Abstract

 シリコーン系整泡剤を実質的に用いずに、ポリオール化合物とポリイソシアネート化合物とを開放系で反応させる軟質ポリウレタンフォームの製造方法を提供する。  少なくともポリオール化合物を含み、かつ、複合金属シアン化物錯体触媒を用いて開始剤にアルキレンオキシドを開環重合させることにより得られる、ポリオール化合物(A)とモノオール化合物(X)の少なくとも一方を含むポリオール組成物(I)と、ポリイソシアネート組成物(II)とを金属触媒とアミン触媒とからなるウレタン化触媒、および発泡剤の存在下に、シリコーン系整泡剤を実質的に用いずに開放系で反応させる軟質ポリウレタンフォームの製造方法。
