Abstract

The invention relates to a physical exercise device which can be used to work all the main muscle groups of the body and, at the same time, the opposite muscle groups, owing to the components that make up said device. The invention can be used to perform a huge variety of exercises, including basic exercises with bars or dumbbells and those exercises usually performed with pulleys or more complex apparatus. The purpose of the invention is to provide a completely portable exercise device which is totally different from those currently available on the market owing to the simple design thereof. The main feature of said design lies in the fact it combines the advantages of various devices currently available into a light, portable device with few components.
