Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung von Peptiden/Proteinen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Peptide/Proteine an deren C-Ende, N-Ende und/oder deren modifizierten Stellen sowie in ihrer Gesamtheit mit spezifischen Antikörpern vermessen werden, die derart markiert sind, dass eine spätere Vermessung möglich ist. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung vorrichtungs- und verfahrensmässig Massenspektrometrie, wobei eine Trägergasquelle, insbesondere eine CO-Quelle, vorgesehen ist, um eine Probe mit Trägergas, entsprechend insbesondere CO, zu beschiessen, oder wobei ein Enzymlösungsbehälter mit/für eine(r) Enzymlösung zur Reaction mit wenigstens einem Metall vorgesehen ist. Die Erfindung betrifft vorrichtungs- und verfahrensmässig auch eine Leitfähigkeitsmessung, wobei eine Blutprobe in einem Messtubus eingeführt wird, der von einer Vielzahl von Elektroden umgeben ist, und wobei die Elektroden nach einem vorgegebenen Schema kreuzweise mit einem Frequenzgenerator angesteuert werden.
