Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Dämpfungseinrichtung (20), welche zur Verringerung von beim Rotationsschweißen eines ersten mit zumindest einem zweiten Bauteil (12a, 12b) auftretenden Schwingungen an mindestens einem dieser Bauteile (12a, 12b) anordenbar ist, wobei die Dämpfungseinrichtung (20) ein Hüllenelement (22) umfasst, welches zumindest teilweise mit einem viskoelastischen Fluid (24) befüllt ist. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin eine Schweißanlage (10) und ein Verfahren zum Rotationsschweißen eines ersten mit zumindest einem zweiten Bauteil (12a, 12b) sowie ein Bauteil (12), insbesondere für ein Flugzeugtriebwerk.
