Description

ボトル内圧は l k P a〜2 0 k P aの範囲内の微陽圧が必要であり、 好まし ぃ微陽圧の範囲は 1〜 1 5 k P a、 特に好ましい範囲は 1〜5 k P aである。
1 k P a〜2 0 k P aの範囲の微陽圧が発生する。
0 k P a, 1 k P a、 2 k P a、 1 0 k P a、 2 0 k P a , 5 0 k P aとなるようにした。
