Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Platin(ll) Komplex ausgewahlt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formeln I bis IV und , 5 physiologisch vertraglichen Additionssalzen davon, Formeln (I bisIV), wobei die Reste R1 bis R4, R1' bis R3', X, X', Y, a, i, k und n wie in der Beschreibung definiert sind, und Gemischen der Verbindungen zur Verwendung als prophylaktisches und/oder therapeutisches Mittel zur Behandlung von Krankheiten, sowie tumorhemmende Platinkomplexe mit den allgemeinen Formeln [PtII(NH3)n(A)n(Z)2-n] bzw. [PtIV(NH3)n(A)n(Z)2-nX2], und [PtII(A)1(Z)2] bzw. [PtIV(A)1(Z)2X2], wobei A, Z, und n wie in der Beschreibung definiert sind.
