Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zur Herstellung einer mehrschichtigen Sandwich-Leichtbauplatte (2) wird ein thermoplastischer Stützkern (3) mit zumindest einer aus einem plattenförmigen Element bestehenden Deckschicht (4) verbunden. Zur Bildung der Deckschicht (4) werden als Fasergelege, Fasergewebe, Fließ, Rovings oder dergleichen Anordnung vorliegendes Fasermaterial (6) und flüssiges thermoplastisches Material einander zugeführt und das flüssige thermoplastische Material wird unter Druckeinwirkung in das Fasermaterial (6) eingewalzt und/oder eingewalkt. Diese Deckschicht (4) wird anschließend dem Stützkern (3) zugeführt und mit Hilfe ihres noch flüssigen thermoplastischen Materials mit dem Stützkern (3) thermoplastisch verbunden.
