Abstract

本発明は、イオン交換することによりガラス表層に圧縮応力層を形成させた化学強化ガラスにおいて、ガラス表面に近い方の圧縮応力パターンＡとガラス内層側の圧縮応力パターンＢの２種類を圧縮応力層の中に有す化学強化ガラスに関する。このガラスは第１又は第２方法によって製造可能である。第１方法においては、イオン交換のための浸漬処理後にその浸漬液温度よりも２０°C以上５０°C以下の高い温度で１０分間以上６０分間以下の第２の浸漬処理をする。第２方法においては、イオン交換のための第１の浸漬処理後にその浸漬液温度よりも２０°C以上５０°C以下の高い温度で１０分間以上６０分間以下の第２の浸漬処理する。
