　本発明は、培養ケラチノサイトにＳ１００Ａ８およびＳ１００Ａ９の少なくとも１種を作用させることにより炎症性サイトカインが誘導され、増殖が亢進されたことを特徴とする、炎症誘導と過剰増殖を伴う皮膚疾患のｉｎ　ｖｉｔｒｏモデル系及びその製造方法を提供する。
