Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Fettsäure-Desaturasen aus Granatapfel (Punica granata), zugehörige Aminosäuresequenzen und diese kodierende Polynucleotidsequenzen, ihre Verwendung bei der Herstellung von Vektoren und transgenen Organismen sowie Verfahren zur Herstellung von Fettsäuren.
