Definitions
- the present invention relates to a simulated flame device that produces a simulated effect of emitting a flame during combustion of a fuel.
- the current simulated flame device generally suspends a plurality of reflective strips near the interior of the furnace to form a flame effect component capable of producing a cow flame effect.
- a light source and a transparent screen are arranged in front of the flame effect component, and the light emitted by the light source passes through the flame.
- the effect component is reflected and transmitted to the back surface of the screen.
- the strips are usually movable, for example by a fan generating an air flow to move it, and adding color and shape changes to make the flame more realistic.
- a flashing component is added to the light path between the light source and the flame effect component, the flashing component has a reflective strip for reflecting light from the light source, and then reflected by the flame effect component, the flashing component It can be rotated by a rotor and rotated about its axis to produce scintillation light to be more similar to the flame light, but the structure is more complicated, such as the technique disclosed in U.S. Patent No. 5,642,580, Chinese Patent No. 02148091.5.
- an object of the present invention to provide an acoustic flame device which is realistic in flame effect and which has a more simplified structure.
- a simulated flame device comprising: - a light source capable of directly producing a cow; changing light; - a screen comprising two layers of panels, the inner layer being provided with a light that reflects the light source
- the panel of the flame effect element, the outer layer is a diffusion panel that can diffuse the light reflected by the flame effect element; - an electronic control component.
- the light source is a lamp bundle comprising a plurality of light-emitting elements fixed to a rotating device.
- the lamp bundle is fixed to the rotating device in a spiral shape.
- the light emitting element is a light emitting diode.
- the flame effect element is fixed on the surface of the inner panel of the screen to form a flaming reflective field.
- the invention has simple structure, and the flame effect component is irradiated by the light source directly generating the changed light, and then reflected to the diffusion surface of the screen, and the diffused surface is directly viewed, and the flickering, flickering, and similar dynamic flame can be observed.
- the scene, and the dynamic flame image appears to be produced between the simulated fuel layer and its image on the screen, which is very vivid.

- the present invention is a simulated flame device comprising two sets of light sources 3 and 5, screens 8 and 9, an exemplary fuel layer 10, and an electronic control assembly 12.
- the screen comprises two inner and outer panels with a certain interval, the inner layer is a panel 8 provided with a flame effect element 11 which can reflect the light of the light source, and the outer layer is a diffusion panel which can diffuse the light reflected by the flame effect element.
- the flame effect element 11 is made of a reflective material and has a plurality of slits similar to the actual flame shape, and the color is silver, gold or red.
- the flame effect element 11 is fixedly attached to the surface of the inner panel 8 of the screen to form a flame-shaped reflective area, and the other areas of the inner panel 8 are non-reflective areas.
- the diffusing panel 9 can be made of translucent frosted glass to hide the structure inside the device, and at the same time, the flame image diffused by the reflection is faint and more realistic.
- the simulated fuel layer 10 is disposed in front of the curtain and placed adjacent to the front reflective surface of the diffusing surface 9.
- the simulated fuel layer 10 is an internal hollow model consisting of a plastic shell, the color is similar to that of a real fuel, and a simulated diesel head 7 can be placed above it to make it more realistic.
- the light source 3 is a lamp bundle including a plurality of light-emitting elements (such as light-emitting diodes or other small light bulbs) and is spirally fixed to the rotating device 4.
- the rotating device 4 is a plastic rotating shaft disposed under the screen and parallel to the plane of the screen, and is rotated by the motor 1.
- a rotating copper sleeve 17 is fixedly sleeved on both ends of the rotating device 4, and the wire 16 of the light source 3 is welded to the rotating copper sleeve 17.
- a vertical fixing seat 13 is respectively disposed on the two sides of the rotating device 4, and the fixing seats 13 on both sides are respectively fixed with a horizontal state positive copper contact piece 2 and a negative electrode copper contact piece 6 connected to the power source line 18 by screws 14
- the copper contact piece 2 and the negative electrode copper contact piece 6 are respectively in contact with the rotating copper sleeves 17 at both ends, so that the rotating device 4 is kept energized during the rotation (as shown in Fig. 4).
- the motor 1 drives the rotating device 4 to rotate in one direction of the upward flame effect i1 ⁇ 2 element 1 1 , so that the light source 3 can directly produce the light of the rotating rotation of the cow, and illuminate the flame effect element to form a flickering, upwardly fluttering Fire scene.
- the light source 5 is a fuel layer light source and is disposed on the fuel layer 10 Below, consisting of a plurality of (four in this embodiment) bulb assemblies that emit upward light to simulate a fuel layer illuminated by the flame.
- the light and dark of the light sources 3, 5 and the rotational speed of the motor 1 can be controlled by the electronic control unit 12 (as shown in Figs. 5 and 6), so that the emitted light is more similar to the real flame.
- the light source 3 When the power is turned on, the light source 3 starts to rotate, and the light is emitted, and the flashing light that is irradiated onto the flame effect element 1 of the panel 8 is reflected to the diffusion 'panel 9, which forms the active effect of the flame, and the diffusion panel 9 is directly viewed.
- the dynamic flame image looks as realistic and vivid as it is produced on the simulated fuel layer 10.
