Abstract

L'invention consiste à former un turboliseur présentant des ondulations ayant chacune des parois latérales munies d'ouvertures et de portions décalées. Une bande est enroulée longitudinalement afin de former une bande ondulée présentant des ondulations d'étendant longitudinalement. Les ouvertures et les portions décalées précités sont formées dans la bande ondulée. Un appareil de formage d'un turboliseur présente une ou plusieurs paires de rouleaux à gaufrer dotés de profils ondulés coopérants, acheminant la matière en bande qui est engagée entre eux. Ces rouleaux fournissent la bande présentant des ondulations s'étendant longitudinalement. Le premier et le second rouleaux à gaufrer reçoivent la bande ondulée et se déplacent l'un par rapport à l'autre pour former des paires de découpes espacées définissant chacune une portion de paroi entre elles. Cette portion de paroi est déplacée par rapport à une portion adjacente de la bande ondulée. Une ailette ou turboliseur pour échangeur thermique présente une bande comportant des bords latéraux s'étendant longitudinalement et des ondulations s'étendant longitudinalement. Il est prévu des ouvertures à travers les ondulations dans une région intermédiaire entre les bords latéraux. Une portion de bord latéral non perforé s'étend entre le bord latéral et la région intermédiaire. Les ondulations s'étendent dans un plan général. La portion de bord latéral non perforé est inclinée par rapport audit plan général, à l'extérieur de la région intermédiaire. La portion de bord latéral peut être inclinée par rapport au plan général, à l'extérieur de la portion intermédiaire, et peut présenter une portion distale s'étendant intérieurement, généralement vers la portion intermédiaire.
