技术领域
本发明涉及冶炼技术领域, 特别是一种高效清除铁水表面浮渣的方法, 本发明还涉及一种利用上述方法进行铁水扒渣的专门装置。 背景技术
铁水预处理脱硫、 脱硅、 脱磷后, 产生大量固体废渣, 并悬浮于铁水表 面。 这些固体渣必须及时清除, 否则会影响铁水的预处理效果, 并导致后道 工序生产成本的提高。
现行的铁水预处理扒渣, 采用的是自二十世纪五、 六十年代就开始使用 的扒渣机, 这类扒渣机是机械传动或液压驱动的直线往复式铁水扒渣设备。 它通过一安装于悬臂上的由耐火材料制成的渣耙,浸入至铁水表面一定深度, 沿铁水表面进行直线或曲线往复运动, 将铁水包 (罐)内铁水表面漂浮的固体 渣逐次扒出。
传统扒渣技术和设备的缺陷归纳起来有以下几点: (1) 扒渣耗时长, 工 作效率低。 一般需要往复十几次甚至几十次, 用时在 5— 10分钟。 (2) 扒渣 不彻底,除渣率低。在加粘渣剂或扒渣剂聚渣的情况下,扒渣率最高仅达 80%, 扒渣不彻底的直接后果就是造成转炉、 电炉回硫多的问题。 (3) 扒渣同时易 于带出铁水, 铁损一般在 0.5— 1.0%之间。 这些问题已经成为困扰和制约国 际钢铁业发展的世界性难题, 由此造成的直接经济损失每年都在 5亿美元以 上。
近几年, 我国钢铁工业发展迅猛, 总产量已经跃居世界第一, 预计 2003 年铁水预处理量将达到 5000万吨。由于技术和设备相对落后,实际扒渣铁损 率大多在 1.0%左右, 加上转炉与电炉回硫因素造成的经济损失, 全年直接经 济损失在 5亿元人民币以上。 发明的公开
本发明的目的是克服上述已有铁水扒渣方法和设备的不足, 而提供一种 新的铁水高效扒渣方法及其专用装置, 采用回转式扒渣技术实现高速、 高效 率扒渣, 并有效降低铁损。
本发明的铁水高效扒渣方法是: 安装在悬臂前端的两扇渣耙分别沿铁水 液面做回转式运动; 两渣耙在逐渐靠拢时聚拢或夹住固体渣; 然后两渣耙在 悬臂带动下回缩至铁水包 (罐)的边沿附近将渣扒出。
渣耙首先并列下降浸入铁水液面下一定深度; 完成回转运动后悬臂带动 渣耙上升至离开铁水液面一定高度; 最后两渣耙在悬臂带动下回缩至铁水包. (:罐)的边沿以外, 将渣扒出。
实现上述铁水高效扒渣方法的一种专用装置, 包括平车轨道, 在平车轨 道上往复运行的平车, 以及通过升降主轴与平车连接的悬臂, 在悬臂前端的 驱动箱内安装了齿条, 它与两侧的齿轮相啮合, 两回转轴将两齿轮和两渣耙 的后端固定在一起。
齿条的后端连接有油缸, 齿条由油缸驱动进退。 平车在平车轨道上的运 动由电机或液压驱动。 两个渣耙合拢夹渣的一侧为锯齿状。
与已有铁水扒渣技术和设备相比较, 本发明具有以下特点 (1) 除渣率明 显提高。 在渣量较少时, 渣耙一次回转运动即可除渣 90%以上; 当渣量较多 时, 二至三次即可将渣耙去 90%以上。 (2) 扒渣速度大大提高, 整个扒渣时 间在 3 内分钟以内。 (3) 在扒渣过程的最后阶段, 渣耙上升脱离铁水液面, 渣中的铁水绝大部分已经回流至铁水包 (罐)中, 因此扒渣带铁大大减少, 能 够严格地将铁损率控制在 0.1%以内。 附图的简要说明 图 1是本发明中扒渣专用装置的结构示意图。
图 2是渣耙驱动机构的结构示意图。 实现本发明的最佳方式 下面叙述一次扒渣过程,作为本发明中高效扒渣方法的一个具体实施例。
(1)、 当铁水包 (罐)进站到位后, 平车在电机或液压动力驱动下前行至合 适的扒渣工位;
(2)、升降主轴(油缸)工作, 通过悬臂将渣耙浸入铁水以下 20— 50mm;
(3)、 通过油缸的液压驱动, 使渣耙作回转运动扒渣;
(4)、 两渣耙运动至包 (罐)口后, 升降主轴 (油缸) 提升悬臂并带动渣耙 离开铁水液面 30 100mm;
(5)、 平车在电机或液压动力驱动下向后退, 至渣耙刚好全部离开铁水包
(罐)位置;
(6)、 两渣耙分别反向回转, 其中的渣即落入到铁水包 (罐)附近的渣料斗 中。 下面描述的是本发明中的扒渣专用装置, 这仅仅是实现上述方法的一种 具体实例,事实上本发明的方法还可以派生出其他多种结构形式的扒渣设备。 本发明的扒渣专用装置, 包括平车轨道 8, 在平车轨道 8上往复运行的 平车 7, 以及通过升降主轴 (油缸) 5与.平车 7连接的悬臂 4, 在悬臂 4的前 端安装了齿条 10, 它与两侧的齿轮 11相啮合, 两回转轴 3将两齿轮 11和两 渣耙 1的后端固定在一起。 其中渣耙 1可以由耐火材料制成, 也可以由其它 材料制成。
齿条 10的后端连接有油缸 9, 齿条 10由油缸 9驱动进退, 通过齿轮 11 和回转轴 3带动渣耙 1作回转运动。 事实上, 实现回转式渣耙的驱动形式有 多种, 齿轮齿条法是其中的一种, 其它的驱动方法可以是齿轮、 凸轮、 蜗轮 蜗杆、 链式、 皮带式、 摆动油缸等液压或电动形式。
平车 7在平车轨道 8上的运动可以由电机和卷扬机链条机构驱动, 也可 以由平车自身动力驱动。
其中的两个渣耙 1合拢夹渣的一侧为锯齿状, 便于聚拢或夹紧渣料。 液压系统 (油泵及油箱) 6可以固定在悬臂的后端。
另外, 悬臂 4可以根据用户要求, 设计为液压伸缩式。 平车 7可采用电 动驱动, 以便精确定位, 实现全过程自动化控制操作。

Claims

权利要求
1、一种铁水高效扒渣方法, 其特征是: 安装在悬臂前端的两扇渣耙分别 沿铁水液面做回转式运动; 两渣耙在逐渐靠拢时聚拢或夹住固体渣; 然后两 渣耙在悬臂带动下回缩至铁水包 (罐)的边沿附近将渣扒出。
2、如权利要求 1所述的铁水高效扒渣方法, 其特征是: 渣耙首先并列下 降浸入铁水液面下一定深度; 完成回转运动后悬臂带动渣耙上升至离开铁水 液面一定高度; 最后两渣耙在悬臂带动下回缩至铁水包 (罐)的边沿以外, 将 渣扒出。
3、实现权利要求 1或 2所述的铁水高效扒渣方法的一种专用装置,其特 征是: 它包括平车轨道 (8), 在平车轨道 (8)上往复运行的平车 (7), 以及通过 升降主轴 (5)与平车 (7)连接的悬臂 (4), 在悬臂 (4)前端的驱动箱(2) 内安装了 齿条 (10), 它与两侧的齿轮 (11)相啮合, 两回转轴 (3)将两齿轮 (11)和两渣耙 (1) 的后端固定在一起。
