Abstract

L'invention concerne des ensembles améliorés formant contenant résistant à une explosion, et des processus pour leur formation en utilisant une technique spéciale d'enroulement de bandes autour des zones de coin de chaque bande. De matériaux fibreux haute performance sont enroulés en continu autour d'un mandrin dont les bords se rencontrent au niveau de zones de coin prévues, pour créer une bande rectangulaire multicouche. Le rayon de courbure de ces zones de coin en creux est petit afin de réduire la concentration de contraintes et éviter une incurvation excessive du matériau de bande pendant l'enroulement. Le processus d'enroulement permet aux coins des couches de bandes internes d'avoir du un jeu que la technique d'enroulement rectiligne habituelle n'offre pas, et permet d'obtenir une tension uniforme des couches de bande intérieure et extérieure lors d'une explosion, et en minimisant une détérioration en rapport avec le souffle.
