- the garment to be sterilized and deodorized contained in the treatment tank In addition, air containing ozone can be given, and bacteria and other bacteria attached to clothing can be sterilized and deodorized by ozone.
- the sterilization / deodorization of clothing described above using ozone is referred to as air wash. This is because air containing ozone will wash away the power of the clothes and disinfect them.
- Air washing is performed when a dedicated command key is pressed, and is separated from washing and dehydration. Therefore, disinfection and deodorization of clothing can be performed regardless of washing and dehydration.
- the air wash is preferably performed by applying air containing an appropriate amount of ozone to the garment by operating the air blowing means and intermittently operating the ozone generating means.
- the treatment tank of the washing machine usually has an outer tub and an inner tub provided rotatably in the outer tub.
- the inner tub is rotated during washing and dehydration.
- the inner tub can be rotated for efficient sterilization and deodorization.
- the ozone generated by the ozone generating means is supplied to the clothing and the clothing is sterilized and deodorized. For this reason, ozone exists in the treatment tank.
- ozone is present in the treatment tank, and in some cases, ozone exceeding a specified concentration that affects the human body may be filled in the treatment tank.
- the ozone in the treatment tank disappears by the action of acidification over time. . - air containing ozone is given to clothes to be sterilized and deodorized contained in a treatment tank, and the clothes are made by ozone. It is possible to sterilize and deodorize miscellaneous bacteria adhering to the moss.
- Air wash is performed when a dedicated command key is pressed, and sterilization / deodorization of clothes can be performed regardless of washing and drying of clothes after washing.
- the air wash is performed by supplying air to the clothing with an appropriate amount of ozone by operating the air blowing means and the heat generating means and intermittently operating the ozone generating means. Is preferred.
- the sterilization and deodorization of the clothing is performed by ozone, and the amount of ozone is not too strong, so that the ozone disappears in a short time. If the temperature can be switched between “high temperature” and “low temperature”, the heating means should be “low temperature”. This is because the temperature of clothing does not rise too much.
- the inner tub can be rotated for efficient sterilization and deodorization.
- Mold guard is a process that is performed when a dedicated command key is pressed, and is separate from the process when clothes are stored. Mold guard is a dedicated process that is performed so that molds are not automatically generated in the processing tank after the user presses the command key after a certain period of time, for example, once every month. It is. During the mold guard process, as described in claim 11, it is desirable to operate the motor so that the inner tank repeats normal rotation and reverse rotation. Air containing ozone spreads evenly and smoothly between the inner surface of the outer tank and the outer surface of the inner tank facing the inner surface of the outer tank, so that the sterilization of the treatment tank can be performed more effectively. It is the power that can be done.
- the heating means As described in claim 12.
- the treatment tank is sterilized and deodorized with ozone until the first time has elapsed. At that time, since the air is heated by the heating means, sterilization and deodorization by ozone is promoted.
- the heating means can switch the temperature between “high temperature” and “low temperature”, it is better to set it to “high temperature”. This is because the treatment of ozone is promoted by increasing the temperature of the air.
- the mold guard in the washing machine having a drying function, can be treated, and the scales and stones are adhered to the inner and outer walls of the treatment tank and the inner wall of the circulation air passage. Even in a situation where mold is likely to occur, the inner and outer walls of the treatment tank and the inner wall of the circulating air passage are sterilized and deodorized by ozone, thereby preventing the generation of mold.
- the mold guard treatment is performed by operating the air blowing means, the heating means and the ozone generating means to circulate the air containing ozone in the treatment tank and the circulation air passage.
- the treatment tank and the circulation air passage are sterilized and deodorized by ozone before the first time elapses. Since air is heated by the heating means, sterilization and deodorization by ozone are promoted.
- the temperature of the heating means can be switched between “high temperature” and “low temperature”, it is better to set it to “high temperature”. This is because the ozone treatment is promoted by increasing the temperature of the air.
- the inner tank is repeatedly rotated forward and reverse during the mold guard process, and faces the inner surface of the outer tank and the inner surface of the outer tank.
- the air containing ozone spreads uniformly and smoothly between the outer surfaces of the inner tank, so that sterilization and deodorization of the treatment tank can be performed more effectively.

- an air wash (deodorization) key 77 and a steam cleaning key 78 are provided.
- the air wash (decontamination 'deodorization) key 77 is a key operated when it is not necessary to wash clothes, but it is necessary to deodorize and deodorize odors attached to the clothes. For example, if there is clothing that is worried about the smell of cigarettes, place the clothing in the drum 3 and press the air wash (sterilization / deodorizing) key 77. Is lit ⁇ “Drum Stop” is lit ⁇ “Drum Rotation” is lit and the display is switched. And drum times When the rotation is lit, the air containing ozone is supplied to the drum 3 while the drum 3 is rotating, and when the drum stop is lit, the air containing the ozone that the drum 3 does not rotate is inside the drum 3.
- the deodorizing and deodorizing treatment of clothing which is supplied to the garment, is performed as an independent process from washing and drying.
- the air wash (disinfection & deodorization) key 77 is a key for performing independent processing when it is desired to deodorize and deodorize clothes that need not be washed.
- the steam cleaning key 78 is a key to be pressed when it is desired to add steam cleaning during washing.
- the operation panel 71 is arranged with other keys and various indications indicating the driving situation. However, they are not directly related to the present invention, and thus the description thereof is omitted.
- FIG. 4 is a control circuit block diagram of the washing machine 1, and is a control block diagram showing only the components related to the operation that characterizes the present invention.
- the washing machine 1 includes a control unit 61 that includes a CPU, a ROM, a RAM, and the like.
- the command signal including power off Z on key 72, start Z-time stop key 73, air wash (disinfection / deodorization) key 77, etc., provided on the operation panel 71 is given to the control unit 61.
- the controller 61 controls the operation of the motor 62, the blower 21, the heater 22, the ozone generator 47, and the lock mechanism 56 in response to the given command signal.
- the controller 61 and the lock mechanism 56 correspond to the lock means of the present invention.
- FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing the control operation of the air wash operation performed by control unit 61 shown in FIG.
- FIG. 6 is a timing chart showing the operation of the drum 3, the ozone generator 47, the blower 21 and the heater 22 at that time.
- the control unit 61 pushes the air wash 77 to determine whether or not a command signal is given (step Sl).
- a command signal is given from Air Wash Y 77
- the start Z-time stop key 73 is pressed to wait for a signal to be input (step S5).
- the ⁇ Drum Rotation '' display is turned on or off alternately depending on the number of times the button is pressed. Can be switched. In this case, when the air wash 77 itself is pressed even once, the key itself is lit and the air wash operation is displayed to the user.
- step S6 determines whether or not the power is strong. If is lit, the motor is rotated forward and backward, and drum 3 is rotated forward and backward slowly (for example, at 45 rpm) (step S7).
- the motor 62 will not operate. That is, the air wash operation is performed while the drum 3 is not rotated. If air washing is performed without rotating the drum 3, it is effective for so-called delicate clothing that may be damaged or lost its shape.
- the control unit 61 turns on the blower 21 (step S8), and at the same time, turns on the heater 22 (step S9).
- the heater 22 is a force having two heaters A and B. When the heater 22 is turned on, only the heater A is energized, and “weak” heating is performed.
- the ozone generator 47 is also turned on (step S10).
- the air in the drum 3 is circulated through the drying air passage 16, the air is heated by the heater 22, and the ozone generated by the ozone generator 47 is mixed and supplied to the drum 3. The Therefore, the clothes stored in the drum 3 can be sterilized and deodorized.
- step S11 when it is determined that the start / pause key 73 has been pressed, that is, 5 minutes have elapsed since the start of the air wash, the ozone generator 47 is turned off (step S12), In this state, the operation is continued until another 5 minutes have passed (step S13).
- the ozone generator 47 is switched between an energized state and a non-energized state at intervals of 5 minutes. Thereby, the amount of ozone supplied for air wash can be adjusted to an appropriate amount.
- the on-off time of the ozone generator 47 is an example, and a time other than an interval of 5 minutes may be used. Alternatively, the ozone generator 47 can be always turned on.
- step S14 it is determined whether or not to end the air wash operation. If not, the process returns to step S10, and the ozone generator 47 is turned on again.
- air wash operation is supposed to be performed, for example, for 30 minutes.
- the end of the air wash operation is determined in step S14, and the heater 22 (heater A) is turned off.
- the blower 21 is turned off together with (Step S15) (Step S16), and the air-wash operation is completed.
- the ozone generator 47 is turned off for 5 minutes before the completion of the air wash operation.
- the door 6 is opened and the user takes out the clothes in the drum 3.
- the air in the drum 3 contains almost no ozone, and the user does not smell or smell an unpleasant ozone odor.
- Fig. 7 shows that during the air-wash operation, the power-off Z on key 72 is pressed to turn off the power, the power is cut off due to a power failure, etc., or the start Z-time stop key 73 is pressed to pause the operation.
- 6 is a flowchart showing processing by control unit 61 in the case of being performed.
- control unit 61 determines that the power is turned off during the airwash operation (YES in step S21)
- the control unit 61 stops the airwash operation (step S22) and starts the timer (step S23). ),
- the lock mechanism 56 is kept on (step S24), and this state is maintained until a predetermined time has passed (step S25).
- the drum 3 and the drying air passage 16 are filled with ozone, and in some cases, it should not leak outside the machine, but it may be filled with ozone gas.
- the door 6 is locked in the closed state by the lock mechanism 56 at the start of the air wash operation, but the lock mechanism 56 is turned on so that the user cannot open the door 6 even after the air wash is stopped. Maintain so that door 6 does not open.
- the ozone in the drum 3 and the drying air passage 16 is acidified over time, and its concentration decreases and eventually disappears.
- control unit 61 releases the lock mechanism 56 (step S26), and the process is terminated.
- the fixed time determined in step S25 is preferably set to a time proportional to the time when the ozone generator 47 is energized, that is, the ozone generation time.
- Ton Toff is desirable.
- the maximum time of Toff (depletion ozone time) is suppressed to about 10 minutes. Is possible.
- the time during which the door 6 cannot be opened can be reduced to 10 minutes or less, and the time during which the clothes in the drum 3 cannot be taken out should be reduced as much as possible if the user accidentally turns off the power or a power failure occurs. be able to.
- the mold that is about to be generated in the cocoon cake, the drum 3, the outer tub 5 and the dry air passage 16 is prevented or suppressed by using ozone. Now you can operate “mold mold”!
- Mold guard operation can be set by pressing the washing key 76 (see Fig. 3). In FIG. 3, by pressing the washing key 76 a predetermined number of times, “mold guard (ozone bath cleaning)” displayed above it can be selected and displayed. When the start / pause key 73 is pressed in this state, the mold guard operation is executed.
- the mold guard operation is not selected with the washing key 76.
- a dedicated command key for setting the mold guard may be provided. Good.
- FIG. 8 is a timing chart showing operations of the drum 3, the ozone generator 47, the processor 21, and the heater 22 for explaining the contents of the mold guard operation.
- drum 3 When mold guard operation is started, drum 3 is slowly rotated forward and backward (for example, at 45 rpm). Further, the ozone generator 47, the blower 21 and the heater 22 are turned on. In the mold guard operation, both the heater A and the heater B included in the heater 22 are turned on, and the heating is performed with “strong”.
- ozone generated by the ozone generator 47 is supplied, and the air containing the ozone passes between the drum 3 and the outer tub 5 and the drying air passage 16. Circulated.
- the warm air or hot air circulated contains concentrated ozone gas, and the oxidation of ozone is accelerated by heating, and the inner and outer surfaces of the drum 3 and the inner surface of the outer tub 5 and the drying air passage 16 Mold generation on the peripheral surface or the like is prevented or suppressed.
- scales and stones that adhere to these parts are decomposed by ozone and easily peeled off.
- mold guard operation is automatically performed every time the washing operation has been performed, for example, 10 times or every time the washing and drying operation has been performed, for example, 10 times, instead of a configuration that is executed by a dedicated key operation. It is good also as a structure which is performed.
- the fully automatic drum washing machine 1 with a drying function has been described as an example, but the present invention can also be applied to a drum type washing machine without a drying function.
- the present invention may be an independent device as a clothing sterilization device. Or it could be a device built into the dryer.
- Sarakuko may be applied to a so-called vertical washing machine that is not a drum type washing machine.
