Abstract

La présente invention concerne un verre chimiquement renforcé comportant une couche de contrainte de compression formée, par échange d'ions, dans sa couche de surface, qui se caractérise en ce que la couche de contrainte de compression comprend deux types de structure de contrainte de compression: une structure de type A présente à proximité de la surface du verre et une structure de type B présente dans le côté d'une couche interne du verre. L'invention concerne également des premier et deuxième procédés de production du verre chimiquement renforcé, un premier procédé dans lequel, suite à un traitement par immersion pour l'échange d'ions, un deuxième traitement par immersion est effectué à une température supérieure de 20 à 50 °C par rapport à celle du premier traitement par immersion pendant une durée variant de 10 à 60 minutes et un deuxième procédé dans lequel, suite à un premier traitement par immersion pour l'échange d'ions, un deuxième traitement par immersion est effectué à une température supérieure de 20 à 50 °C par rapport à celle du premier traitement par immersion pendant une durée variant de 10 à 60 minutes.
