Abstract

Esta invención se refiere a un aparato para hacer ejercicio físico por medio del cual se trabajarán todos los principales grupos musculares del cuerpo y a su vez se podrán ejercitar al mismo tiempo grupos musculares opuestos, por medio de sus componentes, la diversidad de ejercicios es muy amplia y se podrán elaborar ejercicios básicos con barras o mancuernas así como ejercicios que usualmente se hacen con poleas o en aparatos más complejos.El objeto de esta invención es proporcionar un gimnasio portátil totalmente diferente a los que actualmente existen en el mercado, gracias a un diseño sencillo, cuya principal característica es que reúne las ventajas de varios de los aparatos existentes en el mercado, pero en un aparato con pocos componentes, ligero y portátil.
