[0001] 本発明は、伝熱管を拡管させることにより蒸気発生器や熱交換器の管板に伝熱管 を固定する拡管方法に関するものである。
背景技術
[0002] 蒸気発生器や熱交換器の管板に伝熱管を固定する工法としては、例えば、特許文 献 1に開示されたものが知られている。

[0003] し力しながら、上記特許文献 1に開示された拡管方法では、二次側への伝熱管の 抜け出しを防止するための保持力が、管板の一次側の端面から二次側の端面にわ たって得られる伝熱管と管板との間の面圧により保証されている。そのため、当該箇 所を検査 (例えば、回転 ECT (Eddy Current Test)による応力腐食割れの検査)する 場合、管板の一次側の端面力 二次側の端面にわたって実施しなければならず、当 該検査に多大な時間を要してしまうといった問題点があった。
[0004] 本発明は、上記の事情に鑑みてなされたもので、管板に固定された伝熱管の検査 範囲 (領域)を低減させることができるとともに、当該検査に要する時間を短縮させる ことができる拡管方法を提供することを目的とする。
[0005] 本発明は、上記課題を解決するため、以下の手段を採用した。
本発明の第 1の態様は、管板の管穴に挿入された伝熱管を拡管により固定する拡 管方法であって、前記管板の一次側の端面から二次側の端面にわたって、前記管 穴の内周面に前記伝熱管の外周面を密着させた後、前記二次側の端面あるいは前 記二次側の端面近傍力 前記一次側の端面に向力う所定距離の範囲において、伝 熱管と管板との間の面圧をさらに増加させるようにした。
この態様によれば、管板の二次側の端面あるいは端面近傍力 一次側の端面に向 力う所定距離の範囲で、管穴内に挿入された伝熱管の外周面と、管穴の内周面との 面圧が増加して、密着性が向上することとなる。
これにより、管板に保持されている伝熱管に全周亀裂が生じ、伝熱管が全周亀裂 により切断された場合でも、二次側の端面近傍から全周亀裂までの範囲の拡管が、 二次側への伝熱管の抜け出しを防止するための保持力を有しており、かつ、管板に 保持されている伝熱管に亀裂が生じた場合でも伝熱管の管内を通過する一次側の 流体 (例えば、、原子炉冷却材)が、二次側の流体 (例えば、給水)中にリークする(漏 れ出す)ことを防止することがなければ、この範囲(二次側の端面近傍から全周亀裂 までの範囲)だけを検査 (例えば、回転 ECT (Eddy Current Test)による応力腐食割 れの検査)すればよいこととなるので、当該検査に要する時間を大幅に低減させるこ とがでさる。
本発明の第 2の態様は、管板の管穴に挿入された伝熱管を拡管により固定する拡 管方法であって、前記管板の一次側の端面から二次側の端面にわたって、前記管 穴の内周面に前記伝熱管の外周面を密着させた後、前記伝熱管の管内に冷媒を供 給し、前記伝熱管が十分に冷えたら前記冷媒の供給を停止して、前記伝熱管を常温 に戻すようにした。
この態様によれば、伝熱管全体がー且冷やされて、伝熱管と管板との間の面圧が 低下させられた後、伝熱管全体が常温に戻ることによって、管穴内に挿入された伝 熱管の外周面と、管穴の内周面とのなじみが良くなり、管穴内に挿入された伝熱管の 外周面と、管穴の内周面との面圧が増加して、密着性が向上することとなる。
これにより、二次側への伝熱管の抜け出しを防止するための保持力を増力!]させるこ とができるとともに、管板に保持されている伝熱管に亀裂が生じた場合でも伝熱管の 管内を通過する一次側の流体 (例えば、、原子炉冷却材)が、二次側の流体 (例えば 、給水)中にリークする (漏れ出す)ことを防止することができる。
また、伝熱管に所定の引き抜き力をかけても伝熱管が管穴力も抜け出すことがなく 、かつ、伝熱管に亀裂が生じた場合でも伝熱管の管内を通過する一次側の流体 (例 えば、、原子炉冷却材)が、二次側の流体 (例えば、給水)中にリークする (漏れ出す) ことがない範囲だけを検査(例えば、回転 ECT (Eddy Current Test)による応力腐食 割れの検査)すればよいこととなるので、当該検査に要する時間を大幅に低減させる ことができる。
[0007] 本発明の第 3の態様は、管板の管穴に挿入された伝熱管を拡管により固定する拡 管方法であって、前記管板の一次側の端面から二次側の端面にわたって、前記管 穴の内周面に前記伝熱管の外周面を密着させた後、前記二次側の端面あるいは前 記二次側の端面近傍力 前記一次側の端面に向力う所定距離の範囲を、さらにロー ラ拡管するようにした。
この態様によれば、ローラ拡管した範囲は管穴内に挿入された伝熱管の外周面と、 管穴の内周面との面圧と密着性が増加する。特に、面圧と密着性の高いローラ拡管 を二次側の端面近傍で実施することにより、短い範囲の拡管で保持力とリーク防止を 満足することが可能となる。
これにより、二次側への伝熱管の抜け出しを防止するための保持力を増力!]させるこ とができるとともに、管板に保持されている伝熱管に亀裂が生じた場合でも伝熱管の 管内を通過する一次側の流体 (例えば、、原子炉冷却材)が、二次側の流体 (例えば 、給水)中にリークする (漏れ出す)ことを防止することができる。

本発明の第 5の態様は、管板の管穴に挿入された伝熱管を拡管により固定する拡 管方法であって、前記管板の一次側の端面から二次側の端面にわたって、前記管 穴の内周面に前記伝熱管の外周面を密着させた後、前記二次側の端面あるいは前 記二次側の端面近傍力 前記一次側の端面に向力う所定距離の範囲を、さらに冷 却しながらローラ拡管するようにした。
この態様によれば、伝熱管がー且冷やされて、伝熱管と管板との間の面圧が低下 させられた後、伝熱管が常温に戻ることによって、管穴内に挿入された伝熱管の外周 面と、管穴の内周面とのなじみが良くなり、管穴内に挿入された伝熱管の外周面と、 管穴の内周面との面圧が増加して、密着性が向上することとなる。
これにより、二次側への伝熱管の抜け出しを防止するための保持力を増力!]させるこ とができるとともに、管板に保持されている伝熱管に亀裂が生じた場合でも伝熱管の 管内を通過する一次側の流体 (例えば、、原子炉冷却材)が、二次側の流体 (例えば 、給水)中にリークする (漏れ出す)ことを防止することができる。

一方、各伝熱管 13の両端部は、対応する管板 3の管穴 3a (図 2A〜図 2D参照)内 にそれぞれ挿着されている。そして、各伝熱管 13は、鉛直方向に間隔を置いた複数 の支持板 17により伝熱管 13は横方向に支持されている。 [0016] このような構成を有する原子炉用蒸気発生器 1にお 、て、原子炉から供給された高 温の冷却材は、入口水室 5を介して伝熱管 13内に流入して貫流し、熱交換により熱 を失って低温になり出口水室 7まで流れたのち、原子炉に戻るようになつている。 一方、給水リング 21から原子炉用蒸気発生器 1内に流入した給水 15は、包囲管 1 1と胴 9との間を下向きに流れ、管板 3の上を流れたのち、伝熱管 13に沿って上向き に流れる。このとき、給水 15は前述した原子炉冷却材と熱交換をし、一部は蒸気とな る。そして、加熱される給水 15が上向きに流れるに際し、支持板 17を貫通し、汽水分 離べーン 23を通って分離された蒸気が流出するようになって ヽる。
なお、管板 3は、例えば、 SA508等の低合金鋼で作られており、伝熱管 13は、例え ば、インコネル 600あるいはインコネル 690で作られて!/、る。
[0017] つぎに、本実施形態に係る拡管方法について、図 2A〜図 2Dおよび図 3を用いて 説明する。
まず、第 1工程として、図 2Aに示すように、管板 3を板厚方向に貫通する各管穴 3a 内に、対応する伝熱管 13の各端部をそれぞれ挿入し、管穴 3a内に挿入された伝熱 管 13の各端部の、管板 3の一次側の端面力 二次側の端面に向力つて所定距離の 範囲(図 2A中に実線矢印で示す範囲)を、例えば、図 3に示すようなローラ式の拡管 工具 30を用いて拡管する。
ローラ式の拡管工具 30は、先細軸をなすマンドレル 31の周囲に衛星ローラ 32を自 転および公転可能に取り付けたものを伝熱管 13内に挿入し、拡管位置でマンドレル 31にスラストを与えつつ回転トルクを与えて回転させることにより衛星ローラ 32が自 転および公転しつつ拡管力が伝わり拡管を行なうものである。
[0018] つづいて、第 2工程として、図 2Bに示すように、拡管された伝熱管 13の外周面と、 管穴 3aの内周面との間の (僅かな)隙間を塞ぐように、伝熱管 13の外周面および管 穴 3aの内周面に沿って、管板 3の一次側の端面にシール溶接を施す (行う)。
つぎに、第 3工程として、図 2Cに示すように、管穴 3a内に挿入された伝熱管 13の 各端部の、管板 3の二次側の端面力も一次側の端面に向力つて所定距離の範囲(図 2C中に実線矢印で示す範囲)を、例えば、本出願人が先に出願した特開 2001-2697 32号公報に開示されている液圧式の拡管工具 (図示せず)を用いて拡管する。 そして、第 4工程として、図 2Dに示すように、管穴 3a内に挿入された伝熱管 13の各 端部の、第 1工程および第 3工程においてまだ拡管されていない範囲(図 2D中に実 線矢印で示す範囲)を、例えば、図 3に示すようなローラ式の拡管工具 30を用いて拡 管し、管穴 3a内に挿入された伝熱管 13の各端部の外周面全体を、管穴 3aの内周面 と密着させる。
[0019] 最後に、第 5工程として、図示しない冷媒供給源から供給される冷媒 (例えば、液体 窒素)を伝熱管 13の管内に通しながら、伝熱管 13全体を冷却する。このとき、伝熱 管 13は、半径方向および長さ方向に縮むこととなり、伝熱管 13と管板 3との間の面圧 が低下することとなる。そして、伝熱管 13全体が十分に冷えたら (この状態で所定時 間経過したら)冷媒供給源からの冷媒の供給を停止する。
[0020] 本実施形態に係る拡管方法によれば、第 5工程において伝熱管 13全体がー且冷 やされて、伝熱管 13と管板 3との間の面圧が低下させられた後、伝熱管 13全体が常 温に戻ることによって、管穴 3a内に挿入された伝熱管 13の各端部の外周面と、管穴 3aの内周面とのなじみが良くなり、管穴 3a内に挿入された伝熱管 13の各端部の外 周面と、管穴 3aの内周面との面圧が増加して、密着性が向上することとなる。
これにより、二次側への伝熱管 13の抜け出しを防止するための保持力を増力!]させ ることができるとともに、管板 3に保持されて ヽる伝熱管 13に亀裂が生じた場合でも 伝熱管 13の管内を通過する原子炉冷却材が、給水 15中にリークする (漏れ出す)こ とを防止することがでさる。
また、伝熱管 13に所定の引き抜き力をかけても伝熱管 13が管穴 3aから抜け出すこ とがなぐかつ、伝熱管 13に亀裂が生じた場合でも伝熱管 13の管内を通過する原子 炉冷却材が、給水 15中にリークする (漏れ出す)ことがない範囲だけを検査 (例えば 、回転 ECT (Eddy Current Test)による応力腐食割れの検査)すればよいこととなるの で、当該検査に要する時間を大幅に低減させることができる。
なお、管板 3の熱容量は伝熱管 13の熱容量よりも十分に大きいので、伝熱管 13を 冷却する際に、管板 3まで一様に冷却されてしまうと 、つたことは起こらな 、ようになつ ている。
[0021] 本発明による拡管方法の第 2実施形態について、図 2A〜図 2D、図 3、および図 4 を参照しながら説明する。
まず、第 1工程として、図 2Aに示すように、管板 3を板厚方向に貫通する各管穴 3a 内に、対応する伝熱管 13の各端部をそれぞれ挿入し、管穴 3a内に挿入された伝熱 管 13の各端部の、管板 3の一次側の端面力 二次側の端面に向力つて所定距離の 範囲(図 2A中に実線矢印で示す範囲)を、例えば、図 3に示すようなローラ式の拡管 工具 30を用いて拡管する。

そして、第 4工程として、図 2Dに示すように、管穴 3a内に挿入された伝熱管 13の各 端部の、第 1工程および第 3工程においてまだ拡管されていない範囲(図 2D中に実 線矢印で示す範囲)を、例えば、図 3に示すようなローラ式の拡管工具 30を用いて拡 管し、管穴 3a内に挿入された伝熱管 13の各端部の外周面全体を、管穴 3aの内周面 と密着させる。
[0023] 最後に、第 5工程として、図 4に示すように、管穴 3a内に挿入された伝熱管 13の各 端部の、管板 3の二次側の端面近傍力 一次側の端面に向力つて所定距離の範囲( 図 4中に実線矢印で示す範囲)を、例えば、図 3に示すようなローラ式の拡管工具 30 を用いて拡管する。
[0024] 本実施形態に係る拡管方法によれば、第 5工程において管板 3の二次側の端面近 傍から一次側の端面に向力 所定距離の範囲で、管穴 3a内に挿入された伝熱管 13 の外周面と、管穴 3aの内周面との面圧が増加して、密着性が向上することとなる。 これにより、二次側への伝熱管 13の抜け出しを防止するための保持力を増力!]させ ることができるとともに、管板 3に保持されて ヽる伝熱管 13に亀裂が生じた場合でも 伝熱管 13の管内を通過する原子炉冷却材が、給水 15中にリークする (漏れ出す)こ とを防止することがでさる。

[0027] 最後に、第 5工程として、管穴 3a内に挿入された伝熱管 13の各端部の、管板 3の 二次側の端面力 一次側の端面までの範囲を、例えば、本出願人が先に出願した 特開 2001-269732号公報に開示されて ヽる液圧式の拡管工具(図示せず)を用いる とともに、当該工具に供給する液圧を第 3工程における液圧の約 1. 03倍としてさら に拡管する。
[0028] 本実施形態に係る拡管方法によれば、第 5工程において管板 3の二次側の端面か ら一次側の端面に向力う所定距離の範囲で、管穴 3a内に挿入された伝熱管 13の外 周面と、管穴 3aの内周面との面圧が増加して、密着性が向上することとなる。
これにより、二次側への伝熱管 13の抜け出しを防止するための保持力を増力!]させ ることができるとともに、管板 3に保持されて ヽる伝熱管 13に亀裂が生じた場合でも 伝熱管 13の管内を通過する原子炉冷却材が、給水 15中にリークする (漏れ出す)こ とを防止することがでさる。

まず、第 1工程として、図 2Aに示すように、管板 3を板厚方向に貫通する各管穴 3a 内に、対応する伝熱管 13の各端部をそれぞれ挿入し、管穴 3a内に挿入された伝熱 管 13の各端部の、管板 3の一次側の端面力 二次側の端面に向力つて所定距離の 範囲(図 2A中に実線矢印で示す範囲)を、例えば、図 3に示すようなローラ式の拡管 工具 30を用いて拡管する。

そして、第 4工程として、図 2Dに示すように、管穴 3a内に挿入された伝熱管 13の各 端部の、第 1工程および第 3工程においてまだ拡管されていない範囲(図 2D中に実 線矢印で示す範囲)を、例えば、図 3に示すようなローラ式の拡管工具 30を用いて拡 管し、管穴 3a内に挿入された伝熱管 13の各端部の外周面全体を、管穴 3aの内周面 と密着させる。
[0031] 最後に、第 5工程として、管穴 3a内に挿入された伝熱管 13の各端部の、管板 3の 二次側の端面力 一次側の端面までの範囲を、例えば、図 5に示すようなローラ式の 拡管工具 50を用いて拡管する。
ローラ式の拡管工具 50は、先細軸をなすマンドレル 51の周囲に衛星ローラ 52を自 転および公転可能に取り付けたものを伝熱管 13内に挿入し、拡管位置でマンドレル 51にスラストを与えつつ回転トルクを与えて回転させることにより衛星ローラ 52が自 転および公転しつつ拡管力が伝わり拡管を行なうものである。また、マンドレル 51の 中心部には、回転軸線に沿って中心穴 51aが穿設されているとともに、中心穴 51の 半径方向外側には、回転軸線と直交する方向に沿って、中心穴 51aとマンドレル 51 の外周面とを連通する連通孔 5 lbが複数穿設されている。さらに、中心穴 51a内には 、図示しない冷媒供給源力 冷媒 (例えば、液体窒素)が供給されるようになっており 、中心穴 51a内に供給された冷媒は、連通孔 51bから伝熱管 13の内壁面に向かつ て噴き付けられ、伝熱管 13が冷却されるようになっている。このとき、伝熱管 13は、半 径方向および長さ方向に縮むこととなり、伝熱管 13と管板 3との間の面圧が低下する こととなる。そして、伝熱管 13が十分に冷えたら (この状態で所定時間経過したら)冷 媒供給源からの冷媒の供給を停止する。
[0032] 本実施形態に係る拡管方法によれば、第 5工程において管板 3の二次側の端面近 傍から一次側の端面に向力 所定距離の範囲で、管穴 3a内に挿入された伝熱管 13 の外周面と、管穴 3aの内周面との面圧が増加して、密着性が向上することとなる。 これにより、二次側への伝熱管 13の抜け出しを防止するための保持力を増力!]させ ることができるとともに、管板 3に保持されて ヽる伝熱管 13に亀裂が生じた場合でも 伝熱管 13の管内を通過する原子炉冷却材が、給水 15中にリークする (漏れ出す)こ とを防止することがでさる。
また、伝熱管 13に所定の引き抜き力をかけても伝熱管 13が管穴 3aから抜け出すこ とがなぐかつ、伝熱管 13に亀裂が生じた場合でも伝熱管 13の管内を通過する原子 炉冷却材が、給水 15中にリークする (漏れ出す)ことがない範囲だけを検査 (例えば 、回転 ECT (Eddy Current Test)による応力腐食割れの検査)すればよいこととなるの で、当該検査に要する時間を大幅に低減させることができる。
[0033] なお、上述した実施形態において管穴 3aの断面形状が、図 6に示すような形状を 有しているとさらに好適である。すなわち、上述した実施形態において管穴 3aに、二 次側から一次側に向かって徐々に (漸次)拡径する、言い換えれば、一次側から二 次側に向力つて徐々に (漸次)縮径するテーパ部 3bが設けられているとさらに好適で ある。
このようなテーパ部 3bを設けることにより、伝熱管 13の管内を通過する原子炉冷却 材により伝熱管 13が半径方向外側に押し拡げられることとなるので、管穴 3a内に挿 入された伝熱管 13の外周面と、管穴 3aの内周面との面圧をさらに増カロさせることが でき、密着性をさらに向上させることができるとともに、二次側への伝熱管 13の抜け 出しを防止するための保持力をさら〖こ増加させることができる。
[0034] また、本発明は上述した実施形態に限定されるものではなぐ適宜必要に応じて変 形実施することが可能である。例えば、上述した実施形態において、図 3に示すよう なローラ式の拡管工具 30を用いる代わりに、図 5に示すようなローラ式の拡管工具 5 0を用いることちでさる。

Claims

請求の範囲
[1] 管板の管穴に挿入された伝熱管を拡管により固定する拡管方法であって、
前記管板の一次側の端面力 二次側の端面にわたって、前記管穴の内周面に前 記伝熱管の外周面を密着させた後、前記二次側の端面あるいは前記二次側の端面 近傍力 前記一次側の端面に向力 所定距離の範囲において、伝熱管と管板との間 の面圧をさらに増加させるようにしたことを特徴とする拡管方法。
[2] 管板の管穴に挿入された伝熱管を拡管により固定する拡管方法であって、
前記管板の一次側の端面力 二次側の端面にわたって、前記管穴の内周面に前 記伝熱管の外周面を密着させた後、前記伝熱管の管内に冷媒を供給し、前記伝熱 管が十分に冷えたら前記冷媒の供給を停止して、前記伝熱管を常温に戻すようにし たことを特徴とする拡管方法。
[3] 管板の管穴に挿入された伝熱管を拡管により固定する拡管方法であって、
前記管板の一次側の端面力 二次側の端面にわたって、前記管穴の内周面に前 記伝熱管の外周面を密着させた後、前記二次側の端面あるいは前記二次側の端面 近傍力も前記一次側の端面に向力 所定距離の範囲を、さらにローラ拡管するように したことを特徴とする拡管方法。
[4] 管板の管穴に挿入された伝熱管を拡管により固定する拡管方法であって、
前記管板の一次側の端面力 二次側の端面に向力う所定距離の範囲をローラ拡 管する第 1工程、
前記管板の二次側の端面力 一次側の端面に向力う所定距離の範囲を、所定の 液圧で液圧拡管する第 2工程、
前記第 1工程および前記第 2工程においてまだ拡管されていない範囲をローラ拡 管する第 3工程、
前記二次側の端面あるいは前記二次側の端面近傍から前記一次側の端面に向か う所定距離の範囲を、前記所定の液圧よりも高い液圧で、さらに液圧拡管する第 4ェ 程を順次行うようにしたことを特徴とする拡管方法。
[5] 管板の管穴に挿入された伝熱管を拡管により固定する拡管方法であって、
前記管板の一次側の端面力 二次側の端面にわたって、前記管穴の内周面に前 記伝熱管の外周面を密着させた後、前記二次側の端面あるいは前記二次側の端面 近傍力も前記一次側の端面に向力 所定距離の範囲を、さらに冷却しながらローラ 拡管するようにしたことを特徴とする拡管方法。
[6] 前記管穴が、前記管板の二次側力も一次側に向力つて徐々に拡径するテーパ部 を備えたものであることを特徴とする請求項 1から 5のいずれか一項に記載の拡管方 法。
[7] 管板と、この管板の管穴に挿入される伝熱管とを備えた蒸気発生器の製造方法で あって、
請求項 1な!、し 6の 、ずれか一項に記載の拡管方法を用いて、前記管穴に前記伝 熱管が固定されていることを特徴とする蒸気発生器の製造方法。
