Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique contenant de la L-arginine. La composition contient de la L-arginine ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celle-ci sous une forme solide, ainsi qu'un acide organique pharmaceutiquement acceptable sous une forme solide. La quantité d'acide organique présent dans la composition est choisie de sorte que le rapport molaire des fonctionnalités acides de l'acide organique sur l'un des deux centres basiques de la L-arginine est compris entre 0,5 et 1,5.
