Abstract

L'invention concerne un système à ultrasons pour sélectionner une image de diagnostic à partir d'une série d'images par ultrasons. Un paramètre de caractérisation de l'image, tel que l'écart standard, est calculé pour chacune d'une série d'images Doppler à ultrasons. Les paramètres de caractérisation de l'image sont ensuite analysés pour sélectionner une image correspondant à un point prédéterminé dans le cycle cardiaque d'un patient. L'image sélectionnée est alors affichée. Dans certains modes de réalisation, les images Doppler sont traitées pour identifier une zone d'intérêt correspondant à un vaisseau sanguin individuel. Le paramètre de caractérisation de l'image est alors calculé sur la base de la zone d'intérêt. La zone d'intérêt peut être identifiée par la réception d'une donnée de l'utilisateur, telle que le positionnement d'un curseur à un endroit particulier sur une image. Dans d'autres modes de réalisation, les images par ultrasons sont cartographiées par rapport à des points sur une forme d'onde d'ECG et une image est sélectionnée sur la base de l'analyse de la forme d'onde d'ECG.
