Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fonctionnement d'un système de navigation (4) dans un véhicule, ce système comprenant : une unité de saisie permettant de saisir des ordres d'utilisateur et/ou des indications de localisation, en particulier des points de départ et/ou des points d'arrivée, une base de données (8) du réseau routier, une unité (5) de calcul d'itinéraire qui calcule un itinéraire planifié en tenant compte des indications de localisation et de la base de données (8) du réseau routier, l'itinéraire allant du point de départ au point d'arrivée, une unité (6) de réception de signaux qui reçoit des signaux de position, en particulier des signaux GPS, une unité (5) de détermination de position qui détermine la position actuelle à partir des signaux de position, au moins un dispositif (9) de sortie optique et/ou acoustique, au moins un capteur météorologique ou une interface (16, 17) de capteur météorologique qui reçoit les données d'au moins un capteur météorologique (12, 13, 14, 19). Le procédé présente les étapes suivantes : a) détermination des conditions météorologiques en cours par évaluation des données de mesure du capteur météorologique (12, 13, 14, 19); b) émission d'un avertissement météorologique qui tient compte des conditions météorologiques en cours et/ou calcul de l'itinéraire planifié en tenant compte des conditions météorologiques en cours.
