Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'actionnement pour une serrure fixée dans ou sur un battant de porte et comportant un fouillot monté de manière à pouvoir tourner autour d'un axe ainsi qu'au moins un pêne pouvant coulisser en s'opposant à l'action d'un ressort. Ce dispositif d'actionnement provoque le coulissement du pêne par rotation d'un carré pénétrant dans le fouillot. L'invention est caractérisée en ce que la partie saillante solidaire du dispositif d'actionnement est montée, par son extrémité coté serrure, sur un corps de palier fixé sur la porte, de manière à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un axe perpendiculaire à l'axe du fouillot et provoque la rotation de la poignée sous l'effet de ce pivotement. En variante, la partie saillante (5a) solidaire du dispositif d'actionnement (5) agit, par son extrémité coté serrure (5b), sur une plaque rotative (4). Cette dernière est fixée sur la porte (3) au moyen d'un boîtier (6), peut tourner par coulissement du dispositif d'actionnement et provoque la rotation du carré (2). Il est ainsi possible de déverrouiller une serrure de porte de pièce courante par un basculement ou une traction effectué(e) de haut en bas. Le pêne est également débloqué par basculement du dispositif d'actionnement ou sous l'effet d'une traction exercée sur ce dernier. Lors de la fermeture de la porte, le pêne se referme de manière usuelle.
