同様にしてォレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組 成物を得た。 次に、 実施例 1と同様にして物性測定用のォレフィン系熱可塑性ェ ラストマー成形物を射出成形し、 J I S A硬度、 圧縮永久歪 (CS)、 永久伸び の測定を行った。 結果を表 1に示す。
また、 得られたォレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物の動的粘弾性測定を 前記の方法で行った。 得られたォレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物のプロ ピレン 'エチレンランダム共重合体 (A— 1) に由来する Tgは一 5°Cだった。
(実施例 4 )
実施例 1で用いたプロピレン ·エチレンランダム共重合体 (A— 1) 30重量 部と、 実施例 1で用いたエチレン . 1—ブテン共重合体 (B— 1) 70重量部と 、 鉱物油系軟化剤 (パラフィン系オイル:出光興産 (株) 社製、 PW— 380、 商標) 20重量部とを用いて、 実施例 1と同様にしてォレフィン系熱可塑性エラ ストマー組成物を得た。 次に、 実施例 1と同様にして物性測定用のォレフィン系 熱可塑性エラストマ一成形物を射出成形し、 J I S A硬度、 圧縮永久歪 (CS )、 永久伸びの測定を行った。 結果を表 1に示す。
また、 得られたォレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物の動的粘弾性測定を 前記の方法で行った。 得られたォレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物のプロ ピレン 'エチレンランダム共重合体 (A— 1) に由来する Tgは— 8°Cだった。
(比較例 1 )
実施例 1で用いたプロピレン 'エチレンランダム共重合体 (A— 1) 70重量 と、 エチレン ' 1—ブテン共重合体 (B— 1) 30重量部とを用いて、 実施例 1と同様にしてォレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物を得た。 次に、 実施例 1と同様にして物性測定用のォレフィン系熱可塑性エラス卜マー成形物を射出成 形し、 J I S A硬度、 圧縮永久歪 (CS)、 永久伸びの測定を行った。 結果を表 1に示す。
また、 得られたォレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物の動的粘弾性測定を 前記の方法で行った。 得られたォレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物のプロ ピレン ·エチレンランダム共重合体 (A— 1) に由来する Tgは 6°Cだった。
(実施例 5、 比較例 2〜 5)
ポリプロピレン樹脂 (A)、 ひ一才レフイン共重合体ゴム (B) を表 2に示すと おりに変更した以外は実施例 1と同様にしてォレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一 組成物を得て、 物性を評価した。 結果を表 2に示す。

本発明のォレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物は、 架橋剤を使用しないで 一工程で簡単に、 しかも低コストで製造することができ、 かつゴム弾性に優れる とともにリサイクルが容易な熱可塑性ェラストマーである。

Claims

請 求 の 範 囲
1. ポリプロピレン樹脂 (A) 5〜50重量部と、 ムーニー粘度 ML1+4 (100 °C) が 60〜250の α—ォレフィン系共重合体 (B) 50〜95重量部 [(A) 及び(B) の合計量は 100重量部である。〕 とを架橋剤の非存在下に動的に熱処 理して得られるォレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物であり、
動的粘弾性測定における該エラストマ一組成物のポリプロピレン樹脂 (A) に由 来するガラス転移点 (Tg) がポリプロピレン樹脂 (A) のガラス転移点 (Tg ) よりも低く、
該 α—才レフイン系共重合体 (Β) が、 下記 (b— 1) 及び (b_2) :
(b- 1)該エチレン · a—才レフィン系共重合体を構成するエチレン及びェ チレン以外の α—才レフィンの合計に対するエチレン含量が 51〜60モル%で あるエチレン · ο;—ォレフイン系共重合体、
(b- 2)該プロピレン · α—才レフイン系共重合体を構成するプロピレン及 びプロピレン以外の α—才レフインの合計に対するプロピレン含量が 60〜90 モル%であるプロピレン · ーォレフィン系共重合体
から選ばれる少なくとも一種のひ一ォレフイン系共重合体であることを特徴とす るォレフィン系熱可塑性エラス卜マー組成物。
2. 前記 (b— 1) のエチレン · 一才レフイン系共重合体を構成するエチレン 以外の 0:—才レフィンが 1ーブテン及び Z又は 1—ォクテンである請求の範囲第 1項記載のォレフィン系熱可塑性エラス卜マー組成物。
3. 前記 (b_ 2) のプロピレン · ひ—ォレフィン系共重合体を構成するプロピ レン以外の《—ォレフィンがエチレン及び z又は 1—ブテンである請求の範囲第
1項記載のォレフィン系熱可塑性エラス卜マー組成物。
4. ポリプロピレン樹脂 (A) 5〜50重量部と、 ムーニー粘度 ML1+4 (1 00 °C) が 60〜250の α—ォレフィン系共重合体 (Β) 50〜9 5重量部 [(A) 及び (Β) の合計量は 100重量部である。] との合計量 100重量部に対して、 鉱物油系軟化剤 5〜100重量部を含有してなる請求の範囲第 1項〜第 3項のい ずれか 1項に記載のォレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマ一組成物。
