Abstract
タンパク質又はポリペプチドの生産性を向上させた組換え微生物及び当該組換え微生物を用いるタンパク質又はポリペプチドの製造方法の提供。
微生物において機能を有する転写開始制御領域若しくは転写開始制御領域とリボソーム結合部位を、枯草菌<>prsA</>遺伝子又は当該遺伝子に相当する遺伝子のゲノム上における上流に導入してなるか、或いは微生物において機能を有する転写開始制御領域若しくは転写開始制御領域とリボソーム結合部位を枯草菌<>prsA</>遺伝子又は当該遺伝子に相当する遺伝子の上流に連結した遺伝子断片を導入し、且つ<>abrB</>遺伝子、<>dltA</>遺伝子、<>dltB</>遺伝子、<>dltC</>遺伝子、<>dltD</>遺伝子、<>dltE</>遺伝子及び当該遺伝子に相当する遺伝子から選ばれる1以上の遺伝子を欠失又は不活性化してなる微生物株に、目的のタンパク質又はポリペプチドをコードする遺伝子を導入した組換え微生物。
