Abstract

La fonctionnalité améliorée des dispositifs implantables, tels que les stimulateurs cardiaques et les défibrillateurs, a pour effet de rendre nécessaire l'automatisation des tâches telles que la recherche du seuil de capture et les mesures d'amplitude du signal afin de libérer le médecin de ces tâches. L'invention présente une nouvelle approche pour la détection du seuil de capture pour la stimulation aussi bien auriculaire que ventriculaire. L'algorithme suggéré analyse le changement de la morphologie du signal de l'ECG pour distinguer les événements capturés et les événements non capturés. L'algorithme comprend deux phases, une phase de définition des événements de référence et une phase de classification des événements.
