  • the second tanks 17 collect the residues of fluid F that are forced by the blade 14 to flow through the openings 12 of the bands 11; the second tanks 17 can be arranged below the discharges 18 of the first tank 16 from which they receive the fluid F collected thereby.
  • the second tanks 17 are provided with discharge outlets 19, which are connected, in a known manner, to a circuit for recovering and recirculating the fluid F.
  • the cleaning unit 13 comprises a cleaning roller 20, which is supported so that it can rotate about an axis B which is substantially transverse with respect to the direction T and is in contact with the outer face of the sheet 5; the cleaning roller 20 is arranged upstream of the application means 8 along the direction of motion of the plate 4.
  • the cleaning roller 20 cooperates with a pusher blade 21, which is supported, so that it is substantially parallel to the axis B, inside the plate 4 and substantially skims the inner face of the sheet 5, so as to force the residues of fluid F to pass through the plate 4 to be then removed by the cleaning roller 20.

  • the cleaning roller 20 in cooperation with the pusher blade 21, finishes the cleaning of the plate 4 performed by the blade 14 and by the bands 11.

Abstract

Cette invention concerne une machine (1) servant à imprimer par sérigraphie par voie humide des éléments essentiellement plats, tels que notamment des articles en céramique, et comprenant à cet effet un bâti de support (2) qui soutient, au-dessus d'une surface servant de support aux éléments essentiellement plats, en particulier des articles en céramique (P), une plaque (4) qui comprend une feuille (5) fermée en forme de boucle et comportant au moins une partie, déplacée sur les éléments (P) et contenant au moins un secteur en forme de filet (6), portant le motif à imprimer par sérigraphie, et deux bords latéraux (7) qui sont opposés et parallèles par rapport à la direction de mouvement, et un moyen (8) destiné à appliquer un fluide d'impression (F) sur les éléments (P) à travers le secteur (6); la plaque (4) comportant, au moins au niveau de l'un des bords (7), au moins une bande (11) qui est extérieure au secteur (6) et qui est pourvue d'ouvertures (12) pour la décharge du fluide (F).
