Definitions
- the present invention relates to a shoe with sprung sole according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- the principle of this construction is based on the fact that the hardness of the impact is absorbed by a so-called “heel button” made of soft-elastic material, which occurs when the foot occurs and the rolling movement from the rear edge of the heel in hard transition to the fulcrum of this one above described pivot axis shifted in the middle of the shoe.
- the present invention now has the object to improve a shoe with a sole of the type mentioned in such a way that a rolling walking is possible without the hard transition through an existing pivot axis.
- an internal ventilation system is to be installed for closed shoes, which dissipates heat during walking with this kind of therapy shoes on the feet.
- FIG. 3 shows a cross section through a shoe with a cavity
- FIG. 6 shows a cross section through a shoe with openings and bale sole
- FIG. 7 shows a section through a shoe with a cavity and openings
- FIG. 11 Semi-finished product representation of shoe construction
- a sole consisting of outsole 20, midsole 22 buffer sole 21 and soft elastic insole 11 is fixedly connected to an upper shoe 10.
- the upper shoe 10 is made of soft material such as leather, plastic, textile or their combination. It can be designed as a closed shoe or only as a sandal upper part.
- the insole 11 is made of soft elastic material and may also be connected together as a unit or part of the same with the buffer sole 21.
- the outsole 20 is made of elastically stable and above all abrasion resistant material. It gives the whole shoe the necessary support, therefore it must also have enough inherent strength.
- midsole 22 Between outsole 20 and insole 11 at least one midsole 22 is installed.
- the midsole 22 may be connected to the outsole 20 and constructed like a bridge. Between the midsole 22 constructed as a bridge and the outsole 20, a cavity 30 is created (FIG. 1). This cavity can be filled with gas, liquid or with a bale 23 ( Figure 2).
- the midsole 22 made of different, hard elastic materials such as metal or plastic be. So that the latter has sufficient intrinsic strength, fiber-reinforced plastic, for example, can be used.
- the shape of the midsole 22 is determined by the desired manner, whether it should be used for walking, walking on sand or for orthopedic corrections shoe.
- the bridge-like shape of the midsole 22 allows for all possible shapes. It may be spherical as shown in Figure 4, but also designed as a large arc or in a shape adapted to the corresponding footprint. It can be connected at any point with the outsole 20. Decisive for the effect of the resilient midsole 22 are inherent elasticity and strength of the material of which it consists, as well as size and shape of the resulting between outsole 20 and midsole 22 cavities 30. In the drawings, only one cavity 30 is shown. However, it is self-evident that a plurality of cavities 30 can also be created between the midsole 22 and the outsole 20, so that such cavities 30 can be arranged, for example, under the heel of the foot, under the heel or in the region of the metatarsus.
- the buffer sole 21 is made of a soft material and conforms to the foot, with the insole 11 merely serving as a surface protection and closure of the buffer sole 21 or being part thereof.
- the cavities 30 are completed and therefore, depending on what they are filled with, act as a cushion. It is disadvantageous that only the elasticity of the medium located in this cavity 30 combined with the elasticity of the bridge-forming midsole 22 can be obtained.
- the insole 11 can basically be made permeable to air. This is made possible, for example, by arranging over the entire surface of the insole 11 small through openings 31, or the material of the insole 11 is permeable to air similar to filters. If the air permeability is achieved by means of openings 31, these can be arranged more densely or less densely depending on the area. Likewise, the insole 11 may be air permeable at certain points and less permeable to air at other locations. It is conceivable, for example, that in the Area of the toes strives for a more intense ventilation, as in the area of the metatarsus.
- the air permeability of the insole 11 is achieved by the arrangement of the openings 31 or by the choice of different permeable materials. The substructure of the sole structure is then adjusted accordingly.
- the insole 11 can also be made of rigid-elastic material, so that point loads such as occur with metal springs can be distributed by the insole 11 in the way that the feet of the user is not exposed to extreme point loads.
- the shape of the inventive shoe can be designed differently depending on the nature of the sole structure. Thus, as shown in Fig. 7 and Fig. 12, it may have the sole of any shape and e.g. also have a round rolling shape on the heel.
- the domed shape of the midsole 22 may form a cavity 30 towards the outsole 20 (FIG. 1), or a cavity 30 against the insole 11 (FIG. 8).
- the cavity 30 may be filled by material as mentioned above and form a so-called bale sole 23 ( Figure 8).
- midsole 22, bale 23 and insole 11 may be made of one piece. This part may consist of materials of various types, but also of the same material.
