Abstract

【課題】本発明は、走行抵抗のうち高い割合を占めるキャリアローラの乗り越え抵抗を抑えることで走行抵抗を低減し、省エネ化を図ることができるスチールコードコンベヤベルトを提供する。  【解決手段】ベルト強力Kn(N/mm)とスチールコードの公称コード径から求められる断面積A(mm2)とを、90≦Kn/A≦150の関係を満たすようにし、下面カバーゴム1bは損失係数0.08以下の低損失係数ゴムを用いて形成し、下面カバーゴム1bに補強布3を埋設する。
