Abstract

　本発明の目的は、内部に複数のセルが形成された袋体部が展開膨張する際、全体の織り密度を変更することなく、膨張速度等を調節可能なサイドエアバッグを提供することである。本サイドエアバッグ１は、最表層２と最下層３とで袋状に形成されており、内部が複数のセル１１Ａ、１１Ｂに区画された袋体部１１と、上記各セル間に形成された仕切部５と、を備えるものであって、上記仕切部５は、インフレータからの噴出ガスを流通可能な非製織部４２が配設された中間層４により構成されており、且つ上記最表層２、上記最下層３及び上記中間層４（仕切部５）は、袋織りによって一体に形成されたものである。
