Abstract

L'invention concerne un instrument d'écriture qui comprend: une enveloppe comportant un orifice d'entrée par lequel la pointe d'un stylo est rétractée ou déployée, cet orifice étant formé sur une partie avant de l'enveloppe ; une cartouche placée amovible à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe; un ressort maintenant de manière élastique la cartouche par rapport à l'enveloppe; une pince fixée sur l'extérieur de l'enveloppe de manière à pouvoir être pincée sur une poche, par exemple; une partie d'actionnement se déplaçant vers l'avant et vers l'arrière sur la partie arrière de l'enveloppe pour permettre de déplacer la cartouche; un élément denté de pince installé rotatif sur la pince de manière à être positionné dans un trou formé sur une surface latérale de l'enveloppe; et un élément saillant se déployant depuis la partie d'actionnement et/ou depuis une surface extérieure de la cartouche afin d'effectuer un mouvement relatif par rapport à l'élément denté de pince à travers le trou de l'enveloppe. Une première rainure de guidage formée sur une surface du pourtour extérieur de l'élément denté, une partie de verrouillage en retrait formée sur l'arrière de la partie avant de la première rainure de guidage, une deuxième rainure de guidage formée sur un côté de la partie de verrouillage en retrait, et une troisième rainure de guidage se déployant depuis la deuxième rainure de guidage vers l'extrémité arrière de la première rainure de guidage, sont reliées les unes aux autres d'une pièce de manière à former un circuit, l'élément saillant circulant séquentiellement le long de la première, de la deuxième et de la troisième rainure de guidage selon le déplacement de la partie d'actionnement.
