Abstract
Dans certains modes de réalisation, l'invention porte sur un procédé consistant à surveiller une réaction de polymérisation pour la production d'une résine dans un système de réacteur à lit fluidisé pour générer des données de paramètre de réaction d'une manière en ligne, transformer par ondelettes les données de paramètre de réaction pour générer des données de domaine de fréquence ou déterminer un aplatissement de chacun d'au moins deux sous-ensembles des données de paramètre de réaction, et facultativement déterminer également à partir des données de domaine de fréquence ou des valeurs d'aplatissement une indication d'au moins l'un parmi le degré de caractère collant de la résine, une approche à ou l'imminence du caractère collant de la résine, et une approche à ou une imminence d'une condition de fonctionnement du réacteur dangereuse ou indésirée qui peut conduire à une formation de dépôts ou à un décollement. Facultativement également, la réaction contrôlée en réponse aux valeurs d'aplatissement ou aux données de domaine de fréquence, par exemple, dans un effort pour prévenir l'apparition d'une formation de dépôts ou autre événement de discontinuité ou pour maintenir le réacteur dans un état non collant, stable.
