Abstract

On prévoit une protéine de fusion dans des cellules en culture, qui contient : (i) un précurseur autoprotéolytique d'une protéase cytotoxique et (ii) une protéine reporter. Ladite protéine reporter produit un signal quantitatif indiquant la quantité de protéines reporter dans les cellules, ce qui permet l'exécution de dosages pour l'identification d'inhibiteurs de la protéase et la mise en oeuvre d'éventuelles thérapeutiques utiles dans le ciblage de pathogènes, notamment de virus tels que le VIH.
